I want to report the woman who answers the phone because she refused service to my mother today, a customer of that restaurant for several years. Just last Tuesday, they delivered our order without any problems, but a different person, kind and polite, took it. My mother called at 10:30 a.m. today.
Terrible customer service, and that's why my family and I have shopped there. I called to find out what was left, and they ended up hanging up. Truly terrible attitude. They should train their staff better. I don't recommend shopping there.
The service was deplorable. I ordered at 10 am and it arrived at 2:10 pm. The price is very high and the portion is truly tiny. The broth from the stew was spilling out of the Styrofoam container, the chilaquiles were all over the place and mixed together, and the portion was extremely small. I will never order from there again. The food was also too salty, impossible to eat, and always had bones in it.
Bad service, it took them more than an hour and a half to bring me my food but the biggest problem was that 40 minutes before they brought it to me they said it was ready to be delivered and it hadn't arrived, I asked again and after 5 minutes the delivery man arrived and said that he had JUST given it to him.
Already under the quality and service, there are several times that it is found in the hair foods, and also of a stew you do not get complete complements.
Vegetables were scarce and of poor quality—overripe, dry, and tough. Prices weren't very economical.
On August 27, 2018, they did not fulfill my order. Very poor service. I called and there was no one there. Terrible service. I do not recommend them.
