Amazing atmosphere! You can dance until 4 a.m., their drinks are great, and everyone is friendly. This seems to be a place where everyone from the neighborhood gets together. This is a super fun place.

Was there like 2 weeks ago. Got there kinda early so it was a little empty. Was just wandering the roads and heard some music and walked in 😂 the bartenders were sweet and very attentive. The drinks were DELICIOUS! Will DEFINITELY come here again on my next trip to PR

This place is amazing! Go see Roy, he’s an awesome bartender. He made me a gin cocktail with egg white foam and a house-made raspberry syrup. The cocktails are outstanding. The sound / music isn’t crazy loud, so you can still hold a conversation. This was my favorite bar room of La Factoria.

Awesome place! Great drinks and atmosphere. Our bartender, John, played awesome music and gave us good service and lively conversation. We went back 3 times! Last visit he mixed us a unique bartender’s choice drink. We had a great time hanging here.

Our bartender was so awesome. Very cool, low key spot. Quiet enough to be able to hear your conversation but loud enough for it to be drowned out. The staff was on top of sanitizing prior to you taking a seat. Window seat is great for people watching

Bartenders and service were great and super knowledgable. I highly recommend the Cocolo which is extra refreshing on warm days, other highlights included the Beso de Marcel and a Paper Plane. If you ask the bartenders, they can pretty much make anything for you and it'll be great like the Boulevardier I had.

This isn’t food. It’s cocktails. Better than anywhere on the islands. These people know how to make drinks. I asked for a cocktail commemorating our time in the Caribbean, evoking its beauty. He made me a wonderful smooth Caribbean old-fashioned with Kahlua and chocolate bitters. Then I asked for something reflecting the fruit and flavors of the islands and he made a coconut rum drink that was smooth, distinctive and multi-flavored. Finally (my wife and I were sharing these) I asked him for his version of a classic, and he made a wonderful Daquiri with pineapple rum. These are served in proper glasses. I wanted to stay but had to go to dinner. I left full of ideas for my own cocktails.

One of my favorite bars I’ve ever been to. Go to the “desvio” side room where there’s no menu but the bartender will make you a bespoke cocktail curated to your taste. Amazing vibes and friendly service. In the entire world this is one of the bars I think of first when people ask the best places I’ve been to

Visited this place with a group of 15 people and the proficiency with which place handled the crowd was just amazing to watch. Drinks were to notch. We tried Passion Fruit Margaritas, Taquiteasy and Cocoala - all of them were phenomenal. Highly recommended to visit this place if you are in old San Juan!

Definitely the most relaxed bar in La Factoria but it didn’t have the same fun and unique vibe. Maybe a nice place to start your experience before moving inside

The bartenders here, in the times that I have visited, are kind of rude. Aside from that, the drinks are out of this world! World class mixology, beautiful garnishes. The atmosphere is top notch. Not a place you want to miss.

I ordered empanadas and this were good but the daiquiris were plain, like a lemonade with maybe a little bit of rum. Because of the pandemic they only have one person at the bar. They do play nice music but you can’t dance inside.

Small bar in the Old Town that is need of restoration. BUT have to say they make and serve a dynamite Pina Colada and the bartender puts on a little show when preparing and mixing these drinks.

I was here a week ago and overall it was ok. the bartender with the mustache has attitude, I asked the lady bartender to turn up the music and she said no cause they could get a fine for loud music. The bar next door has the music so loud can barely listen to the music in La Cubanita.

I mean…the drinks were good…but this place was a bit rough around the edges. The guy working there was cleaning the floors and was putting the nasty bucket of mop water on the counter. On the drink stand. Right next to us. (See filthy red bucket in photo right next to the clean glasses.) also they had a massive fruit fly infestation. They were covering everything. Maybe we found them on a bad day since all the other reviews are amazing but dang. Can’t get past the mop water.

Customer service is lacking. Time was spent talking amongst themselves and heavily drinking rather than tending to customers. The manager and bartender forgot about my food multiple times, had to remind them about 3 times that ordered. They would continue to forget to go back to kitchen but always come back with drinks for themselves.This isn’t the place to go if you’re looking for fast, considerate service.

Hoy 6 de abril a las 1:30am entro a la Cubanita y me dirijo a la barra que esta atras, ahi estaba mi hermano que se acababa de casar junto a su esposa. Acabado de llegar sin pedir nada en la barra la bartender se dirije hacia mi y me pregunta si yo cerre la cuenta la cual no tenia ninguna cuanta abierta ya que acabo de llegar, ella procede a llamar al seguridad que me acababa de dejar entrar hacia 3 min y me querian botar sin razon alguna. La peor experiencia que uno puede pasar luego de un dia taan espectacular. La bartender encargada de la barra de atras no se su nombre pero era trigueña y pelo rizo, su servicio es pesimo, no sabe como tratar sus clientes. Me botaron sin razon alguna, que experiencia tan mala. Les recomiendo que nunca vayan a La Cubanita, me lo van agradecer.

Al fin, me atendió Roi (no se bien su nombre) pero cuando nos vio nos habló y nos pudo hablar como si fuéramos clientes. Él se merece el bien review, pero mi review es para Alejandro. El cuál, reitero, no nos atendió y nos dejó esperando por 30-45 minutos. Busca a Roi

Pésimo, el guardia de seguridad del turno de las 9pm en la sanse el dia 21 de enero un abusador y un grosero empujando tanto a hombres como mujeres, comiendo y sin hablar empujando a las personas sin tan solo decirles una palabra. Pésimo pésimo. Personas así no deberían trabajar allí. Una estrella porque lo único que se puede para comentar.
