First time at Hook Burger tonight, and I’m glad I wandered in after shopping at Target. I was about to head into Panda Express, but this place caught my eye. I was greeted by Luke, who couldn’t have been nicer. Since I’d never been before, he walked me through the menu, pointed out the Hickory Burger as their most popular, and shared that his personal favorite is the California Burger. I went with the California because caramelized onions and fresh avocado were calling my name. Added fries and a passion unsweetened iced tea to round it out. Ordering is quick: place it up front, grab a number, and take a seat. Even on a Saturday night, there was plenty of seating and my food came out quickly. Luke personally brought my meal over, made sure I had everything I needed, and even offered sauces. I went with ranch and chipotle mayo which were perfect for dipping my fries. The food was great, but what stood out to me was the customer service. Luke and another team member stopped by my table mid-meal just to check in, which you don’t always see at fast-casual spots. They also have three TVs playing sports. The whole experience felt welcoming and effortless. Great food, even better service. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic food, great service, and cool atmosphere. The burger I got was amazing, and there’s a choice on the menu for everyone. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Ordered the California Burger, Western BBQ burger, and fries- they were all delicious. Food came out in a timely manner, the employees were kind, bathrooms were clean, and the fries were hot. Pretty affordable for quality food. The burger didnt fall apart and was so esthetic.

Great place and service. Burgers are made fresh and delicious. Cooked to order with fresh ingredients. First time dining in. Comfortable with great music. Three large wide screen televisions. Definitely I will return in the near future.

Daniela was so lovely! She made my dining experience so special. She answered all my questions. I had a lunch date today with my mom and we both ordered the Classic Hook Burger with no cheese and a side of sweet potatoe fries. It was so delicious and packed with 30 + grams of protein! Absolutely loved it! The fries were perfectly cooked also! Don’t hesitate to visit for your next lunch date!

Yum! When I bit into my mushroom burger my mouth was very happy with my restaurant choice. The burger was good. The Hook Burger versión of the mushroom burger passed my test for what a good mushroom burger should be. The beef was tasty and the mushroom flavour came through. The ingredients were fresh. The bun from a local bakery was also good. I had a side salad which was fresh. The restaurant itself was clean, and the service was superb. Burgers run about $8, sides about $3, deserts about $5. They had Coke and Blue Sky soft drinks. I had a root beer float and the only weakness in the meal was that the float was made with soft serve. Other than that, great experience!

Great food, and great service makes this place a favorite. The employees always smile and are happy to help. They make sure you’re not putting yourself out while you’re a guest in their restaurant. Hands down a favorite and a must try.

Always great food, I had a lettuce wrapped Hawaiian burger and it was actually good (even though it was lacking their tasty bun). I think the onion rings are nice and crispy, their sweet potato fries are a bit lacking in the crisp department though. The only downside is the sitting space, it's hard to find and inside table between 5 and 7 pm. But hey, we're in California, so outside seating is a valid option almost all the time.

Let me start off by saying, Luke was one of the most friendly and helpful employees I have ever come across at a restaurant. He gave great recommendations, checked on us numerous times and overall provided a service you can no longer find. The food was amazing and the sweet ladies in the kitchen were also so nice. It’s crazy because it was my co worker and I’s first time, and we both mentioned how overly friendly everyone was. It’s just hard to find a restaurant where you are treated with family. I applaud the management team, for running a well operation. Luke, you are the man and had a lasting impact on us. If I lived in the area, I would frequent more often for sure. Great salads and the onion rings were great

I stopped by Nook Burger in Santa Clarita in hopes to find a good Turkey Burger for lunch. I was greeted by Daniela who was amazing. I loved her smile and energy. She assured me, it was a good burger and she was absolutely correct. The burger was Delicious. I had a wonderful lunch. The service was great and everyone was very attentive. I will be back! Thank you Nook Burger!

Hickory Burger with double patties: Very Good French Fries: Good, think Wendy’s but better Side of Pickles: Very Good, I like pickles. One bite of Hook Burger: pretty good. While on the way to Carmel by the Sea I was craving a burger with barbecue sauce in it. My first instinct was Wendy’s but that didn’t quite work out. This place had 4.5 stars so it’s obvious you should give it a shot. There were a few small hiccups. They prepared my order for Dine In when it was meant to be To Go. Also asked for extra pickles verbally and didn’t get it. This was extra saddening since the pickles were delicious. Though it should be noted I only tipped about $2 on $35 (Not a fan of tipping, sue me) Other than that,- consider this a good place to stop to hit that burger spot.

One of the best Hamburgers if you live in southern Cali. Wish we had it in the Bay Area. If you love The Habit burger you’ll love this place. Hamburgers were amazing!

One of the best Hamburgers if you live in southern Cali. Wish we had it in the Bay Area. If you love The Habit burger you’ll love this place. Hamburgers were amazing!

First time at hook and I was pleasantly surprised. Good burger (Maui) and sweet potato fries. I think this will do very well in SCV prices are great too. Skip the shake which are made from soft serve cardinal sin if you ask me.

Pretty tasty burgers! It looked a little well done but the burger was still very juicy. Great presentation but I feel it was slightly over priced for what you get.

I had to wait 26 minutes for a simple order of a hook burger and sweet potato fries. 1 stars for the food. The burger meat was so dry it started to crumble apart. The buns were stale and cold. The sweet potato fries were exceedingly soggy.

Also, I took the food straight home so there was no sitting around for it. And the fries were nothing special and almost $5. So I think I’m done. Just not worth it.
