Although they don't have a wide variety of meats, they know how to prepare them, and adding crispy pork rinds to the tacos makes them 👌🏻 their green salsa is amazing. One of my favorite tacos in the city. I just wish they'd allow pets since it's an open space and not so noisy.

A great place to socialize, the food is delicious, highly recommended. They've just started with this concept and it will continue to improve. The only reason I personally deducted a star is because they don't make omelets, and green juice and espresso are extra, even though most buffets include them. Otherwise, it's a good place to go, let's support them.

It's decent, actually. They only have two meat options: sirloin or chorizo ​​(in tacos). They also sell hamburgers and hot dogs (which are on white bread rolls/mini buns). La verdad me faltaron 3 tacos y tuve que regresar al principio la chica que me atendió se negó diciendo que ella había entregado el pedido bien y uno de sus compañeros la desmintió y nos tuvo que entregar lo faltante

Buenos tacos, hamburguesas y hot dogs; todo con buen sabor. En las mañanas, cuando venden quesadillas y tortas, a veces hay detalles porque se les llegan a terminar algunos ingredientes, pero lo que sí tienen está muy bien preparado. Por la noche el menú cambia, es más amplio y con opciones diferentes que valen la pena; pero la calidad de la carne a veces varia. Las salsas son lo mejor, especialmente la verde. Cuando está, el Jefe siempre atiende con mucha amabilidad y hace que la experiencia sea más agradable. Como detalle a considerar, los precios son un poco altos y sería ideal que aceptaran tarjeta, ya que solo manejan efectivo y transferencias.

All the food here is delicious. I love their green salsa. I recommend eating there more than taking out. Aside from that, my favorite taco is the morning pirate taco, and it's very rare that I get to eat it because I work at 10 a.m., and in the morning they're NEVER open at 9:30 a.m. (which is supposed to be their opening time). I wish they had more control in the morning.

The burgers are very tasty, but the service isn't that great. I ordered two burgers, and they forgot the second one. I waited 20 minutes and then asked for the check, but when it arrived, they hadn't even written it down, so apparently they ignored my request. I ordered a michelada, and it was undrinkable because it was so spicy. I think it would be better if they didn't put so much salsa on the starter, and if someone asks for more salsa, they could add it instead of charging someone for a michelada they can't even swallow because it's so spicy. I told the staff, and their response was that the preparation is already made for all the micheladas; I should ask for it without salsa next time; how would you know that michelada is incredibly spicy? The burgers are very tasty, but I 0% recommend the micheladas for the same reason.

And it doesn't taste good either. The prices are exorbitant for such poor quality. I'd understand if I got sick from 10-peso tacos, but it shouldn't happen with food so expensive that you feel ripped off. The service was good and the place was pleasant. But the main reason you go there is to eat.

The service was so bad they made me leave because my daughter was carrying a corn cob, so we were going to eat tacos, not corn cobs! Here at El Charco, they understand that it doesn't bother them if a girl comes in with a corn cob and eats tacos!

AWFUL! I hadn't been to this place in the Himalayas for years, and now I remember why I never went back. Yesterday I stopped by and was intrigued by the grilled burgers, so I decided to go in. I ordered two burgers to go. I got home and noticed THE MINIATURES of burgers. The meat tasted horrible, like it was soy or something. I didn't even finish the first burger. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Update January 11, 2024: The tacos are super thin, and the meat is even chubby, nothing like what they once were. We stopped to order takeout. We didn't realize the change until we got home. We were deeply disappointed. We won't be back. No way. OPINION BEFORE THE CHANGE: These tacos and burgers are the jewel of Himalaya. We discovered them through the burgers; they're super delicious, freshly made, and served with Provi chips and a huge jalapeño pepper that adds a kick. They also have beef tacos, by the way, that are a very good size and portion. Their unique feature is that they're served with hard pork rinds sprinkled over the taco, which gives it a crunchy touch that, ugh, you wouldn't believe! You have to try it, plus the price-value ratio of the dish is incredible. Dining there is very affordable. Just bring a good jacket because it's outdoors. If you can, grab a wooden table under the roof, so the wind doesn't reach there. Enjoy!

I didn't like it at all. 1. The cheese isn't real cheese; it leaves a greasy taste in your mouth. 2. The beef was tough and chewy, even though they offered it to me as sirloin. 3. The burger was tiny. 4. I thought the price was high for what I got. A friend recommended them, and I was really looking forward to trying them, but unfortunately, I had a bad experience. That said, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but the quality of the ingredients leaves much to be desired.
