The items were fresh. The veggies burrito was yummy. They have an outdoor seating capacity. There are no restrooms in this location. The indoor seating capacity is little small and compared to the other locations, but we found the space to have our meal.

This place is fantastic, with excellent service. I often order online and dine in; the manager is accommodating, allowing me to order at the stand (they typically use another stand exclusively for online orders). The food is consistently delicious, and the ambience is satisfactory.

I ordered online so that I would not have to wait in Chipotle. I arrived and saw that my food was ready for pickup no one was at the cash register there were two people preparing food for other customers and there were three other employees besides the two people that saw me waiting by the cash register no one said anything or offered to help All I needed was for them to pass the food I had already paid for it. I waited for 6 minutes with no customer at the cash register or no employee at the cash register five different people saw me standing there. I'm a business owner if I ran my business this way I would lose. Even if Sam someone just said hey we'll get your order for you in a few minutes that would be sufficient. People were walking into the back kitchen walking around looking at me smiling at each other all kinds of frivolous meaningless interaction meanwhile I waited. The lady that eventually came was nice smiled and friendly.

This location is usually flawless. But on Thursday at 6 PM I came across a very awkward staff. I was picking up an order for my friend, and I accidentally put guacamole and queso on it. Once I told them I needed to remake the bowl, the entire staff (except for the First Lady in the food line) acted like I stole all the money out of the cash register… They also acted like it was food out of their refrigerator they had to throw out. I’ll be going to the other locations next time.

My office is near by and this is my go to place for lunch. It bothers me so much that everytime the portion sizes are so different! Today they poured a ton of the hot salsa and the guac was super salty which triggered me to write this! How difficult is to make a consistent quantity bowl??!

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. I ordered the steak bowl, and what I got looked nothing like real meat. It was rubbery, weirdly textured, and looked like it had been glued together in a lab. It was not edible at all. I’ve enjoyed Chipotle in the past, but this experience was honestly unpleasant. If this is the new standard for steak, I won’t be coming back. Customers deserve real, quality ingredients, not something that looks and tastes fake.

I arrived @ 11am right when open I requested 2 burrito bowls with the new garlic steak. The steak was left over and dry. It was not fresh. I would’ve thought that first thing in the morning all food should be freshly cooked it was dry and chewy. beneath chipotle quality.🤨😳😩

I been a Chipotle Client even before any San Mateo locations, I use to drive to Millbrae, was so happy when the finally open close by, I been to the foster city location no issues, but the closest to me it’s park place, I honestly never happy with them, I always order 4 burritos and I hate they never cook the tortillas one by one, I’m the nicest person and I hate to say something, im a foodie and no I don’t eat uncooked flour tortillas, every time we get home and have to recooked them on a pan, the other issue is that they are making them ridiculous small, my kids love chipotle as live as I do, I bothers me how little barbacoa they are putting, again I hate say anything, tonight my kids says mom let’s get chipotle for dinner, I took a break from cooking and off we went, same order as always, white rice black beans, again uncooked tortillas, the first two burritos were tiny, I was getting so upset, the the other two even smaller, I had to say something, I was so ridiculous, I said excuse me, that’s tiny, I noticed the lady got so upset she rolled her eyes at me, I asked for both salsas, one of the containers was empty and she just scraped wherever was left just to finish my burrito, she was so uncomfortable but I was also uncomfortable, $46 later and 4 tiny burritos, here is a picture of 1 of them, it’s crazy, I can cover it with my palm ✋

I've never seen portions this small before. Even when I visit other locations that give a little less, it's much more than here. On the bright side, the place is pretty clean and the taste was normal.

Smallest portions I've ever seen for a Chipotle restaurant. I understand the economy is not in the best shape, but you could definitely afford to give your customers a little more rice and beans. Sad to see how Chipotle has changed over the years. Chipotle used to be the Whole Foods of fast food. Now it's just another McDonald's that doesn't care about its customers. *Update to my message: I don't need chipotle to contact me and offer free food. Just change the way you're doing business so you can have more repeat customers and they don't feel robbed leaving your restaurant.

Staff are skimping on the meats and the price is continued to rise. You are pretty much paying for rice beans, and salsa.
