Croissant for breakfast . The barbecue chicken sandwich with tomato basil bread with no salt, cranberry chicken, and harvest salad with tomato soup and cheese sandwich are my go to comfort food.
Probably one of the best Panera Bread restaurant in a whole state. Been here for a year. Great stuff, clean tables and restroom. Big portions of food.
I just brought my mom here for lunch and the service from the manager was phenomenal. Polite and always prompt and getting things done ahead (ie bringing the order or clearing the used dishes out of the table). We were well treated and the food was made fast and well. I will return. Thank you.
I received excellent service here with my take out order! Food was prepared quickly and the staff is great! Always willing to help with anything that is needed! 😀
I LOVE Panera and fortunately I've never had a bad experience at any location I've ever gone to. This particular one is my semi usual breakfast spot when I'm in the area, and I love it. The service is always prompt and friendly, and everything is accurate and tasty. Everything is always fresh and beautifully laid out and this location is clean and welcoming. As with any Panera, not only do I love their toasted plain bagel (so simple, but so yum), but their Mango smoothies are just addictive. I love them. If you're ever at this location, based on my experiences, I've never had an issue here, and it continues to be a favourite of mine that I highly recommend.
📺 What’s in the video: 🍕 Pepperoni Flatbread 🍕 Four Cheese Flatbread ————————————————————— 🍄 happy Friday foodie fam!! What’s your plan for Friday night? How about some Netflix, pizza & chill. Amazing idea right? We think so. 🍕 check out the flatbread pizza selection at Panera. We previously tried their flatbreads. We loved them so much, we came back for more 🍕🍕. There are 4 different flavors and our favorite is definitely the pepperoni 🍕. You can also order your favorites from any delivery app 🚚 or directly through the Panera website 🌐. 🍕 we love how crunchy the crust was, and how cheesy and delicious each bite was. Definitely a perfect addition to sport nights or any March Madness watch party. We guarantee you’re gonna love it 🥰. ————————————————————— ✨ stay hungry & eat deliciously. Always!
Coming back to this location after a couple of months as I do not live in the area. A little disappointed with this place. It was a Saturday morning. Was going to spend a couple of hours here while waiting for my wife to finish her training. A lot of items on the menu were sold out. They had no regular egg. The bathroom door locks were broken and bathrooms not clean. The seating area had torn seat covers. The ordering area had no buzzers. Felt like they were running on minimum staff and resources. Might look for another location next time when in the area. Coffee and pastries were great as usual.
If you’re going to require customers to enter a dine-in table number, what’s the purpose if orders are still yelled out across the restaurant? Either use the table number system or don’t—right now it feels inconsistent and unnecessary.
Online pickup orders are no longer on the shelf for easy pickup. They are now behind the counter. You have to wait for a staff to help you. Even at 6:30am on a weekday, staff aren’t even there to assist. You have to track them down yourself. Also, not sure why my bagels are constantly burnt.
Usually its ok. Today I ordered for takeout and set my time for 4:35 pm. At 5 pm my order wasn't out. It was sitting on a completely different counter. I get back to work and find a completely different sandwich. Instead of a grilled cheese I got half of a different sandwich. I'm done going to Panara because it wasted my whole lunch.
This location has been serving spoiled half and half for a week straight. Maybe they don’t wash the inside of the half and half dispensers or something, idk but look out for CHUNKS in your coffee after you add half and half.
Glad Panera was getting known as being a third space, me and my 2 friends (college students) arrived to study and eat after. The place was 30 percent full and we grabbed a booth, after being there for an hour we were approached and asked if we had any intention of ordering, and we would be kicked out by the manager if we did not order in the next few minutes. We were not being loud or taking up space. Most tables had trash on them and other were empty. No need to approach us as if we were being disrespectful, when the trash on near by tables stayed longer then us. Bathrooms were disgusting and service was slow even after we ordered, short staffed and it shows.
This is the worst most disgusting Panera bread. They skew the menu and add what ever they want to your order. Disappointing place. Even their salad is disgusting and old. Very watery smoothies and excuses for substituting ingredients in drinks. Appalling!!! The picture is supposedly an Asian salad.
I've been personally harassed here by a racist manager, he was racist and told me to leave because he didn't like the way I acted. I'm A Hispanic gentleman who might've came off as different to him, but apparently he just didn't like the way I was, and he is threatening to have security escort me out for no reason. I have it all on video. It all started off when he started to wipe down my table and try to throw away my drink for no reason. I confronted him regarding it and asked him to please stop Why are you wiping down my table and throwing away my drink. "He told me well what are you doing here? Get something else or get out of here that's what he told me." I told him you have no right to be harassing me like this, It is racist. And he persisted in saying he was going to call security. I told him to go ahead and do so again I have it all on video. when another employee walked up to de-escalate the situation, I started to explain the situation, explaining myself that I have a right to be here and I told him im a paying customer, u have no right to treat me this way, He cut me off and told me to shut up. I have that on video as well. I've never been threated this way before in my life, and I've never been so humiliated before in my life in public all because of a racist Panera bread employee. The manager was named Henry
Ordered online from Panera Bread and never received my delivery. Called the store, and the manager just told me to contact DoorDash even though I ordered via Panera’s website. Then he hung up on me. Really disappointed with the service. I don’t know what’s the manager is from but he was so rude and then I couldn’t understand his language.
This location in particular is the absolute worst, rude staff and terrible food quality. Stale bread with the soup, soup was room temp. Salad had a shard of glass in it. Truly nightmare experience. To top it all off when I tried to show the glass to staff, they told me rudely to leave. Go to any other Panera location, drive the 15 minutes because this one is terrible.
You know, when a place is going downhill when you see an employee yelling at an old lady, just because she filled her water cup with soda instead of water. All the people there noticed the employee’s reaction (Asians with glasses). Come on guy use your customer service skills. Who cares if people fill their water cup with soda just be happy people return to eat here. I
I went earlier to order a drink and sat outside, Then my daughter went inside to get a refill and a lady that claimed to be the “manager” her name is BELEN She’s hispanic with glasses, went up to me and told me front of a group of people that my daughter wasn’t supposed to get a refill because we didn’t pay for the drink. How could someone be this rude!!! It was an embarrassing moment because there were many people present, (when I did pay for my drink) We were just getting a refill, so I went back inside and repay the drink, but she was very rude!!!!! What is worst about this is that she when just told ME there was plenty of other people Dining in drinking sodas in water cups!!!!! I used to love this location, but since this lady is working there, I suggest you seriously consider eating at this place!!!!! The way she treats customers is disgusting!!!!!!!!
I have been going to this place for mostly pick ups. my wife likes the Tuna sandwich they make .I have to make sure they don t leave out the pickle every single time , sick of arguing with the incompetent guy in charge there Henry M. or so .After screwing up almost every single time this guy Henry is making threats that he ll make sure they won't be picking up my food over there( he never said i'm sorry for the errors). The place is so filthy u can t even have a snack there. The only nice staff there is the cashier at the register.I asked to talk to the manager and Henry said not in today. I will try to find out who manages this location.
Of all the dozens of Panera locations I’ve been to, this place takes the helm as the most uninviting, filthy, unkept place. Most locations I’ve been to at least feel clean and tidy, not here, just all around filthy from seats, carpet, overall atmosphere to coffee mug with black grease around the rim, etc. etc. also the AC must be set to 78. A terrible experience.
Had to cancel my sip club after 9 months because the quality has just dropped here so bad. The hot water water for the tea comes out yellowish most of the time. My salads for the last two weeks were not fresh and had old, wilted vegetables in them. Today, the final straw, my dressing with my salad was rank, thick, and gloopy, clearly so incredibly expired. I understand wasting food sucks, but for the love of all that is good, please consider throwing out the salads and dressings that have gone off rather than serving it to your customers. I'm concerned what other foods stuff they keep serving when they should be throwing them out.
Panera thinks they are amazing, but in reality are no better than McDonalds. (1) Overpriced. $19 for a kids macaroni and kids soup. (2) Kindly asked for a water cup and the employee rolled their eyes. How dare a customer ask for a water cup, right? (3) Kindly asked for the restroom code and was told 2529. It didn’t work so I went back and asked again. With an attitude, the employee said “YOU TRIED 2925?!.” By this time I had enough so I replied “NO, because you said it backwards the first time. Okay, thanks.”
