First time trying this Italian restaurant. Loved the food we were recommended & ordered. Portions are good and definitely enough to share between 2 people. We ordered their meats pizza & a half and half pasta. Angel hair with shrimp and white wine sauce with the other half ziti and sausage with broccoli. I don't usually eat sausage as I don't like it BUT THIS sausage was thee best I've ever had. Very good and it didn't give me heartburn or have an aftertaste. Got some spumoni for dessert to end the perfect meal right. Definitely coming back on our next trip to San Diego.

Family of 4. Dine in on the patio. Nate made all the difference to our dining experience. He graciously replaced the propane tanks in 2 heaters to make our son more comfortable. Food was amazing. Pepperoni pizza, appy of artichokes, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes, tutto mare with white wine sauce, mare monte and chicken ziti broccoli and sundried tomatoes.

this is real homemade Italian food, there is nothing fancy here, this is old Italy, that real old Italy where Italian women cooked food for their men. this food reminds me of the famous movie The Godfather where the Corleone family gathered at the family table, cooked, ate and talk. “When an Italian man is full, his woman is the happiest”

Pizza was delicious. Honestly 10/10. The cheese was melty like in classic cartoons, the pepperoni was crispy. Honestly perfection. Parmesan was fresh. We ordered pickup and had no issues. We thought we would have leftovers but every single slice was gone before we knew it!

Calamari was a great start. The salads with Italian dressing were just right. With so many great choices try the two pasta option. I loved my lobster ravioli in a cream sauce. The linguine with clam sauce was also great. The staff is super attentive and very fun to interact with. I highly recommend this gem. The garlic bread was also a nice touch. After a long day we enjoyed this meal very much. I will be back and highly recommend Sardina's. With the quality and value provided they will be around another 50 years. The only thing I need to warm about is limited parking. Thanks again for the great meals.

So lucky we stumbled upon this long-standing gem tonight! Apparently it's been family owned for 50 years! Portions are HUGE, price reasonable, excellent service, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!!! (Everything was split in two for me and my partner tonight and the serving sizes were still large!)

I had an excellent experience at Sardina in July! The calamari was the best I’ve ever had, the salads were fresh, and the cannolis were absolutely delicious. I ordered the lobster ravioli; it was good, though a bit on the fishy side. The atmosphere was wonderful, especially outside, though the echo under the building’s overhang can make it a bit noisy. Service was friendly, but we did have to ask a couple of times for a few forgotten items. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The service here was awesome and the food mostly good. Great calamari, beef ravioli and pizza. Didn’t love how the sausage turned out in meat lover’s calzone but it was HUGE which some may love! Overall a good experience and we would try again if in the area.

The place had a nice atmosphere, sat on patio. Service was fantastic, food was mediocre ok. I havd the Fettuccine Alfredo w shrimp not much flavor and my honey had the meat lasagna, bland. I only tried as it looked like it would be a good Italian place, there are many other choices, especially for price

The service and the atmosphere are very good. The waitresses are very pleasant and nice to interact with. The food is so so. Ordered the Salmon and the Pasta Ala Giovanna - the food came too quickly (which was already suspicious) and it was nothing special really. Wasn't even able to finish the dish. The waitress did offer to change it, but I didn't want to. The pizza was very good on the other hand :) and the kids were happy .

We were a group of five, three adults and two kids. Got pizza for the kids which was fine. Ordered the main courses: salmon , cheese ravioli and one of their special pastas. The chess ravioli was fine but the other were not tasty at all, I’m also sure the fish wasn’t salmon. Service was fine and the outside location is very nice. I guess if you come just for pizza it’s a good place. See the pasta dish after we gave up eating it…and the salmon dish too

Had dinner with the wife here a few weeks back and wow I was impressed, the service was okay but the food was not what I expected. My food came semi cold, my sauce was half water, it was mind blowing for me as a lover of Italian food it was a 3/10 experience.

I ordered through uber eats. Wanted to do a hotel in room birthday dinner. Ended up vomiting everything I ate. Please make it right. Disgusting food, undercooked, old products. It was towards closing time and they just messed up. I feel sick on my stomach. I’ll keep contacting until someone makes it right.
