One of my favorite places to get boba. I usually get the matcha red bean milk tea or the Okinawa milk tea. Currently they are still requiring face masks, which is great, and there is no in door seating available currently. Not a big deal for me, personally, as I always take mine to go.

My favorite boba shop in San Leandro ( probably because it is closest to my house) . My favorite drinks are Okinawa Milk Tea , which is black milk tea with brown sugar and boba and their fruit tea are quite good too . The only con is that they give too much boba , sometime I have to ask for less :P

Delicious! Come after school a lot, the boba is AMAZING but I would say go from a $5 boba to say $4 since if I take 2 friends it’s about 17 dollars just for 3 drinks. But staff is super friendly & quick. The TV has some good shows. Had my first boba here and it was so good! Recommend to all

This is one of newest sharetea franchise opened around bay area and is also one of the best. The flavor offered here is very rich and people working here is also nice. They have a stamp card where if you buy 10 cups, you get 1 cup free, which is always nice and fun to collect them every time you visit. I strongly suggest try Okinawa pear tea and QQ happy family!

Good selection, fast service, and very clean. Customer service is good too, if you have an issue with your drink or with stamps. Can get crowded, because it's not a huge place, but typically not for too long.

Giving this place all them stars because this shopping center has good use for such a place and because they always do a good job on drinks and service. Yes, there are other quality level tea places out there, but Sharetea is located in areas where there aren't a plethora of other decent quality tea. Sharetea is slightly above decent, necessary location and good service, therefore all stars. You can't go wrong. There's something you will enjoy.

Love this place. It's not to crowded at times, great service and the drinks were great. I didn't have to wait long either. The cashier Darrell even asked if everything was ok and I enjoyed my drink which I appreciated.

Ordered online and my orders are ready for pick up at designated time. Iam disappointed that they don't have a carry board for orders. I have to juggle and carry 4 drinks that I ordered. They don't have anyone to take care of drinks ordered online for pick up, so you had to assert yourself amidst people who are ordering in line.

My drink came out well, but I waited forever for it. I ordered online using Square and apparently, when you order online, a ticket of the order prints out in another receipt printer. When I saw a drink that might have looked like mine, I asked them if it was mine and it was not mine. Then, their staff were all confused wondering why the order never printed, but it was printed in the separate receipt printer they have for online orders. Nobody was paying attention the whole time and my drink was not being made. I was expecting them to start it a few minutes later after I ordered in my car in the FoodMax nearby, but nope, nobody paid attention!

Good bubble tea chain. They have handy daily specials ( 2 for 1, free topping, etc). The Google navigation to this place is inaccurate. It's in the shopping plaza next to Launderland (the Food Max side of the plaza). It's really small in there, a to go order is your best bet.

The price for this location was particularly pricier than other sharetea I’ve been to.. odd. But overall customer service was good enough. And considering that I’m a picky customer, the workers were understanding. The drinks it-selves were great. No complaints about that. It can get a bit crowdy when it’s busy. B

While choosing a place to buy a good quality boba drink, I found Sharetea from the pool of choices in the area. My first visit was pleasant, but as I kept coming in, the tall Latin guy with the glasses made the whole experience different and uncomfortable. Customer service training is key, especially when it’s a small business. I recommend you avoid this unwelcoming environment. There’s TONS of options to choose from.

ordered a honey milk tea and the aftertaste tasted like chemicals. I got a bad piece of boba and it tasted rotten like the stuff the dentist puts in your teeth
