The employees were friendly but i did not enjoy the food today at all. It had a weird smell. How can I describe it it was a like old freezer burn or something. I think it was the bun, but I'm not even sure but I was not able to eat my meal. I also think the ice machine needs a good cleaning it's got a funny taste .

Worst Jack in the Box I have ever been. Curly fries were like warm and mixed with regular fries and the burgers as well were Luke warm. My order was made via the "mobile app" so I guess Jack's " We don't make it till you order it" doesn't apply.

I actually like most of the workers there. They are nice and friendly. Unfortunately it only takes one bad apple to ruin the experience. Some of the workers don't care about doing their job right. They won't edit out any requests such as removing the buns off of the sandwiches. It seems to me like they just care about moving things along as quickly as possible, not caring about the customer's requests. It makes me feel like this person came from another Jack in the box restaurant which I won't name but it's really close to this one. I have no problem when people are upset and they don't want to be friendly. I get it. Some of us have bad days or weeks sometimes, but at least do your job right. It's not that hard, especially when there's only one more car at the drive through. I went through the drive thru and the woman there acted like she didnt want to be there. She pushed me through the order box when in wanted to adjust the order and I get that its okay sometimes but there was only one car behind me and he got there just as soon as I began my order. Also when I got my food she gave me a mix of regular fries and curly fries when its supposed to be just regular fries. I had to get out of the car and walk to the window and told her I ordered regular fries. She looked at the fries grabbed them and tossed them into the trash. Then after she poured fresh fries into the box. She did it all while looking like she didnt care. I dont understand how people like that even have a job.

Quality of service has been slowly going down the last couple of times I've been here. This most recent time, they told me to park past the drive through window and wait. I walk in after waiting for a while and see my food just sitting there. They gave me the wrong fries and wrong sized drink too. I'm done with this location.

I had ordered a strawberry shake. They had a little bit of pink color but it tastes like vanilla. I had ordered a bacon Swiss buttery and you didn't look nothing like the picture. No lettuce no tomato no mayo no bacon Mayo sauce. A see-through slice of Swiss cheese. Onion rings was burnt hard and 75% was not edible. My double Jack was overcooked and cold when I got it. Order two drinks a Coca-Cola and a root beer and could not tell the difference based upon taste. Was not labeled to indicate which one was which. The french fries tasted like cardboard. I'm being truthful about everything I had just said

I asked for a burger without onions. They just removed the onions and then added fresh cheese. The patties were dry, and there was still in onion on the sandwich. There was something odd about the side machine because the diet Dr. Pepper had a weird aftertaste.

The food was barely above room temperature, the employees served us with the most disrespectful and rude attitude ever. The atmosphere does not match the service at all whatsoever, they also forgot to give us a cluck sandwich and a hash brown. Unfortunately we only noticed once we got onto the freeway. Horrible SERVICE!!!

I ordered online and when we got there to pick up our food. First they gave us the wrong order and we returned it. And They said our order was already picked up. We asked them if they show the order ticket before handing our food to someone else. And they said supposedly yes. We asked for the name of the employee who gave our order to the wrong person and the manager denied our petition. We also asked the “manager” to look at the camera to see if the person who picked up our order showed the ticket or not. She refused and didn’t want to give us our order. Bad service. Can’t even get a simple order right and the manager didn’t help at all. After like half an hour of waiting they finally gave us our order and they told us “here’s your order AGAIN” basically accusing us of stealing. Supervisor or manager someone check the cameras please. I will definitely not be ordering online from you guys again. I was trying to save time but ended up wasting my time and was falsely accused of trying to steal 4 burgers

Had to give one star just to post this. March 3rd. Tonight I ordered a large Oreo shake. Here's what it looked like. I removed the whipped cream. Is this really a large? Almost $7.00

I was on drive thru, but the line was taking to long 15 min. still had 5 cars ahead of me so I decided to order inside. I got out of the line parked and walked to the door and it was locked at 7:37PM. When the sign says dinning room open till 12:00am. So there goes my place in line
