Avaliações de Wushiland Boba San Diego
This boba spot is a classic one of the go to’s every time I’m in Taiwan, so naturally I had to check out the UTC location. Happy to report: same delicious taste, just on different soil. Been here multiple times and honestly, you can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu. The tea? Legit. Tastes like real tea bold, fragrant, satisfying. None of that watered-down, overly sweet stuff. Just be warned: the sugar level here in the States feels a little higher than what you’d get in Taiwan. If you usually go for 50% back home, try 30% here for a similar vibe. Now if you’re into the new wave of ultra dessert boba drinks with mochi, brûlée, and all the toppings this might not hit that same itch. This place is more about quality tea with clean flavors, not sugar bombs. Only downside? Prices are definitely on the higher end compared to other boba joints. But hey, you’re paying for consistency and quality. And sometimes, that’s worth it.
There was a line when I came so the wait was a bit long. The floor inside is a bit sticky. I remember it was sticky last time I came a year and a half ago. The boba itself is very good. I would reduce the sweetness next time I come, though; the default sweetness is very sweet, perhaps too much so even for my Americanized taste buds. They give a ton of boba pearls too; I like them so I think they delivered.
We stopped by the Wushiland Boba in UTC while walking around the mall, and it was pretty good! Their menu is simple, and you can tailor the level of sweetener & ice when you order. The cashier recommended the orange (or was it grapefruit? I can’t remember lol) with yakult and it was delicious! If you’re a yakult fan, I highly recommend. My friend got one of their teas with oolong and it had a nice nutty, roasty flavor. If you like boba and are at the utc mall, I recommend stopping by this spot
If you select “extra” toppings, they will fill half your drink with it. My favorite drink spot along with C1 cafe in La Jolla. There isn’t anywhere to sit, but UTC is wonderfully walkable. Very customizable drinks, but the normal sugar level is really, really sweet so I recommend 30% sugar.
Yummy boba at Wushiland! We really enjoyed our brown sugar roasted oolong milk tea and brown sugar green milk tea. Friendly staff and waited less than 10 minutes. Recommend!
Been here lots of times for their bogos good stuff
I've always loved their milk tea—truly special, delicious, and authentic. They used to have a membership points system, but now it's gone. However, there's a discount going on right now—don't miss out!
Great Boba. Ordered a plum green tea with a salty taste. Very interesting and excellent. Didn’t wait in line too long great spot. Definitely stop by if you’re into Boba and in the UTC area.
Cool little spot here. The guy taking our order was extremely nice and answered our questions. We ordered a normal Milk Tea with Boba. The boba was chewy and had a great overall consistency. The milk tea tasted great as well and wasn’t as sweet as other spots. We also ordered a hot milk tea with coconut which was good as well. They only have one size, which is large. Would definitely come back!
The signage outside made us wanna come inside. I usually get a brown sugar milk tea, but I wanted to get a yakult beverage - there just wasn’t any options that were for me. I did love my brown sugar milk tea tho.
Ordered the Oolong milk tea with $1 seasonal discount. Decent amount of toppings. 30% and less ice is a nice balance for the taste.
Ordered orange grapefruit green tea with boba. The green tea was very delicious and very very generous amount of boba. We forgot to tell then to be light on ice, still it was really good drink. Very refreshing. The price was reasonable too considering the quantity.

The fact they serve mini pearls alone makes them top notch. Great selection of teas. But I decided on the ovaltine! Because it was necessary!
The orange yakult with boba and ice cream will always be the best. You can’t beat it. Wait time was as expected but the drinks were worth the wait.
The matcha ice cream drink was so good I came back multiple times throughout my time working at UTC for an event. Highly recommend!

Wushiland UTC delivers amazing boba drinks with efficiency and friendly service. Even during the busiest days, the drinks come out quickly and always with a smile. Their deep and rich tea flavors keep me coming back, and I’m excited for what’s new to come to their menu.
Craving boba in utc mall? I know there’s a plethora of delicious places to choose from. If you’re looking for authentic Taiwanese bubble tea, this is where to go! With year round drinks, there’s definitely something for everyone. My favorite would happen to be the brown sugar series with boba and 50% sweetness. The staff is friendly so just ask them if you need recommendations.
The Yakult drink was delicious—perfectly balanced at half-sugar with a great consistency. While the mini boba was an interesting change of pace, the massive menu definitely warrants a return trip to try the standard pearls. I tried the Yakult drink and really enjoyed it; asking for half-sugar was the right call, as it was sweet without being overpowering. The texture and consistency were spot on. I opted for the mini boba this time, which provided a different mouthfeel, though I think I still prefer the classic, larger boba. The menu is honestly huge with so many options that I didn't get to try, so I’ll definitely be heading back to UTC to explore the rest of their combinations and stick to the regular pearls next time.
Good milk tea. Not too sugary at 50%. Tastes authentic and not powdery. A few seats inside but it’s on hard wood so not meant to be consumed on site.
We have been to Wushilan (50 lan) in Taipei several times. We want to compare it to this one in La Jolla. Overall it was about the same but the price is substantially higher but their drink are good. Get the no sugar because they are really sweet
Went here in June 2021 so this is an older review. I ordered a Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. Solid spot, tasted like your average boba spot. Order was quick to come out and didn’t have to wait very long. Solid spot and one of the few spots in UTC to get boba.

The line wasn’t that long. It moves pretty quick. I got the roasted oolong milk tea no boba. I didn’t adjust the sugar or ice level since it was my first time and I wanted to try its original blend. It wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t call it my new favorite boba spot like many others. My friend got green milk tea with boba and she said their boba was not soft and squishy. I do appreciate the low price point of $5.49 and they only have one size. They are known for their ice cream drinks but it was too cold to try that. There’s another location inside 99 Ranch as Oo Tea.
