We had a delicious dinner! My husband got the arugula and artichoke salad, I got the floating crudites. That was a fun presentation! We shared the sourdough, which is so good! My husband got the ribeye, I got the spicy eggplant. We ordered the roasted carrots. Everything was wonderful, and our server, Hailey, was fantastic. What a great evening!

Absolutely great experience and great breakfast. Bryan the waiter was exceptional and excellent in every way. I had the chicken fried waygu steak with fresh house potatoes and sub eggs for chicken apple sausage. Mimosa was a nice wave 6000/6000 🌹Highly recommend to on campus and external tourists. Remember to tip heavy 🫶🏾💰

Wow what a treat! Everything from the ambience to the drinks to the food was was absolutely phenomenal. The vibe of the restaurant was very luxurious and spacious. Not like a lot of other restaurants which have as many tables as possible. The drinks were sensational! Had a chance to talk to the bartender for a moment and it was easy to see that he was passionate about his craft and it truly showed. Lastly the food. With prefix meal options and a plethora of amazing options I was shocked with how great of a deal it was. Every course was better than the next! I don’t think this place will stay secret for long.

I ordered the Seared Seabass with Squash Puree, Bok Choy, Green Beans, Chimichurri, Citrus Herb Salad $39. My husband ordered medium rare 16oz. Prime Ribeye with Duck Fat mashed Potato, Maitake Mushroom, Charred Scallion Chimichurri $50. Service was extremely attentive. Arlo also validates your parking ticket. After dinner, we enjoyed the Faux grass area and hovered over the fire pits.

Visited for breakfast back to back days. Their staff are absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful. The croissant pancakes are incredible! The atmosphere has a great vibe and the decor is fun.

The experience Austin delivered as the bartender Friday night enticed us to return Saturday as well.. his service was exceptional, his character was inviting! Nice brunch at Arlo! Love the resort vibe next to the pool, very relaxing. We sat on the dog friendly patio. We ordered the carnivore omelette, short rib hash, and some mimosas. Very sweet staff and not too long a wait for food. They also validate parking if you’re not staying at the hotel. Recommend!

Upscale, globally inspired farm fresh cuisine in a simply elegant atmosphere with high ceilings and lots of windows. The menu features a variety of taste experiences with a unique spin on flavors from around the globe. The meatball appetizer was outstanding with tender meat highlighted with Greek herbs and a rich, decadent sauce. The octopus was excellently prepared (not rubbery) with unique flavors. The duck breast had a stronger, wild flavor that was pleasantly offset by the accompaniments, especially the artichokes. The pork shank was delicious with hints of guajillo. For each dish, nothing is on your plate by accident or after thought. All the flavors should be experienced together to appreciate the artistry of the dish. Service was excellent and accommodating. Portions are large.

Wow! What an incredible Mission Valley gem. ARLO’s ambiance, service, drinks and food are so impressive. Would highly recommend for a cute date night or a special celebration. We had the ‘Blur’ cocktail with coconut cream and tequila. So delicious! And tried a couple other cocktails that were also perfect. And then the best part... the food! This is the most elevated comfort food I’ve ever had. I was so impressed. Everything we ate (which was a lot, haha) had beautiful plating and incredible depth of flavor. The octopus was hands down the best I’ve had since I can remember. Perfectly tender, beautifully plated and served with such delicious and unique flavors. The lamb meatballs... MMM. So tasty. Can’t wait to try other starters when we come back too. Then my girlfriends and I shared 3 entrees- Scallops, Short ribs, and the pork roll. Each beautifully plated and served with delicious accompaniments. I will definitely be telling people to come here for the short ribs and pork roll. They were done so well and with such elegance for such comfort food. The scallops were delicious too, but those meat dishes will definitely have me coming back to have again. Only minimal critiques were the meatballs and octopus were a bit salty for my pallet. And the scallops could have used a little more acidity. But seriously, I’m a harsh critic — all in all I still can’t believe it took me this long to try ARLO and I’m stoked to find this level of fine dining for a reasonable price right in Mission Valley. Will 10/10 recommend and be going back!

First things first. When in Arlo, please do yourself a favor and ask for Anthony, he’s the kindest, sweetest waiter and his recommendations are the best. We went ahead with his crudo suggestion and had by far the best crudo ever. Mussels are a must have and the wine selection is pretty good. Top notch spot and THE BEST service provided by Anthony!

It is more like 3.5 stars. Great service and vibe. Beautiful mid-century decor. I enjoyed drinks and dessert, not so much the entrees. We had pork tenderloin, ribeye, and halibut. Pork and fish were dry. The medium rare ribeye was more like medium well.

We were so exited to meet grinch and Cindy Lou Who today for their Grinch Brunch and we got reservations for 8:30! But when we got to the restaurant (right on time, and all dressed up in our Grinch outfits with our 3 year old) we sat down and ordered. We then asked when the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who were going to show up. The first two people didn’t know so we asked the manager who said 11! After we found out about his arrival time we decided to leave since we couldn’t wait that long with our 3 year old. The staff was kind and understanding and offered free pancakes, so my 1 star rating is really just for the person who advertised and planned the event. There was nowhere on the ad where it stated the Grinch was going to show up that late! Next year, please specify! My son was super super disappointed
