Drinks are sooooo good! I always get the passion fruit milk tea with boba. I’m not a big stickler for boba, but this spot does their boba REALLY good! it’s super chewy and bouncy and sweet. Additionally, service is really quick. I just have to complain about these rising prices 😔 i stopped going as often Another downside is the design of the store LOL. No chairs, just the place to order and some pictures on the wall. Most people may just walk past it without realizing what a wonderful drink spot this is.

My favorite boba place - I always get the Creamy Milk Tea with Japanese Pudding and boba. Their drinks are on the sweeter side, so I would go as low as 50% sweetness. There's a bunch of tables to hangout with your friends and staff is friendly.

If you want a comprehensive Soyful Desserts experience, make sure to come to this location instead of the one on Story Rd (original location which was dear to my heart when it was the only option). This Soyful has an area to sit indoor and is definitely worth a 25 minute drive from Sunnyvale just to get their tofu pudding (aka tau fu fa) which is what I did on a Saturday afternoon. You always have the flexibility to adjust the sweetness and 25% sweetness is just fine for their tau fu fa which is already sweetened with toppings that you should get like sago, red bean, or Japanese pudding. Also found out that their hot tofu pudding is only served during the wintertime so not sure when they really stop, but you can always get their cold tofu pudding all year round (I believe). I've had their milk teas and other drinks before but their "soyful" desserts are what makes it worth coming here for. Hopefully they open up some locations outside of San Jose sooner or later.

Staff is amazingly friendly and quick to remember your order when you come in on other visits. Menu selections have a wide variety to choose from although my favorite is the #10 milk tea & #11 coffee yummmmmy 😊

Good matcha! Service was a bit slow, but they were running a bogo that day so I think that's reasonable. The banana one had excellent flavor and the sweetness level was right on point.

great place. I've been getting Tea here for a while and it has been just perfect everytime. a few of my favorites drinks are winter melon and mango lemon iced tea.

love the BOGO deals they need to do it more often i wont comeback otherwise. service was impeccable. very fast. portion is huge.

I only ever come here for the creamy milk drink with egg pudding. It is so delicious but too sweet! I would recommend 25% or 50% sweetness level. For the BOGO for this drink, this is a very good deal!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 It was my first time trying Soyful Desserts. I ordered the Banana Matcha and Coconut Matcha both sounded really good, but the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark for me. They were okay, just not as rich or balanced as I expected. Maybe next time I’ll ask if I can adjust the sugar level to suit my taste. For now, I’d say the drinks were just alright, but I’m open to giving it another try.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They are absolutely horrible at keeping this place clean, it’s greasy and overall extremely dirty. After I placed my order it took almost 25 minutes for them to finally give it to me, and it tasted weird, not to what it usually tastes like. The staff was also not in the best of moods, which made me scared to ask where or what had happened to my order for it to be THAT delayed. Unless you really don’t have another place to go to for a drink, i’d say skip this spot and go somewhere else. 0/10

Cream top on matcha latte was like curdled and left a horrible taste and feeling i stomach. Pudding at 25% sweetness was still extremely sweet. Overall a not good experience for us.

Following a successful transaction confirmation on my mobile device, the cashier indicated the initial payment had not been processed, and a receipt could not be generated. Despite presenting the confirmation, the cashier advised that the transaction had not been completed and requested a second attempt. This has led to a situation requiring resolution with my credit card provider.

review is for wasting my time. on google, yelp, and even the sign outside the store, it says they are open on mondays until 8pm. i show up and they're shuttered, open sign off. not a good way to do business.
