I definitely encourage you to check this place out! This is my second time coming back to this restaurant. I loved everything! The waiter is so friendly! Very polite, kind, and attentive, making sure we had an excellent experience. The food didn’t take long to arrive, and it came in a good quantity with amazing flavor!! I really loved this Indian food, so much! I ordered the special coconut chicken curry (check out the specials on the last page of the menu), the chicken tikka masala, plain naan, steamed rice (the best I’ve had from all the restaurants I’ve been to, including one with a 4-month waitlist here in San Francisco), because they put special care into adding spices to the rice, and the biryani. I ordered everything mild, but even the mild biryani was still very spicy. So I didn’t order it the second time because that pepper is just too strong for me. Still, it was delicious. Note: The only downside is that they could organize the bathroom better. It was missing toilet paper.
This was the best Indian I've found in the United States. We arrived a little after 7pm on a Monday and there was no wait to be seated. We got samosas, butter chicken, veggie Tikka masala, and garlic naan. All were very delicious and I would order them all again. The food came quickly and the server was very helpful answering questions. I will definitely be back here and try more of the menu. Eat here before they become famous!
Our new favorite Indian restaurant in SF! We love Northern Indian dishes like Karahi chicken and this place does it very well. Service also very friendly and fast! This was our 2nd time getting takeout from here and both times the food was amazing, definitely going to keep coming back!
This is a fairly new restaurant, just three months old. So, they had these Indian lunch combos going on for just $16-19 depending on what you ordered. The menu has a variety of offerings of chicken, lamb and mutton curries and a section of minimal number of starters and Indian breads. This is a great eat out place for great taste at really good prices.
We started with samosas and then had chicken tikka masala and palak paneer with garlic naan and seriously everything we ate was amazing! Service was quick and friendly and we would absolutely eat here again
Hands down the best Indian food in the city! Ordered the lamb curry and garlic naan and I’m still drooling over the food. 10/10 recommend and they deserve all the stars.

Absolutely wonderful Indian cuisine!! Easily the best place in San Francisco. I would and will recommend this to all my friends and family! The service is top notch, I love the atmosphere, and the food is out of this world wonderful.
This is the best restaurant we have ever had the pleasure of dining. The food and environment are immaculate. You can tell from the moment you walk in the door that they take immense pride in their facility and their guest’s experience.
The atmosphere was really nice when we first got there. Staff was extremely friendly and explained things well. Would love to come back if we're in the area again!
I’ve been searching for authentic Indian food in town and finally found it. The prawn curry was full of flavor the chicken biryani fragrant and perfectly spiced and the kheer was the perfect sweet ending. CURRY & KABAB INDIAN RESTAURANT deserves more than 5 stars!!
This place is so good I almost don't want to tell people about it:). Food is fresh, flavorful and distinctive. And it's reasonable with a clean, spacious interior. It's rare these days to find an undiscovered gem, and this is definitely one.
I come here to eat buffet sometimes paying $23 before tips. The owner is very nice. My favorite dish is butter chicken with nun. Give it a try!

We had the lamb vindaloo and chicken korma both were fantastic. Naan bread was soft and fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant

Taste 4.5/5, Health 3/5 (tons of butter used), Service 3/5 (average), Interior 4/5, Cleanliness 5/5 (but it's still brand new so I don't know about the future), Location 2/5 (but the neighborhood needs it & many more too). This restaurant is NOT the same owner as the famous Kabab & Curry in Santa Clara. Please 👍if this helpful or accurate! 🙏

As a Brit… Okay so my review will be a little skewed as I’ll be comparing this to some seriously excellent Indian food.. After a chat with the server who was polite and helpful I went for the Chicken tikka masala (CTM) and a garlic naan. I swerved the free poppadom as it was a little/ way too soft for my liking.. The CTM actually tasted pretty good albeit very different to the UK original, the meat was a little unimpressive and lacked the freshness I was hoping for. The naan, if slightly thin and crispy in places, tasted pretty good and the whole affair was washed down with a bottle of Taj Magal - Decent! Really I’d give this a 3.5 if a could, but that would be a solid 3.5 and up against some polished competition so by no means a poor score: if you’re in the area and have an Indian flavoured itch to scratch, you good do a lot worse..

The place is the most normal india restaurant. Lunch can order sole menu and Buffet style.
The food we ordered was goat biryani it was like onion Paulo. Chicken sheekh kabab was no taste and the mint chutney (sauce) was spoiled Mutton korma was with heavy cream like butter chicken The keema naan was not stuffed properly and naan was burt
⭐ Review for CURRY & KABAB INDIAN RESTAURANT We came from Florida today and wanted to try some Indian food, but this restaurant was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First, the service was terrible. One gentleman was extremely rude and kept arguing with us right at the table. When we politely asked him to suggest their best dishes, he simply said, “Check the menu,” in a very disrespectful tone. He even spoke to us in his own language, even though we clearly told him we are not from his country. This behavior was unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. Then the food arrived — and it was even worse. Chicken Biryani: This wasn’t biryani at all. It tasted like fried rice mixed with some random chicken pieces. Absolutely no flavor, no aroma — nothing. Garlic Naan: Hard like a biscuit. Not soft, not fresh, not edible. Chicken Curry: No taste, no spice, no flavor. Just a watery, bland, 3rd-class dish. To make it worse, the bill was way too expensive for such low-quality food. If the food was good, we could understand the price, but this was honestly the worst experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, terrible behavior, and terrible food
Order Chic 65 (appetizer), main course-Butter chicken curry, mutton (spicy lamb dish), butter naan. The food was just red in color but there was no flavor or spice to it. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for authentic Indian food!
