Cocun cellar restaurant

Una grande sorpresa della nostra vacanza ! Il locale è inserito nella cantine dell'Hotel Ciasa Salares . Molto bella la location immersa nelle migliaia di bottiglie sugli scaffali alle pareti. Abbiamo preso come antipasto la selezione di salumi servita con giardiniera abbinata fatta in casa (ottimi ). Come primo : Spaghetto alla chitarra, agnello, menta e pecorino ! Qui il livello si vede, si sente.. si comprende ! Un piatto eseguito da manuale bilanciato e mantecato in modo eccezionale. Come secondo : Luccioperca, cavolo riccio, zucchine in scapece, salsa al vino bianco. Anche questo piatto da applauso , materia prima .. cottura e bilanciamento erano pressoché perfetti. Servizio nella norma. Sicuramente alla prossima visita proveremo il menù degustazione. STRA CONSIGLIATO.

E stata un’esperienza fantastica. Abbiamo prenotato la fonduta di carne (fatelo almeno con 24 ore di anticipo). Ambiente rilassante, bellissimo e pulitissimo locale, salette molto intime e ben arredate. Il cibo è ottimo e di altissima qualità (ancora ricordo il burro che ci hanno servito appena ci siamo accomodati). Un saluto speciale a Michela, ragazza fantastica!!

Ristorante che si trova nelle suggestive cantine del hotel Ciasa Salares. Si mangia circondati dalle migliaia di bottiglie da tutto il mondo presenti in cantina, atmosfera soffusa e molto piacevole. I piatti sono squisiti e mai banali con alcuni accostamenti decisi ma sempre equilibrati. Fantastica la selezione di formaggi e la stanza del cioccolato. Servizio super competente e informale. Ovviamente superba carta dei vini.

Ristorante di alto livello veramente in tutto. Piatti eccellenti. Etichette di vino spaziali. Sevizio ottimo. Ambiente meraviglioso. Sicuramente da sperimentare per una volta nella vita.

Esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Abbiamo preso il menu degustazione con vini in abbinamento. Servizio cordiale ma molto professionale. Cibo ottimo e abbinamenti intriganti e magistralmente scelti. Da provare assolutamente senza dimenticarsi di visitare la sala dei formaggi, quella del cioccolato e di stagionatura, una chicca meglio dell’altra!!

During our recent holiday in La Villa, a large group of us had the pleasure of dining at Cocun, and we were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. From the exceptional service to the warm hospitality, we were treated to an unforgettable evening. The wine pairings, each carefully selected to complement the dishes, were presented with insights into their history, flavor profiles, and the reasons they perfectly matched each course. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Not only was each dish visually stunning, but the flavors were absolutely extraordinary. The ambiance at Cocun strikes the perfect balance between cozy and refined, offering an intimate setting that makes you feel like you’re part of something truly special. What truly set this experience apart was the knowledge we gained throughout the evening. The insights into the wines and the culinary techniques behind each dish were enlightening, making this dinner the highlight of our week-long vacation. Clemens and his dedicated team have crafted something exceptional here, and we will undoubtedly return to relive this extraordinary experience time and time again.

Everything about this place was amazing - the food, the service, the atmosphere. It is an intimate restaurant that smells a bit of a cellar, which to me added to the experience. The service was impeccable with great attention to detail and the food was delicious. I loved the beef, which was cooked go perfection. I will definetely revisit. The only thing that felt a bit out of place was a nearby table of a larger group who were incredibly noisy. While I understand the dinamics of a group dinner, this was clearly an intimate place where absolutely everyone was respectful of the others.

We booked a natural wine tasting which turned out to our pleasant surprise to be private. Accommodated also our dog. The wines were immaculate, carefully chosen by the more than knowledgable sommelier. The tasting was very personable, of very high quality. We also got a lot of recommendations for other places in Italy. We did not make a reservation for a dinner but they made a space for us on the bar. Food outstanding but the star really was the staff and their recommendations. Incredibly memorable experience. Thank you so much!!!! We are eager to make another trip nearby to come again!

honestly, best way to finish and celebrate our annual sky trip! Different intimate spaces to enjoy the experience! We chose both types of fondue, meat &cheese! Absolutely gorgeous! We’d like to mention the team! From the reception to the restaurant! All of them super kind and helpful! Highly recommended in armentarola san cassiano! But if you’re nos close to them, the visit deserves the trip!
