This a great date place! Love the food and the vibe here. Service is very friendly and quick. The ravioli is our favorite, it’s creamy and delicious! They have incredible desserts as well! We love their lava cake and tiramisu! Definitely would love to visit again.

My fiancé and I were staying around the corner from this beautiful restaurant and it was within walking distance. So we decided to go and made a reservation on OpenTable. Recommend making a reservation as it did get busy, but they were a very efficient team and executed with no problem. Best decision because it was 10/10! The atmosphere was cozy, warm and romantic, the service was excellent, food was fresh and wholesome, and the wine was delicious. Very impressed and cant wait to come back.

Italian restaurants are not my favorite places, but ti piacera blew my mind. I enjoyed everything here. Gnocchi is sooo tasty and not overwhelming at all. Very well balanced taste and strength. Parmesan created a perfect dish on top. Lamb shank... Meat was so delicious and soft that I loved every piece of it. Potato tortilla comes with lamb shank is also phenomenal. Definitely I will come here for it again. We also ordered burrata bruschetta and calamari. They are so delicious. Wednesdays live Jazz.... Wow. So talented young folks. Amazing music. I will come back for the amazing food and great atmosphere that that locals fill the restaurant.

Bay Walker

Been several times over 3 years. Excellent salmon, potatoes & vegetables. Terrific chicken on a very good veggie salad. Generous biscotti and great cheesecake. Excellent comfort food choices. The bar looks fun. Enjoy!

This place is great. The foods great. The staff is great. The interior is dark wood with large windows across the front of the restaurant and a lot of light. The food is reasonably priced. My mother was visiting from out of town and it's difficult to get her to walk anywhere so when she stops that's it. We were lucky enough to come to a halt right in front of Ti Piacera Ristorante. I've walked by the restaurant a 100 times but never looked at the menu until that day. I won't list what we ordered, but everything was exceptional. Our top notch waiter was Mario that day, but we joked with quite a few of the wait staff who stopped by our table just to say hi. One thing that I always look for when dining in is if the owner or senior manager is on the premises. When I asked Mario this, he pointed to a gentleman (the owner) a few tables away and a little closer to the door. That was nice to see. My mother loved it and I couldn't have asked for a better all around experience than the one we had at Ti Piacera Ristorante. Thanks guys!

The food was comforting and family-styled. The meatballs and shakshuka were tasty--I wasn't too impressed with the light bites to start but I enjoyed the zeppole and pancakes. The zeppole was crispy and not oily at all, and the pancakes were really rich and fluffy.

A nice Italian restaurant with welcoming host. We tried spinach gnocchi and found it very nice and creamy. Will be visiting again for more dishes. We requested to make a virgin drink and was happy to see that the charges for drink was reduced. Many places still charges you the same.

They have the best carpaccio in the bay area, the pizza is top notch. The ceasar salad was frankly, pathetic. I had a cocktail that was very good. I am not trying to roast them but, the waiter took away my partners plate while they were still eating, the restaurant smelled funny, and it was a little off putting that they cleaned the table while we were still sitting( it was not busy and no one had any reason to rush).

lovely ambiance in this mid-ranged italian restaurant but in a city full of italian restaurants, this gets lost in the sauce. food was solid and enjoyed but lacked the wow factor. service was great though and appreciated how they replaced the dishes mid-way through the meal. bruschetta: solid dish, great parmesan spaghetti bolognese: unmemorable, kinda tasted like spaghetti you can make at home. prosciutto pizza: decent pizza with good prosciutto portion but wished there were more mushrooms.

Ok so this place has amazing atmosphere. The vibe the look it is amazing. I was able to sit at the bar and enjoy live music by an older couple who were killing it. The stay was friendly and somewhat attentive. It wasn’t busy so the bartender was doubling up and handling tables as well. I started with an appetizer brussels sprouts and they were terrible. Not properly prepared half were cooked the other weren’t. No seasoning and no Gorgonzola cream sauce. Didn’t attempt a main course just cashed out and left it as is. Bottom line go at you own risk. This place may have been having a bad night who knows.

Went for Valentines Day and had expected a somewhat upscale Italian restaurant; however, first thing we noticed when entering was two screens playing ESPN which immediately hurt the vibe. Then came the food. We ordered the Carbonara and the Rigatoni with meatballs, and these were honestly some of the lowest quality pasta dishes I've ever had in a restaurant. The meatballs were rock hard, as if they were frozen and then barely heated up, and we even had to send the plate back because it wasn't edible. The Carbonara in itself was okay, but just not at all authentic Italian-tasting. Paying $30+ for both these meals for something I could've made better at home for $3 feels like a scam. Would not recommend to anyone who wants an quality Italian food.

The price of the food and quality of dishes DID NOT match. Paid $100 for a dozen oysters(too much shells and grit in all of them and for $40+ unacceptable), prosciutto benedict with 10 soggy country potatoes and 2 glasses of white wine. Not worth it. I'd keep looking elsewhere unfortunately.

Had 2 orders of the Bruschetta with Burrata. My son had Linguine Carbonara. We shared a Calamari that was appetizer size. Each order of the Bruschetta had two small crostini's with a small amount of Burrata. My son said the Linguine Carbonara was okay, but nothing special. We both had tap water to drink. The food tasted okay, but in my opinion, the quantity is too small to justify a total bill of $76.00 before tip. $26 for 4 Crostini's with a small bit of Burrata cheese that probably cost the restaurant $4.00 max is silly. Am I missing something when looking at the other reviews? I will admit I don't eat out a restaurants much anymore. Don't want to be too hard on this restaurant, but you need to give someone a reason to want to come back. Waiter was nice and pleasant.
