Came here on a Sunday with my family. We need something good and healthy subways the way to go. Good customer service food was nice and fresh. Definitely a spot to come and relax in the evenings they have a nice patio.

I've never been the biggest fan of Subway but like most people faced with the mediocre lunch options of a suburban shopping center, I've been to my fair share. My friend and I were in the middle of a road trip and had come to the beginning of the Ortega highway. Knowing that this would be the last food stop for miles, we let out a familiar sigh - a sigh that I have come to know as the Subway sigh. A sigh that comes when you know there are a million other places you'd rather eat but this is what you've got. I went with my go to order, the Italian BMT. It was generously loaded with meat, toasted to perfection, and abundantly populated with fresh veg. The spreads were proportionate, the wrap up was perfect, and the cookie was warm. Everything about this eating experience was amazing. I can confidently say this is the best Subway I've ever been to. Not to mention the woman behind the counter, who I assume to be the owner, was INCREDIBLY sweet. I was transported back to a time when my mom would make me sandwiches when I came inside after a long day of play. In closing...yes, this is still a Subway, but it's a special one. Leave your Subway sigh at the door, you're in for a Subway surprise :)

There was a baby crying inside the preparation area and the typical "bathroom out of order" sign that you see in places where they don't want you to use the restroom.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here. First, the place was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month. Second, the older lady behind the counter, didn't get her name unfortunately, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Like I was bothering her by being a customer. I kid you not, she was intentionally moving at a snail's pace, as if it was out of passive aggression for hating her job. My convalescent grandmother moves faster than that. I went against my better judgement by eating the stale sandwich, I should have just walked out. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other subway in the shopping center right on the other side of the freeway. The quality is way better.

This location does not honor subway coupons. The lady there, I'm assuming the owner, said "it makes the sandwiches too cheap." I thought the point of coupons is to bring people in, not BAIT AND SWITCH the customers. So I left. If an owner is that aggressive at cutting corners, just imagine what they're probably willing to do with the food you'll be eating, like when it comes to expiration dates, good quality and safety. You're better off going to the subway on the other side of the freeway, about one minute away, where they honor Subway coupons and are less likely to feed you expired meat.
