Although there isn't a wide variety of burgers, they do taste good and the ingredients seem high quality. The downside is the service; the staff isn't the friendliest, they speak curtly, they don't take orders in order, and they're generally quite slow. If you have patience, time, and a craving for a more than decent burger, go for it.

No me atendieron en 4 minutos y en esos mismos 4 minutos 2 personas atendidas primero que yo. Eso se lo haces a alguien con mal día y te revienta algo. Eso es literal no saber hacer tu trabajo. Desorden no hay filas. Si no hay filas enfocas tu cerebro a ver quien llega primero.

Muy buenas hamburguesas, pésimo servicio al cliente, pedí por teléfono y me dijeron que en 30 min podía pasar, pase después de ese tiempo y aún no estaba listo el pedido, la persona que me atendió con una pésima actitud, y la persona que me recibió el pedido por teléfono hasta se rió de mi cuando le comenté que ya había pasado el tiempo que me dieron de entrega, no es la primera vez que el personal se porta de esa forma, están muy ricas pero jamás volveré a comprar ni a recomendar.

We sent the burgers back because they added toppings and reused the same buns—they just reheated them, and they were stale. The music was too loud, so they couldn't hear you order. Terrible service. They never answer your phone to place an order. The staff is always grumpy and has a bad attitude. If you arrive more than half an hour before the scheduled time, they can't even serve you with takeout. They tell you they're out of stock. Avoid their return.

The burger tastes average, and the price is $70 pesos, along with Provi brand Sabritas-style fries, which they claim aren't; they're tougher and lack salt. But above all, the decisive point is the service. I don't think I'll ever go back. There are better options in that area, like the dog pound. We shouldn't give our money to someone who can't even provide a minimum of good service.

Terrible service. A few months ago, when only men worked there, the hamburgers were delicious and the staff was attentive and fast. Since a woman started working there, the hamburgers have been awful and the service is horrible. I ordered a double hamburger, and she was on the phone and said, "Yes, yes, right now." When she finally gave it to me, she gave me a single hamburger and even told me I hadn't ordered a double. Today we bought hamburgers to give them another chance, and when I opened it to remove the onion (since they don't remove it when you order it), I saw a long, straight, black hair inside. This has never happened to us before, and we realized that it would definitely be the last time we buy from that place with that woman working so reluctantly. We have no doubt that the hair was hers. Undoubtedly, terrible service these days. 🤢
