A good place to go and chat and grab a bite to eat. Nothing spectacular. Prices are okay. The employees' attitude is a bit rude; I don't think they're happy to work there.

The service was good and the staff very friendly, however, the coffee leaves much to be desired. It tastes over-roasted and somewhat burnt. This isn't the barista's fault, but rather the coffee distributor's fault during roasting. I would recommend adjusting your budget to specialty coffee with a medium, balanced roast to create a more consistent coffee with flavors that make you want to return.

The coffee is good, but they're understaffed. There's just one guy who does the cashier, waiter, cook... everything you can imagine. The atmosphere isn't great; obviously, the only employee is stressed. It's definitely not a good place to visit.

Pésima calidad en todo. Tan solo vean la máquina y el molino todo viejo roto y sucio. No me quiero imaginar higiene de la “cocina”.

Today, December 29th, I went to the coffee shop, as I have done before. The young, red-haired woman behind the counter refused to give her name so I could file a report. She treated me very rudely and has a bad attitude, which is not good for the customers. When I told her she had to treat customers well, she replied that that's just how she is and that she didn't have to treat customers any differently. I told her I was going to report her, and she said she didn't care, that it was no problem, that I would gladly do it. This is what happens when you leave a business in the hands of an employee who only receives a salary and doesn't take care of the customers. I demand that action be taken, as I like to go to the coffee shop because it's a pleasant place!

On two occasions, I've sat for over 40 minutes and they haven't taken my order. Everything is delicious, but if they improved their service, it would be perfect. Also, the place smells strongly of cigarettes.

The service is good and the coffee is delicious. The owners need to pay attention to the tools their employees use; they are already old. The time will come when they can't work well and offer good service.

The menu offers small drinks, so we asked the waiter for three. They brought us a medium size and charged us for it. When we complained, they told us they didn't sell small drinks there. I asked why they didn't inform me when I made my order, and they repeated that they didn't sell small drinks. Aside from this theft, I can't call it anything else. They didn't offer an apology, at least, and the service is slow. I don't recommend this place.
