This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations because it is so small and tucked away but mainly because of the beautiful baristas that will liven up any kind of mood.

The only Starbucks in the City of San Marino. Street parking and a shared parking lot. This location opens early in the morning. Counter service only at this location. Outstanding service.

Friendly staff and clean shop. Can get a little busy, so I always use the mobile app to have my order ready by the time I get there.

It was a pleasant surprise that the workers greet you at the entrance. This institution is important that a person feel individual. It's amazing to see the staff write down the name of the visitor, it adds more coziness. This place has brought its own style and culture in the service sector. The place is more suitable for all the criteria for working at the computer or discussing pressing matters at work, but it is also suitable for meetings with friends or a girl. Prices correspond to quality of the provided services. Diversity is present when choosing any position, but most importantly - coffee can be served with the necessary criterion of bitterness. Suggest to do a private ritual of going to this truly unforgettable world of coffee.

Only been here twice. Amazing people remembered my order just by seeing my face. I couldn't remember my what I wanted, but they took care of me.

this is a great SB location to get served. very fast paced and yet they get your drinks out pleasantly. MY FAVORITE COFFEE SPOT OVER ALL OTHER LOCATIONS. :)

Happy to find pumpkin spice latte on new years day 2021. Maybe that means more good things are coming... Just a heads up to check hours of operation closely. They are only open 3 hours right now. 7 am to 10am. I think I probably saw 10 and just thought 10pm.

Really nice location. Quick service. Nice outdoor and panoramic views of the quaint San Marino area. Not enough indoor space. High School kids frequent and stay using free wifi maked it difficult to sit and enjoy drink.

They tend to be inviting and make drinks well in comparison to other Starbucks. It might be busy but they still seem to keep the quality good even when busy and with minimal wait.

I love the frappuccinos.. my favorites.. is just very annoying that the menu is not there no more.. just a few drinks are display.. I want the old menu back so I can choose what I want that day, I go 3 times a week and order the same because I can not see what else is there...

The Starbucks I visited in San Marino California today was extremely well quipped in variety items, and the bathrooms were clean. There is ample parking, handicap parking,wheelchair access, and the customer service was phenomenal!

Gets packed, 2-3 two seater tables. z cute small outdoor patio viewing interactions of San Marino/sierra Madre and Huntington drive. Very super awesome and nice staff. Private parking lot in the back. Near a school.

Every time I order at this location, the employee taking my order is consistently rude. Customer service needs to improve.

The guy at the register doesn’t know the difference between a croissant and a sandwich. Said they are the same thing (“they’re both croissants” - I guess because they both have ham on them) yet they look different, have different calories, different textures and different prices. Training please.

It appears that management has decided they want to make lots more money by short-changinng their customers. I may not come back to this store again. I ordered a grande cappuccino. And when I picked up the order at the counter, I noticed it was unusually light. I opened the lid and saw that it looked full, because all I saw was froth to the rim. I closed the lid and started to drink, but I had to tilt the cup more than 45 degrees to get the first sip! What does this mean? It means the liquid was only about 1/3 full, and the rest was froth (air bubbles). I went back to talk to the barista, but was met with a "who cares" attitude. Will I pay over $5 again for this Starbucks' drinks? Definitely NO with this current practice. I rather go to another Starbucks, or go to Klatch coffee down the street, who has great coffee AND I know I won't get short-cganged. Management - let me know by responding here, what you plan to do about this practice (and not just the standard "we'll do better" speech). What will you do exactly and how can customers like me tell that you've made a noticeable change. This certainly reminded me of the old talked-about practice of Starbucks packing iced drinks with mainly ice cubes and little liquid. Now they figured out how to cheat the customers for both cold AND hot drinks!

Didnt get what I ordered. Ordered an eggnog latte got a regular milk latte. Tastes terrible.

This Starbucks is fine and the staff are nice… when it’s open. They often close early in the afternoon with no advance warning at all.

Your online app order will be six or seven minutes late usually. This location takes forever.

By far the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. The employee taking my order seemed annoyed at taking it. Also while receiving my drinks I asked the girl to please give me a cup tray twice but received no answer or even an acknowledgement. By the third time I asked, she replied with "give me a moment", and handed me the tray with attitude. Customer service needs to improve at this location.

I've been to this location twice and will not return again. Staff is slow and indifferent to customers waiting and waiting and waiting in line. Both visits they had plenty of staff that just stood around doing nothing. Yes San Marino is a slow pace community but this was ridiculous.

Absolutely poor business management, poor customer service. Took to long to finalize my order. I did get the your order is next, but that never happened, three minutes became 10 minutes and..... Yeah never again.

I was having such a good day, treated myself and my co worker to drinks from starbucks however when I came to pick them up, I asked Mari for a cup holder and the way she tossed it onto the counter and walked away without saying a word was so disappointing… I didn’t deserve poor customer service for a simple request…

I repeated my order many times and still got it wrong when it come out, she didn’t even repeat it to me before making. She has an attitude and didn’t know what she was doing. I said I want to use my stars and she thought I want to use my card. And explained everything wrong when I was right and eventually explained nothing. I ordered no ice and light water, SHE GAVE ME ADD ICE. Now my venti is FULL OF ICE! I will not come back again and this experience made me don’t want to continue being a Sbuks customer. This staff sucks, I felt disappointed and was not respected. Not well trained enough.

This is without a doubt the worst Starbucks in the San Gabriel valley. There is no communication from the baristas to the customers, and it routinely takes 20+ minutes to get your order. I highly recommend going to another location and skip this. If you're seeking sanity from your coffee, this location will not provide it.
