Yummy Dumplings is located in the Miramar Food Truck area, there are 5 food trucks and 2 drink trucks, fenced in area with outdoor covered seating. I tried the Pulled Pork Bao special and a Medalla...amazing! The pork was moist, the barbeque, wasabi mayo and cilantro mixed perfectly with the meat and the slice of carrot added crunchy texture. Definitely a must try!

Hands down the best dumplings you can get around! You can also get other dishes here. I get two different orders of dumplings because they're sooo good and the mix and match makes it even better. You can also get a half and half order in case you want to try two different kinds!

Finally after uncooked or soggy dumplings for years I found the perfect spot with unique and fresh ingridients made to order. Their lo mein and yummy rice is deliciousness too. Everything i tried I was impressed. Definitely a blog banger!!

Tasteless food y and rude service

Pork bao buns weren’t standard steamed buns but the filling and sauces were great. Best thing we had. The chili noodles were fine, but we found the dumplings chewy and the churrasco filling dense and bland.

Food’s not bad but they have a big salt problem. Ate there twice. First time, we ate lo mein, super salty. We thought it was a one-time thing. No biggie. Gave it a second shot. Second time we ordered the rice and it was the same. Again, flavor’s ok. But too much salt makes your tongue go numb.

The fried rice with churrasco was delicious but it was very wet. If the rice was dryer it would have been a perfect dish. Filled me up.

Dumplings are ok. Chewy and the filings are ok. The spicy wasabi tastes like Mayo, it needs spice and wasabi.

I have never done a review for this place since the ingredients in the dumplings don't draw attention to me, and I always eat the same pork or meat dumplings, the others with amarillos ugh not my thing, but last night I when there to eat something light but filling, I ask for some pork belly bao bao and some dumplings... rigth there I understand why I didn't want to give a review or take pictures, when I ate the bao bao only one thing I can said that dish is made for a public that don't have any tastes bud, I have make better bao bao pork belly, It was mediocre and it was pricy 2 for 14 something to be...I don't even have a description of the how deception I was feeling at that first bite🥲. The dumplings where like always, eatables. Not coming back

I would’ve loved to have been able to give them a better review. I’m all for supporting the local grind, but not so much when you leave with the feeling of being ripped off. First and foremost, they offer “soup dumplings” in their menu for $8/ 6pcs. As soon as I saw them I realized they were far from the real deal. True soup dumplings are shaped a certain way to allow for the liquid inside to nest on the spoon as it oozes out when you eat them. These were shaped just like plain pot stickers, had zero liquid inside and were served with a fork. There was a “sauce” squirted on top which was just soy sauce. If you dilute it in a bit of rice vinegar and add fresh ginger (both inexpensive) you have a lil nice sauce to elevate the dumplings. They tasted just ok tbh, but don’t sell me something and give me a whole different thing, more so at that price point. On top of it my order was screwed up, it was completed after everyone else in my table ate. These details make the difference between a one time customer and a loyal clientele that will support you whenever they crave your goods. I’m obviously pointing out my experience, didn’t try and can’t speak for anything else in the menu.

Don’t eat at this place. This guy tells me he does not have enough rice to complete my order so agreed on giving me half fried rice and half order of dumplings. But charged me full for the dumplings, but in fact gave me just half order and when I asked him to explain my bill he said— “What do you want now? You want the money back? I don’t care”.

Ordene un lomein de camaron y la pasta estaba sobre cocida (over cooked) sabor bien pobre tuve q preguntar por salsa soya , lomein es un plato en sofreido y la pasta al hervirlo la pasta tiene q estar bastante duro para q termine su cocinado cndo sofrian
