Went for my son's birthday today. We loved this place. My son, especially, enjoyed it. He is on the spectrum and doesn't show much emotion. He was smiling and laughing with the chef's antics. He said the chef was the best chef ever. The food was so, so good. We will definitely be returning and recommending.

Yessss!!! I Love it here. Lunch is my thang! The people are friendly, the food is amazing! IT'S SO GOOD! I am a v.i.p member now. Proud. I tried the house sake,it was my first time trying it warm. If you have any time, do stop in, give them a try. They do parties, they have karaoke, and they will even do house events. They have it going on. The location is near some of my favorites like the movies, dollar tree ( gotta be thrifty), and they aren't too far from Lowe's for my plant addiction. But the food..Yesss!!!

Went there for the first time for my mother-in-law's birthday I had the chicken teriyaki platter it was really good. My fiance got something I did not like or remember lol but it all was good everybody enjoyed it it is definitely a place to go. A night out for four of us was about$135. But must say worth it.

Great sushi place! I stopped here for lunch with my dad and we ordered noodles, pineapple shrimp rice, and 3 sushi rolls. I love that the menu had pictures of all the sushi on it! The fried rice was served inside of an actual pineapple and that was pretty cool. The atmosphere was slightly cramped so it might be more uncomfortable during a busy dinner hour but for lunch it was fine and I thought the decorations were really cute. I will go back here if I'm in the area again.

Outstanding Restaurant ! After reading some reviews I took my family to this place to give it a try and we were very pleased with our experience. Nice decor,spacious table and a nice menu. The food was very tasty and authentic to their cuisine,fair prices and huge portions. My kids love the flavors and presentation of the plates. Our server was so friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a good dinning experience this is the right place.

I’ve celebrated so many special moments here, and it’s always a joy coming back. The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious, and every visit leaves me with total belly happiness. Great atmosphere, great food, and so many happy memories made at this place.

I went here with some out-of-towners who wanted to check it out. The staff looked at us strangely and didn't speak for a while. Maybe they weren't used to seeing 4 black people walk in. The food lacked seasoning, and the dip for my Ebi Fry shrimp was plain soy sauce. I was being treated, so I didn't complain.

Beware of the cork fees per bottle and the check arriving at the table even before you finish with your session. Most likely will not return back due to the above. This is not a professional service you’d expect from a well established restaurant in our area.

The pictures below are of the food we ordered. For our appetizers we ordered dumplings. and the vegetable tempura. Both were amazing. For our meals, I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi, and my gf got the shrimp and chicken. It was amazziiinnggggg. Service was fast, and attentive. I would definitely go back, without hesitation. In fact, I’ve been meaning to do just that; I’ve been craving those amazing dumplings. Update: Today I visited on Mother’s day, and the experience was the total opposite. We were a party of 4, seated with another party of 4, totaling 8 people. Instead of them bringing more food, to accommodate everyone, the skimped out. The first two pictures are from previous experiences, the third is the most recent.

Doesn't feel right with a shared table with a party of 6. The food is okay, not great. Service is alright with an 30 minutes wait for our cooker, even we're on time for our rsvp. They need more 👨‍🍳 . Fried ice cream (Green tea) I'd a must try dessert.

We usually love it here, but we got our food tonight for takeout and there were two pieces of egg shells in the rice. I understand accidents happen but when you pay almost $25 for the meal, I’m going to hold the food to a higher standard.

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at To-Kai. In the middle of my meal, I found a cockroach in my food. As horrifying as that was, the way the staff handled the situation made everything worse. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of how serious the issue was, and no reassurance that they would investigate or correct the problem. The manager came over, took a look at the cockroach, and then promptly left towards the kitchen. We did not see her again after that. When the check came, they put an X over the duck roll that I ordered, and told us to have a goodnight. We were left feeling dismissed and ignored, and the lack of basic accountability was shocking. Food safety is non-negotiable, and their response showed a complete lack of professionalism. I will absolutely not be returning, and I warn others to be cautious.

We ordered sushi and an angry dragon roll, but the dragon roll had sharp bones in it that actually scratched my throat. This was really unpleasant and unexpected — sushi should never have bones like this. Very disappointing experience.

My boyfriend and I went for the first time on a Wednesday night! Service was great and all of the food came out super fast. Our dishes were huge. We were impressed. Halfway though eating my boyfriend found a long metal staple in his rice, we informed the staff so they could avoid feeding it to anyone else. The waiter was very nice and asked the manager to discount our meal and she gave us our couple dollar appetizer free. Considering both of our meals were over twenty dollars and the sharp staple could have pierced through any part of his digestive tract that was not fair compensation. Today I have awful food poising and the only thing him and I didn't share was the chicken. The chicken was likely undercooked as that was the last meal I had of the day. Overall, it started really good but ended horribly. We will never be going back as it is a safety risk!
