The staff are very polite with me every time I go. There has been times when I don't make it to the bank (lost my bank card). To go inside and get funds. I get very thirsty. Not once have they denied me a free cup of iced water. That goes well with there righteous KFC reals they have. Needs a lil cleaning which is understandable due to how much people stop by. Anyways thank you KFC and see you soon. San Ysidro Location, by the border.

Small lobby so I had to share my table with a stranger who asked me if I ever been locked up. I told him I spent a couple days in the tank, he laughed and said he just did 18 years... Lots of seating outside when it's not raining though

You know this place is not like it used to to be, I remember this place being a lot cleaner. The wash room was kinda smelly and not too clean. Had to wait about 5 minutes and there was no one in line, otherwise it was ok.

The service here is what you would expect from fast food so I can't complain. The chicken, on the other hand, was excessively greasy. I'll take Popeyes over KFC any day

I understand their is policies employees need to follow . The only thing I do not understand is why are most employees in this KFC are even working in a customer service job because they have the worse attitude they look bitter .

Not really a fan of KFC. Very salty. I don't believe they use real mashed potatoes very watery salty rehydrated potato flakes I believe. Also, not a bargain even with the mailer coupons.

Kcf needs healthier options Americans are Fat enough and have Diabetes from food like this and its very Expensive like buying a pack of smokes Eating fried and proccessed Meat w Tons of Salts and Sugar on tap No Good.

When I ate KF Chicken, I had the itchiest experience. Not only the thermostat extra toasty (a bit too much for comfort if you ask me), I also had an allergy and broke out like crazy. Likely never going here again respectfully.

The chicken breast shreds. Its not real meat. Its tough. Someone charged us $42 for 2 chicken breasts, 6 chicken strips, fries, 2 large sides, 2 large drinks. You know there was a much cheaper way. Rip off. Brick biscuits. Will not be back. No taste mac n cheese.

This location does not sell original recipe, did not have potatoes, did not have biscuits. When we asked what they do have they told us they only sell crispy chicken and spicy chicken. So we asked for spicy and we were told that they are all out of that. How in the world can there be a KFC with no food inside. This place is not a very busy location so I'm shocked to hear this when I went there. And to top it all off the girl at the counter was very rude and disrespectful and refused to even offer us something else instead.

The lady was being so rude because I spoke English. So if you speak English I would suggest not ordering here. After she didn’t want to give us sauces even though she stated that they are free. We offered to pay and she said no she didn’t want to give us any. Bathrooms are closed off so if your stopping from a trip to eat and use the restrooms you will probably have to go somewhere else to use the restroom.
