Acclaimed by people in the community as the best Mexican restaurant In the northern part of Santa Maria, the food stood up to its reputation and the staff was exceptional. With the restaurant at least ¾ of its capacity, staff kept customers content, served food quickly and all had a good time. I loved the spicy salsa, so happy to find a Mexican restaurant that actually has HOT salsa. When the server brought chips and salsa, I asked if it was the hottest. She came back to the table with a salsa that was hotter; before my meal was served, she brought another dish that was even hotter. Not flaming hot, yet comfortably hotter than the others. My food was quite spicy and there were five other bottled sauces on the table, two I recognized and three that were new to me. I tasted the three new ones and added some to my meal. For truly authentic Mexican food and surroundings, not just glitzy authentic, this is the place to go.

Best Mexican food I've ever had. Unfortunately, I was only a visitor to the area! I had a chile relleno and enchilada, both were very good. I wish this quality of Mexican food was where I live!

I had the chimichanga and it was delicious and they gave me a pretty big portion. The tamarind juice was excellent. Very reasonably priced.

We had a party of six in our group and we are glad we chose this restaurant. They had a variety of Mexican food. Our food was great and our server Nena was very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely return again when we are in the area ..

Nothing fancy - just great, authentic Mexican food. And, bonus you can bring in your guitar and serenade, or be serenaded. I went with 3 colleagues and everyone raved about their meals. I had Pork Tamales with rice and refried beans - amazing! If you are anywhere near you have to stop in. Most highly recommended!

Didn’t really think the shredded chicken sope was good but the shrimps and chile rellenos were great! Our waitress was very nice too. Unfortunately we were the last ones there and they started cleaning the floors with a strong Clorox solution that was so disturbing. I think they could have waited for their customers to leave because we were enjoying our experience before that.

Came in for breakfast after a long nightshift. Restaurant was practically empty, just 2 other people at the breakfast bar. Restaurant is very clean and the restrooms are located outside on the side of the building. Ordered the Colorado burrito with a chicken taco. Delicious sauce on the burrito. The meat is so tender and flavorful. The table chips and salsa were warm and mildly spicy. Coffee was so fresh! Amelia was our waitress and did an excellent job! Will return!

Vert good food. Little hole In the wall type of place only locals go too because it’s just that good. I feel the prices were appropriate for food quality and service. Not sure why people are bashing price. Seafood is not cheap nor steak meat. Steak tacos weee delicious as well.

Great Mexican food,; extensive seafood menu and standard meat items available. The complimentary soup starter is a very nice touch! Quality of food very good; service very friendly and good. In restaurant seating is limited but for larger parties there is outdoor seating in a rented area.

Food was good and service was good. Sometimes I feel like they wait too long to come back around and check on you. But it is busy. However my overall experience was not bad .
