I order from this location a lot and the reason why I keep ordering from there is because the service is excellent, the food is delivered in a timely manner and the drivers are always polite. I love deals. It's hard to have something delivered from anywhere for under $30 . I just had a meal that only cost me $20.50 now that's a deal. Keep up the good work and serving good food.

The pizza is really good and the people were working the cash register nice. The people making the food look as clean as they can be considering they're working with flour. But like a lot of restaurants in that area there's no sitting areas

My be the last time at Domino's. Tried their new special with multi toppings, barely anything was added. Almost half of one pizza didn't even have sauce or cheese. To many times going to get mid grade pizza.

Just picked up a pepperoni and cheese. Absolutely fabulous price for a 14 inch pizza. $7.53. No complaints on the price. However, the pizza is slightly over baked. I don't think they are factoring in carry over cook time. My only other observation is that the gentleman at the counter handling the register is definitely not the best fit for a customer service role. He seemed annoyed by my presence. Although he seemed to pull his customer service skills together to greet the lady behind me with a bit more courtesy.

The wait time for the food is ridiculous they tell you 10 mins and in reality you wait 30 .Overpriced and the pizza is burnt. The guy goes from outside to inside the restaurant doesn’t wash his hands doesn’t wear gloves and starts making food. Nasty people

This domino’s is lame they suck and the lady manager at night doesn’t know what she’s doing doesn’t even know how to manage right, if I could give this place 0 stars I would but had to put at least one to write this review food is always wrong and they take long to deliver they send you notifications that your order is ready or on the way and when it doesn’t show up at a reasonable time you call and get nowhere, nothing but attitude from the lady manager at night and she clears the screen so it doesn’t show that they are behind so you think it’s out for delivery and it isn’t even being made yet, and when you do get your food it’s cold or undercooked please bring the other guy manager back or get somebody else everybody go somewhere else to get food this place isn’t it they should close down.

Absolutely ridiculous, very tiny amount of meat in the sandwich, I feel like I'm just eating bread , no meat at all , Do not recommend!

I ordered 2 different pizzas for pick-up a week ago, they were busy so I called and made them aware. I was told they made both pizzas the same on accident, not sure his name but I was told I could get a credit for the correct pizza in the future. They offered to make me a new one I just had to come back, i told them I will come back another day since the credit will be on my profile and they were already slammed with orders that day. So I come in today 01Oct25 and was told I had to wait at least 15mins before the manager could see me to authorize the credit. 15mins to wait then whatever it takes to make the pizza if he authorized it. The manager made eye contact and looked away, walked to the back of the kitchen. I Never will I order from this location. The pizza is better at their El Cajon Blvd location, they even cut the pizza weird that doesn't line up as if they cut a piece for themselves.

Worst experience ever from this dominos I always order with dominos. They had hit completed order at 5:13 it was 5:44 I spent over 15 minutes calling trying to check on the status of my food and what was happening no answer. Finally someone answers. They don’t even apologize for the delay give a reasoning simply said yeah we have orders we’re behind but your food will get there. No ETA nothing he said you used your number right yeah okay. Sounded flustered himself. Again if I was receiving my ETA don’t insert a false completed order on your end as a delivery if it’s not actually completed. Answer your phone and at the least apologize or give some reasoning I would have been more empathetic , just kept saying YEAH YOULL GET YOUR FOOD rude employees but the delivery driver ! Sweet felt bad for him i can tell he was really trying he apologized

It took An hour for my order, the food came cold and The wrong order smh. I’ve never had such A bad experience with anybody we ordered chicken wings, and the chicken wings weren’t cooked all the way I will not be ordering from Domino’s ever again

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s several times. Sometimes they get the order right, sometimes there’s an issue. The most recent issue was they did not include an item we paid for (wings). Upon calling the restaurant multiple times, no one answered the phone. Submitting a claim online does nothing, as this particular store is locally owned so all they do is pass on the comment. I just wanted my money back or the item delivered; not too much to ask for. If you really need to order from here, I recommend carry out so you can verify that all the items are there, but otherwise, avoid! It’s a shame because I’ve had a great delivery driver from this place once, but I don’t plan to use this location ever again.

We drove there to find out what's taking so long, and they just said oh it's a system glitch because we're busy.. no offer of a refund, or any kind of apology. Just excuses. We order from Papa John's instead.

Walked in to place a order, waited 3 minutes for either the female employee or male employee sitting there eating their food on their phones will get up, to atleast acknowledge me and take my order will and they never did. Terrible/lazy service.

I ordered a pizza 3 weeks ago that took 2 hours to get to me. the driver left the store 45 minutes before he arrived with my food and so I called to complain about the cold pizza and was told let them know next time I ordered and they would replace it. I put in a 65 dollar order tonight , called to explain about the pizza, which was only a small part of the order, and I was spending money for everything else I ordered tonight and was told that because the issue with the pizza happened 3 weeks ago, they could not help me with the replacement pizza, even though they had pulled up my previous order. They said I should have remembered the name of the person I spoke with and then upon being asked refused to give me THEIR name although when I first called the person said he was the general manager. After he said I couldn'thave my pizza or his name he very rudely hung up on me. For the second time in the conversation! I'm very offended. I have been a loyal customer for decades and have never ever encountered a person so rude in your employ. Please fix this issue. Then without ever calling to informed me, he cancelled the ordeer I had placed and marked it delivered. Rudest Domino's employee I have ever in 40 years had to deal with. The location was Federal Blvd.
