Steep is the real deal! 🍦🍧🍨😋 It's near At&t park⚾ so next time you're in the city for a Giant's game, swing on by. My too faves are the Strawberry shortcake and the Thai tea🤤
Friendly staff, great boba tea at ACTUALLY REASONABLE prices for SF! I go here 2-3 times a week, love it.
The black sugar oolong boba ice cream is truly amazing! I literally dream about eating this ice cream!
Ice cream was delicious and fun to watch them make it. And I highly recommend the fruit infused tea!
Their strawberry yuzu tea with lychee was so refreshing and flavorful! This was my first time having a fruity boba drink and it did not disappoint. Love that you can customize your sweetness.
Nice rolls very creamy and wants to make me take the cream to another level. What may that level, be like level 9 higher than the clouds? However this is not the first time I would say this but, I really am doubptful of the everlasting greenery in the flavors in this place. Very nice rolls but the rolls could get more square and better because the rolls have not been so nice lately.
I came here with my bf after dinner and there was no line at all (and only a few people sitting at the tables), so the whole experience was fast and efficient. I ordered the matcha-polis rolled ice cream ("matcha sesame topped with matcha boba and strawberries") and he ordered the coconut creme ice cream roll ("smooth coconut ice cream topped with fresh fruits and almond flakes", which also happens to be vegan). Both were very tasty and presented so beautifully, though admittedly I liked his order better since it seemed creamier. Overall, had a great experience and this location is easy to get to, so I'm sure I'll be back soon. (Something to note with rolled ice cream though is that it's harder than "typical" ice cream, so that's just something to be aware of if you've never had it before.)
Want some dessert? COME HERE! Both ice cream & bubble tea are worth it! Rolled ice cream - not just a fad but actually really delicious & I love the denser, harder texture! (Steep Creamery is also much better than NY's 10 Below, much better flavors!) We ordered the Coffee Meets Waffle with the FREE toppings of mochi and fresh fruits. The first bite, we were thinking "oh it's pretty normal..." but the more you eat, the better it gets! The ice cream is so cold that it doesn't melt too fast which is awesome. I really appreciate that the ice cream and toppings here are not too sweet and are all natural ingredients. I also like that there are unique flavors such as oolong and black sesame! Can't wait to try all the different flavors. Bubble Tea - we ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Boba and the tea isn't too sweet at 75% sugar. There could be more boba but not complaining too much since the boba is perfectly chewy. Can't wait to come back!
Fresh coffee and waffles! Coffee it's brewed fresh!! Mango Coconut with tons of fruit. Excellent!!! Worth a wait however the lines have yet to form but they will.
If you like chocolate, the C++ rolled ice cream is really good. Otherwise their tea-flavored rolled ice creams are delicious and feel like you're eating tea.
We had fun watching the assembly of our rolled ice cream selections which were very good too. I think I have found a new place to frequent before or after a ballgame at Oracle.
Delicious deserts, coffee and tea. Specialty is rolled ice cream. Vegan and diary free. Some options are gluten free. Expensive but really yummy.
It was super hot this week so some coworkers and I went to get some Boba at Steep! Great Boba and there's always a ton of people. I would say it will very similar to Boba Guys quality, keep it up guys!
Delicious boutique of ice cream and boba teas. Their ice cream rolls are amazingly delicious and creamy. Boutique has got modern interior with self ordering kiosks and eco friendly cups n spoons. Yummy creamy "Pure Pistachio Ice Cream Roll" perfectly balanced not too sweet I would definitely recommend this and come back to try different flavors. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Best quality and reasonably priced ice cream rolls I've had. Hard to believe it's in the city! Almost always a line, but the seating is very limited. I haven't tried the drinks yet, but I'm looking forward to trying some of the different selection they have there. The Matcha-politan was good last time and most recently I enjoyed the Chocolate Coffee one!
There bubble teas are good, but it's that hand rolled ice cream that really shines here. They have a good selection of flavors, which are created and hand-rolled for you on the spot, creating a very tasty and Visually appealing desserts that is almost too pretty to eat. A bit expensive for what it is, but it is San Francisco and you do get what you pay for. This particular location was not crowded when we went, and has not been crowded on previous visits either.
Yummyyyy! Loved their ice cream 😍 I feel like trying all the flavors! And next time will try the tea.. a good thing about the place is they open till late hours as well.
Very cool concept. Kinda pricey. It was delicious, but the paper utensils were not the best to enjoy ice Cream. I get the idea of being environmentally friendly, but it was not the best experience.
I love this place. Great matcha! And they claim it's organic and from Japan. I had tried before Un Thailand the rolled ice cream but this is much better. I chose mochi as a topping and it was really good. The only downside is that they don't have plain vanilla and the ice cream options are limited. Overall I would highly recommend it!
A small and a cute place. Nice quaint vibe, nice selection options. Loved it. Will definitely be back.
Amazing boba tea. Get the Hokkaido, less ice, normal sweetness. Amazing. Reminds me of Baileys but without the alcohol!
My favourites -Thai tea / Hokkaido with boba /lychee! They have recently replaced their plastic straws with paper ones and I love these guys even more now!
Great consistency, good flavor, fresh fruit and a decent portion. I usually go for the dairy free coconut ice cream and it’s great.

I love that they offer coconut milk as an option here. Their boba is a little interesting in the consistency, but the staff is nice and the tea is tasty.
I really like how they have non-caffeinated options. Loved the unique flavor of the yin yang drink. The Hokkaido milk tea was also very well made and delicious. I wish the display menu was easier to parse and that customizations were made available in the yin yang drink. Overall great pricing, quick service and happy experience :)
Made to order ice cream (think of it as a tasty version of Cold Stone), but making it into a roll doesn't add anything other than a long queue. This place is not equipped to handle crowds of more than 4 in line. 5* for tastiness, 3* for slow services/bad process design. Smitten is also a made to order ice cream but that only takes 4 minutes compared to 10 here.
Had a Thai Tea plus boba add-on (+$.50). Not specifically on the menu but also swapped the dairy milk for almond milk (I think I was charged another $.50 for this change as well). Sweetness can be customized from 0-100 in 25% increments. Opted for 25% which was only slightly sweet, but good enough for me.
Great rolled ice cream. Definitely recommend getting the matcha ice cream. They also have boba if you need your milk tea fix. Good bonus, they open late to give you your late night ice cream fix.
Great tasting teas with crystal bobas! Also unique way of serving ice cream. Slightly on the pricey side but really good!
A nice refreshing place for a sunny afternoon. The Legendary Matcha milk tea was interesting with a slight sour (fruity?) aftertaste. The ice cream rolls were quite good though, exactly as you'd expect Thai ice cream rolls to taste.
The flavors are good but the pace is slow. They aren't as fast as some of the other Thai rolled ice cream place I've been to. It seems like this place still needs more practice. Overall good afternoon dessert run place!
Pricey but pretty good. The portion sizes look small but were decently filling as well. I think we could've split one instead of buying two. We got the oolong with boba (tasted like the ice cream form of a milk tea) and the black sesame rolls. Both were equally yummy and it was fun to watch the workers make it.
I had the sesame milk tea with oat milk substitute and no boba. Asked for 0 sweetness, but the drink was still sweet from the milk. Very decent flavor with lots of sesame, though it tends to sink to the bottom, so I’d recommend stirring a lot as you’re sipping.
What an amazing concept and unique flavor combinations. It’s normal ice cream with a twist, or rather a roll.
super upscale place. a bit more people around the hours of 1-2. the rolls are fresh and they offer milk tea

Unexpectedly quite nice. We tried three different drinks. Tea flavour is there, milk doesn't taste artificial, boba is fine as well. Not spectacular but at least an enjoyable, nice bubble tea. Ice cream roll is not always available. - Updated review: quality varied every time I visit, although it's still the best one in the area.

A little far from where I usually hang in the city, so awkward location. Right next to Splunk. Flavors of rolls were good and creamy. It's not very spacious so can get crowded or service can get slow. Still, it wasn't bad. Check it out if you're in the area and don't mind spending $6.5-7.5 on rolled ice cream.
Ice cream and topping are taste good, it is different from traditional ice cream shops.
The novelty of rolled ice cream makes it a neat experience, it also looks good. In terms of taste, it is OK but I prefer more creamy ice cream.

Non-existent customer service, Boba Tea order was missing bobas and the staff actually had the audacity to blame the customer. Unreal, frustrating experience. Will take my business to Boba Guys.
I ordered a matcha strawberry milk tea with boba. The automatic ordering machine screen was full of greasy finger prints and simply gross. The drink came quickly. I tried sticking the straw in and could not because the plastic film was way too thick. The straw broke and I tried again with a new straw. The taste was okay. I can tell the matcha is good quality but the strawberry syrup tastes very fake. It was way too sweet and thick. The boba was the most disappointing part. The tapioca balls were so undercooked. I told this to the server but she insisted the boba was cooked properly. I do not recommend this place.
When I went there the service was super slow. They only take card and prices are kind of high. They were out of more than 50% of the flavors they offered and they told me that the didn’t even do rolled ice cream even though that’s how the place is advertised. When I finally got my ice cream they forgot to put the shot of espresso in which you have to pay extra for so I had to give it back to them for them to put it in.
They don’t have any ice cream anymore. They have no idea when they’ll have it back. They are barely open (4 days a week, 6 hours at a time).
not tasty, and I changed 4 straws to drink one drink because they kept falling apart.. the honey at the bottom could not be mixed in, so I had a bland iced down tea
