I have always had good, organic food here. The meats are top quality and bread is made on premises all-the-day long. If you are a sandwich connoisseur this is the place. They are also really into oil, vinegar and oregano, m.m.m.m!

My go-to sandwich is The Original Italian on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. It’s loaded with freshly sliced Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. You can customize with your choice of toppings of mayo, mustard, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, dill pickles, jalapeno peppers, banana peppers, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, salt & pepper. The sandwich is delicious, although a little pricey. The only thing is that the customer service is not consistent with the staff. I’ve been here several times in the past 2 weeks. Most of the staff have good customer service but there are a few that don’t, mostly at the register. They could be friendlier and smile more. There are some indoor seating but most take it to go.

Do yourself a favor and get a #9 on Rosemary Parmesan bread. You won't regret it. Also, surprisingly, they've got some of the most killer cookies and brownies in town. Grab one of those to if you wanna treat yourself.

I will never order (online) from here again. Ordered online and came in when it was supposed to be done. It hadn't been started. Side note, I had no idea where to pick up my order. They definitely need some signage. The store kept taking walk ins and not making my sandwiches while I waited. I asked them about it and they said it was starting next. 10 minutes later, my order still hadn't been started but they kept taking walk in orders non stop. I waited in the store for 20 minutes after I talked to someone before I got my order. If I had not ordered online, I would have gotten my food so much faster.

Mikes is close to our gym and we occasionally go there for lunch after a workout. Yesterday we had very loud men at the next table & that was a problem for me. We like the subs though.

Not what I rmbr Jersey Mike's tasting like. Super slow staff, friendly tho. Store wasn't as clean as it should be esp behind the counter where the sandwich makings were. Good location, easy to find but for the money spent, def not worth it. Sorry #jerseymikes

The bread is terrible which is a big part of the sandwich. If you order a warp it seems like they soak it before they make the sandwich and even if you only ask for a small amount of mayonnaise you get half a jar. Better bet is to pick somewhere else for lunch.

*UPDATE* In response to the reply from JM, please see 2 new photos of the confirmation email we received from JM in response to the complaint we submitted 3 days ago right after our visit. We have not received a response to date. FILTHY! I've emailed corporate twice now about cleanliness and food safety concerns at this location. If it's this disgusting on the customer side of the counter, it has to be the same or worse behind the counter. I'm including a shot of the email response I got the first time I raised concerns in Sept 2025. I just went back 4 months later and it's just as filthy.

I normally wouldn’t care. But the fact that the only 2 employees did not gaf, I’m here saying avoid this location.

Unsanitary! Handling payments and cash register then handling your feood without changing her gloves. Also, they make you wait forever for your food because they are busy making sandwiches for the people that came in after you all at the same time. Annoying.

i don't know why they have to have attitude, came to pick up an order for uber eats and my order said that it had drinks but all they had to do is be nice about it because i asked a simple question. i felt attacked for just asking what my uber eats app told me. i give it 0 stars. december 9 at 12:50pm

This is sad to say but I'll never return to the Jersey Mike's in Brea! There was breadcrumbs & Lettuce & Salt/Pepper & Meat's & Cheese & Oil ALL OVER COUNTERTOP! There was a FLY ON THE CUTTING MACHINE, I showed the employee and he shrugged it off like it was no big deal!! Didn't bother to clean the area! He was so rude & unprofessional! I WAS visiting this store every other week but NO MORE, IT WAS GROSS 🤢 I'll take my business to Crossroads, they're always clean & very nice employees . I'm shocked how poorly maintained Brea was!!
