Popped in to the 24th st. store today to get a latte and, in addition to the coffee being top notch, I got such a tangible hit of positive energy from the ladies that work there that I was compelled to write a review. 5 stars for the delicious caffeine delivery fluid and 6 stars for the great vibe.

Really good coffee, and the barista who all speak Spanish I think are very nice. The garlic bagel w/tomato, onion, avocado is fantastic. Extremely friendly people work here. The vibe is always good.

OMG! This is one of the best coffee shop in the city, either you drink it there or buy to go. Their blend is really good, when it's the holiday season, their choice is amazing, I'm nor fan of cinnamon in my coffee but their mix is awesome. You really need to try it

The staff at Martha’s make it the best cafe I’ve ever been to. They are super popular and always have people but the wait is literally never long and even when it’s the busiest they treat everyone with such charisma and respect. I go almost every day just to see them.

Not I've of your fancy coffee places in San Francisco. It is a nice neighborhood cafe. I like the strong dark coffee served here. Nice selection of bakery as well. Outdoor seatings makes this place a popular spot on weekends.

We come to this place almost everyday mostly for the staff. They always make you feel so welcomed. Great conversations, high energy, and great options to choose from. I usually get a coffee but if you’re ever hungry get the ham and cheese croissant… yummy!!!

Update: New corner location is great. Still the same friendly staff and great offerings but with a lot of light on the corner. Still perfect for a trip to the park. Mini capochino is the way to go, great place and they make friendly and delicious coffee. Lots of other options too, the real neighborhood place across from the town square in Noe.

I don’t know what I would do without Martha bros coffee shops in my neighborhood. The coffee is from a different universe or something. Unbelievably good

Of all the many cafés in Noe Valley, this one is my favorite. Delicious lattes and iced teas — try the earl grey iced tea! — and the empanadas as well as the sliced cakes are so very yummy! I love stopping here on neighborhood walks with my dog and then sitting in the parklette (is that how you spell parklette? I’ve never had to spell it before haha!) across the street on 24th. Five stars!

We recently visited this branch of Martha’s coffee company and it has been hands down one of our favorite places we’ve visited in Noe Valley. The staff is so nice and helpful, and overall the place has a very nice, hospitable atmosphere. Not to mention, the food was banging! Spiced to perfection! It gets a little crowded on weekends though, so would recommended getting your food to go and enjoying it at one of the many public seating spaces around the city.

Very good coffee and the staff are really sweet. They have some specialty coffees. My flat vanilla oat was smooth. They had a few vegan and gluten free options in the bakery but I needed up getting a carrot cake. This is not near my route but if I’m in this area again defiantly getting some coffee here ❤️

The flavor was powerful and strong, yet drinkable because turmeric is a hard spice to take straight. But it’s really good for you!

I like their bakery! Looks delicious and one lady who works there was so kind! I ordered hot americano. It was good.

On my way to Noe Valley on J train , I notice a man praying to the Sun , engaged in yoga ! Is everyone in SF trying to be a a Hindu?

We had the raspberry mocha latte, coconut latte and a slice of the apricot orange cake. The coffees were pretty good and I could definitely taste the raspberry in there, but the cake was amazing! I definitely recommend the cake. You could feel the tartness of the orange.

A note to management: add tip options to the payment processors! These women definitely deserve more tips (as I, and surely many of us nowadays, wasn’t carrying the right change to leave one separately). Thank you for a lovely place to work and write from today! (And yes, they have wifi too😊)

What can I say about their parfaits with a dash of almond nuts and shaved coconut on top and their breakfast meals. Love the place and very welcoming employees and it’s just a nice place to relax and enjoy the day with some coffee and food on the table!!!!

Empanada burn alert! Also pretty old and dry :/ But coffee and almohabana so teasty. The costumer service is really nice! So many options for everyone.

It was a cozy and interesting café with a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I didn’t notice the tables being cleaned between customers, and I had to clean leftover coffee from the previous guest off the table myself. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but improving table cleanliness would make it even better

Honestly I was not so impressed. Amazing pastry selection, but the blueberry scone I ate lacked the density which I seek from a scone. I didn't like the coffee either unfortunately. It is very popular though! The staff is nice, and every order is made To Go. Enjoy!

Coffee was fine! A little dark like they used to like in the late 90s and early aughts. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A PREMADE SANDWICH. Worst sandwich I've had in the last 20 years. It was soggy and the lettuce was completely wilted. I couldn't believe they were still selling them in that condition. It tasted like it was let in a hot car for a day. AVOID PREMADE SANDWICHES.

Let's start with the good: The new venue, on the corner, is very light and very spacious. The range of comestibles is really eye catching and very tempting. That notwithstanding, does not make up for the staff having their loud conversation with one staff member 3/4 up a staircase, loudly speaking to another staff member on the floor; it certainly doesn't make up for confusion by staff at point of ordering, which did leave me wondering if I was being included in an order or if I was an imaginary figure; it certainly does not make up for espresso coffee that tastes burnt and certainly does not have a good taste about it.

Coffee is fine, and the pastries while over priced are tasty. However the service here was terrible. I ordered a empenada which they reheat, except the barista who put it in the microwave forgot about it. After I stood around for 5 mins another barista noticed and checked the microwave. She was too busy talking with a coworker tho to look at or acknowledge me instead simply just sticking her arm out with no words for me to take it. I’d understand if they were slammed but I was the only customer in the store…. Will only be going here when everything else is closed otherwise arizmendi is much better or even happy donuts id rank higher and they’re just a donut and black coffee kinda store.

I keep giving this place a chance because it’s so close to me, and honestly they make great coffee. But consistently being delivered poor service (forgetting my order, getting my order wrong, not acknowledging me at the counter), is beyond frustrating. Today was the last straw - I waited patiently for my order (again) until I saw multiple people that came after me grab their order before me. When I finally stood up, it was clear that my order had not been started as they had to ask what I had ordered. What is it about me? Do I not fit the usual Noe Valley demographic? Beyond disappointed and I’ll take my business now elsewhere.

If you’re a neighborhood coffee shop and you change your systems so that your neighborhood customers can’t leave a tip — what a contemptuous way to treat your employees! — don’t expect your neighborhood customers to return.

Matcha latte contains sugar (!). They don't warn you: neither written on the menu, nor when you order. Dear cafe, please change the matcha latte recipe to be without sugar or warn people. There are people with health problems who cannot afford this sugar spike.

Overpriced for under flavored. Visited around dinner time on the 19th. Had heard great things about this place, but the lack of customer service and mediocre taste of the treats/drinks were less than impressive. Aesthetically pleasing atmosphere but don’t go for quality. Short young lady was very unhelpful in answering questions and when we asked in different ways it was then clear she was annoyed with us. Cute festive bow in her hair though. The person who made our drinks was cheery but the flavors fell flat and the pastries could have been from safeway they were quite bland. Would have spent more money but glad the unwelcome vibe helped my pocket.
