What's not to like it's Mountain Mike's Pizza. They definitely have a very good pizza perfect crust. The barbecue chicken is phenomenal and I don't even like barbecue that much it has the right flavor and the toppings

This is our first visit to this location and I think it's one of my favorites. It's very clean and kept up. The father son duo did a great job keeping the buffet stocked and clean. The kids arcade area was small, but it was clean as well. There were a couple of arcade games and lots of vending type machines. It's probably the smallest of the locations that we've visited for arcades, but large dining area. The parking is free. Lots of new places in the same parking lot to visit as well. Fun new experience. We will definitely be back!

Always our goto place for any parties. They are spot on size, delivery time and taste. My kids and their friends love the pizzas here. Our favorite is Mt Veggiemore.

I’m updating my review to give this place 5 stars — and I rarely give 5 stars to a pizza place. After trying a few other spots for comparison, I realized I was wrong about this one. 1. The bread is thin, light, and perfectly baked, so there’s no waste — you can enjoy it down to the last bite. 2. The toppings are high quality and generously portioned. Unlike other places that serve a “bald pizza” with scattered toppings and too much cheese, here you actually get substance. 3. The flavor is outstanding — satisfying and truly delicious. 4. The freshness of the ingredients is clear in both taste and texture. My only small notes: a slight reduction in salt, prices are on the higher side — but I can’t blame them, because the quality truly shows. Overall this is a top-tier pizza place.

I would highly recommend this Mountain Mike’s location in San Ramon to anyone who are pizza lovers and want to enjoy every bit of it.

The lunch buffet is a good deal. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. The pizza selection was pretty good. Overall the place was pretty clean and well maintained.

A little pricey for me, but the pizza is very, very good. Delivery is a little slow, but just order it in advance. Would recommend.

These guys have always been solid, and the guy behind the counter was good. However..., the last thing you want on a takeout order is a missing topping on one of the pizzas. Not the end of the world, but I'll be sure to check next time before I leave.

Usually good. Although they delivered my pizza to the wrong house!? Found it but had to microwave it.... I'll still buy again, but I will do pick up instead.

Good pizza for the money. They usually have some good coupons available as well. Usually they have the pizza ready to go when I order online and pick it up. My last visit there seemed to be some confusion in the kitchen though and I had to wait awhile.

I generally like mountain mikes. At least I like their pizza. Seems like staffing is an issue for both local restaurants though. One seems super understaffed all the time and this one had a guy at the register that seemed super impatient and grumpy. This recent visit they also overcooked the pizza. The crust on one side in particular was pretty burnt for some reason. This location had more than just the one guy working there though and some of the other staff working in the back looked happier.

Ordered delivery, Door Dash Driver was on time & kind but Mountain Mike’s did not give our driver the ranch which is on them not the driver. Also, whoever made our pizza messed up our order. Disappointing after a long day.

This is going to be the BEST MT MIKES PIZZA I will ever eat again. These guys don't make their own dough. Is FROZEN delivered, the cheese is flavorless, the amount of "cheese" they put on is just enough to hold the flavorless sauce underneath. This location is the worst of them ALL. Mt. Mikes focuses on just apologizing apologizing with no improvements. They will take your money, offer you a discount on what? POOR quality food? All these ingredients are filled with preservatives meaning, when you gain weight from this "food" or get a headache from the MSGs that is in the "food" at Mt Mikes, don't be surprised when you are sick. Now you will read underneath my post " Sorry sorry blah blah blah" "Hey, "business manager", you are just an employee WORKING for the bigger Mt' Mikes. You are disgrace to the food industry. Worst experience with guy on phone, we ordered veggie curry pizza with selecting toppings. When we came home we found olives and paneer on it which we never added and there was no option to select them. We called the store and told them about this and a very rude and uneducated guy came on phone and blame us that its our mistake. after 15 minutes of argument, he did not believe till we showed him his online website. Such a worst service to talk and explain.

It is extremely unfortunate that I have to write this review, I called to place a order and I was told that my card was declined, the person who answered was rude!!!! I called wellsfargo, my card was fine. I called back and asked could there be something wrong with there system because wellsfargo confirm my card was fine. The person started to become combative saying “ I told you your card isn’t going through, what do you want me to do about it?” I asked to speak to a manager, he said that he was the manager, I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner will be in India for a one month. He also started mocking me, I will be filing a complaint a month from now when the owner returns. People like this should not be be representing a place of business in this fashion. I do not understand how this person who is the manager has a job in customer service because clearly he isn’t good at it!! I will start going to the Danville location! Update: I ordered from the Danville location, customer service was amazing!! I wish I would have used them sooner! I used my debit card and it went though perfectly fine. So indeed it was there system and NOT my debit card.

It was saturday night (10/19/19) and at around 8:45pm my kids "announced" they want to have pizza for dinner. I thought its pretty late as the restaurants usually closes at 9pm. I quickly googled to see this Mountain mike's pizza is open till 10pm. With a relieve i drove there and reached at 9:02pm. At first the guy at the counter refused to take my order and said the restaurant is closed. i opened my phone and show his the google search where it says its opened till 10pm. At that point a manager kind guy came and very polietly spoke to me and took my order. He clarified that officially they closes at 10pm but that day due to less customers they started cleaning early. As asked me if i can pay in cash as they might turned off some of the computers, luckily i got cash and the matter solved. i waited for 15/20 mins and a beautiful lady (i guess she was the cook) brought me my 2 speciality pizzas and garlic bread. She even opened the boxes to show me and they looked delicious and yammy. I thank her for those yammy pizza , thanked the manager for taking my order and left. Me my husband, 2 kids and my parents (who were visiting us) all ate those pizza for dinner... right after 2/3 hours, middle of the night, one by one, everyone from my family started to feel sick and eventually we all had diarrhea. whole night and then sunday was ruined. We all took over the counter medicine for diarrhea, my husband was feeling very sick on monday too but had to go to work. My kids missed school on Monday and i had to take leave from work to stay home with them. Monday morning i went back to Mountain Mikes to report abt this incident. Noone was there other than a lady who called herself as "one of the managers"... i told her the whole incident that how happy i was the other day for the service and pizza i received to getting sick and missing work. She said she is glad that everyone is ok now and she will tell this incident to the boss and ask him to call me back. She took mt contacts and other details. Monday and tuseday 2 days passed no phone call/ no apology/ nothing. It was a serious food contamination and they absolutly neglected it. its quite unbelievable that they are that ignorant. !! very very disappointed and ofcourse never going back there. I am thinking of taking this incident to the proper authority.

I am truly sad to report that this franchise located at: 2205 San Ramon Valley Blvd, San Ramon, CA 94583 Has security issues! Twice I have tried to place an order online, once tonight and once 6 months ago; Both times someone called me phishing for credit card information! I will no longer trust Mountain Mikes Pizza, they promised they would correct they problem but they did not! Its truly a shame because they make a good pizza, but their are pizzerias that make better pizzas. From now on Mountain Mikes Pizza has been reduced to a last alternative on a cash only basis!! This place doesn't accommodate any one. The buffet is pizza that is been sitting there for hours, stale and old. I figured I ask them to make a fresh one, and they said it will take 30 minutes, I have a one hour lunch. Last time they told me, you are the only one here, we can't make a fresh one, there were other people there... Forget this place I will go have lunch somewhere else. Zero Stars

I'm sitting here still waiting for our pizza that we ordered at 9:20 with a 1 hour wait time. Well it's 10:50 and the restaurant is now closed, not answering the phone, we WERE CHARGED but we have NO PIZZA!!

If vegan, make sure employee's understand your specific pizza you are ordering. Then double check the pizza when you recieve it to take home.

I am extremely upset with this place of business. When you pay over the phone and they ask if you want to give a tip for the delivery driver, they do not give the driver the tip. Today we had a drop off, and the delivery driver showed us a receipt that states “ tip=0) when I called, the manager said they give the waitress the tip instead. That is unfair and stealing money. When I expressed that, they refunded the tip back on to my card. We ended up paying the delivery driver in cash!! Word of advice: when they ask you “ do you want to provide a tip on to your card or pay the driver in cash?!” Please decide to pay in cash. These people are money hungry and stealing money

I showed up for pick-up at 11:15 a.m., so I wasn't surprised that I was the only one at the counter. So I waited. And waited. And waited, in total, 12 minutes. About 4 minutes in, I could see the workers in the back, so I said, "Hello?"... nothing. A few minutes later, a bit louder, I said, "Hello..." Nothing. I tried again a few minutes later, no response. A bit later, I raised the volume even more, "Hello." When the dude came out, he angrily said, "I need you to not yell in my shop." Not "hello." Not, "Sorry to keep you waiting." Just a stern reprimand for my yelling the one word, "Hello." Here's the thing: I work at consciously being kind because the last thing I want to be in the world is another entitled-white-lady-Karen. He gave me no space to say anything while he had me sign the credit card and fetched my large three boxes for my movers. When he returned, in my most solid and best library voice, I leaned in and gently said, "Hey, I just want you to know I yelled because I didn't think you guys could hear me in the back. I didn't yell to be rude, I yelled to be heard." Yeah, this guy was gonna die on this hill. He kept repeating how wrong I was for yelling in his shop. To please not yell in his shop. And to get out. He said that if I wanted their attention, I should have rung the bell. I glanced at a cluttered counter and located the bell he was referring to. Apparently, the magic bell doesn't offend him. To the management: I love Mountain Mikes. I've been eating your pizza for 30 years. I will never return to the San Ramon location after that unnecessary and needless confrontation. Please train your staff to recognize that when a customer is doing their part to try and smooth over a negative situation, it is their part to let that happen graciously - not double down. Oh, and I want my pre-paid $20 tip back. Awful.

She told us the pizzas were ‘almost done,’ which contradicts what she had told us earlier. She then told us to wait 15-20 more minutes, but we were fed up. She went to ‘check’ then told us she only had to cut the pizzas. She gave us then the order. Never coming back to this place! This was in the San Ramon.

I should have known better, because every time I drive by, no cars are parked out front of the place in San Ramon.

Nobody called me to let me know everything was going to be delayed. Did the chicken wings need to be redone too, because when I finally received my order, the chicken wings weren’t even completely cooked , they were rubbery and partially RAW! How appetizing is that?
