Rich in flavor. Filled my pizza with the perfect amount of toppings as expected for what I paid. For came hot and employee took proper precaution for COVID-19 safety requirements.

Got some wings, was told that they'd be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I had my wings. Thank you.

Usually we are satisfied with the service. Last night it took 20 min after we had clicked the "Im here" button for cubside. When we asked for the manager the employee told us that she said she was on lunch. When asked for a corporate number employee said he didnt have it. The prior visit the employee who brought up the pizza had no customer service skills. She said "name" and then handed me the pizza without any acknowledgement or courtesy.

I called back with a complaint about the quality of the wings - they were dry, overcooked and tasteless. The picture on the website is glistening with sauce. The manager had no idea what the website looked like and, because I had ordered delivery, would not send a replacement even though I said the hot buffalo wings would be ok instead of the mild so I could get buffalo sauce and some flavor. She offered to credit my pizza hut account with 10 dollars. I told her the wings were more expensive than that and was told - yeah but you are keeping the other order.

I ordered contactless take out. I got there. Nobody came out. After 5 minutes I went in (so much for contactless) and I saw my name on the board as "Ready". Had to wait 5 more minutes for clerk to give me my pizza. Asked her why nobody brought it out to me. She said they were busy. Not acceptable.

Called to place order for delivery, they said anywhere from 20 to 30 min. After an hr., called back to check on the order and now they were charging me another delivery fee besides the one they had already said. The girl who answer had an attitude and started to get loud. Cancelled order and now I have to find a new pizza place. So disappointed.

They gave me someone elses order entirely and i called them so many times and when i say its me and wheres my actual order because what i got what not mine they would hang up each time.. i just want my money back i wasted 200 reward points and 44$ cash.. so i cant do anything with the bank .

I ordered pizza for delivery it did say contact less right so I expected my pizza to be left on the front door. But no the delivery guys stands infront of me tells me to tip him excuse me but this was supposed to be contactless and your standing infront of me handing it my in my hands. I told him I apologized and said I haved worked for dominos never did I ask my customer for tips.if they tipped me awesome if they didn't oh well that comes with the job. Gave me a face and attitude.

Very upset with how our pizza came out looking like if someone dropped it and put I back inside the box, we got it delivered. Very disappointed

I ordered $12. If any pizza deals, choose large Supreme pizza. After I picked up, i looked, and it was 3 topping pizza, and the size is smaller than 7/11 pizza. Shame to be a name as of National brand pizza. WORST pizza, then 7/11 i ever experienced.

The delivery Driver, he was driving a blue mustang was trying to make his delivery,. How ever he was coming through the Wrong way (exit only) ,., this driver was so inconsistent he wouldn’t move his car so I can go out he was expecting me to go back ,., I told him the Entrance it’s on the other side please move and this driver would not move ,., that was so dangerous and put me my kids in harms way. You need to be nice and considerate of other you Pizza Hut driver. Talk to Santiago he was the manager. But he really dint care about it. Will never buy Pizza Hut ever. LITTLE CESAR PIZZA PIZZA for now on.

Ordered thin crust pepperoni. I think the box the pizza came in would have tasted better than the crust under our pizza. Cheese was so thin, had we not been able to see it, we would have sworn there was none. Pizza sauce tasted like tomato sauce straight out of can, without any seasoning. We order from them as it was late and other places had closed. OK, if we had to list something positive, there seemed to be a little more pepperoni on the pizza than other places. We had not been to PizzaHut in many years, now we remember why. Don't plan on using this chain again,

This store does not honor many of the online coupons that you find on Pizza Hut online. When I called corporate, I was told that the franchise owner for that location can decide what coupons they will honor or take. So I guess this owner must realize that lots of his customers in the area know about online coupons and does not want to lose money by honoring them. Guess what? Now you lost a customer. Dominos or Little Ceasers will get my business.
