Personal atento.
The burgers are amazing! And the place is great! The only downside is that the portions of fries are way too big; they should include a few with the burgers or offer half portions. They're way too many for two people! Everything else is fantastic.
A great experience at La Toba, an ideal spot to enjoy quality burgers. The burgers were delicious, with flavorful, well-cooked meat and perfectly balanced sides. The care they put into the ingredients and preparation is evident. I recommend ordering the nachos; they're homemade and a generous portion. The restaurant is welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for going with friends or family and enjoying great burgers in Maliaño. Overall, a place you'll want to return to if you're looking for well-made burgers and friendly service.
Without a doubt, one of the best burger places we've tried in Cantabria. For starters, we tried their nachos with pulled pork and melted cheese, which were homemade and absolutely delicious. The portion was very large, even for two people. From my point of view, I would add another order of nachos with different toppings to the menu, such as guacamole and pico de gallo. As for the burgers, we tried the Ciuca and the Emmy. The Ciuca features braised beef cheek, which gives the burger a special and unique flavor, accompanied by a mayonnaise sauce made with the beef cheek's own juices. You can't come here without trying this burger; it's very hard to beat. As for the Emmy, I would highlight the caramelized onions, which give the burger a very distinctive touch. For dessert, we tried the cheesecake with Filipinos cookies, covered in white chocolate. It was very creamy and had a smooth and pleasant cheese flavor. The portion is generous, and the Filipino accompaniments don't overpower the flavor of the cake at all. Finally, I must highlight the excellent service and friendliness of the staff, as well as the spaciousness and comfort of the restaurant.
We had this place on our list because of the reviews, and today we decided to go. The burgers, specifically the Doritos Bits and Doña Ciuca burgers, were delicious and quite filling, as was their Filipino cheesecake. We also ordered, of course, the fries with pulled pork, which were also very good, and we couldn't finish them all. A special mention to the waiter Marcos. It's a pleasure to meet people as friendly as he is, and they treat their customers so well. We'll be back ✌️
We had lunch and dinner, and everything was really good and reasonably priced. The daily menu is 13.50 euros, with plenty of first and second courses to choose from. Dinner consists of burgers and a few snacks, but everything is very good. Breakfast is also available. The service is quick and the staff is friendly.
Very spacious and cool, but pleasant restaurant. I've eaten in places in the summer where the food was horribly roasted. The set menu was €13.50. The quality-price ratio is outstanding, with a great variety of dishes. Some were better than others, but overall good. The desserts were basic. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!
Spectacular!! Totally unexpected, my girlfriend and I came here for dinner without having looked for it beforehand, and it was a pleasant surprise. The burgers were very, very good, flavorful, good size, and very good price. We also got a portion of fries, and they gave us the option to order sauces from the kitchen, so we ordered aioli. Very, very good, and the portion was huge. We will definitely be back.
Spacious space, very good service. We had a daily menu. We wanted to try their burgers, but they're only available at night; during the day, they're served on a set menu (weekdays and weekends). Good menu! Portions a bit small in my opinion, with plenty of starters and main courses to choose from. Also a children's menu.

For dinner, they have powerful and creative smash burgers. They have a wide variety, along with appetizers and desserts. We ordered a platter of fries with pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and Emmy sauce (spicy), and two burgers: the Emmy and the Doritos Bits. We didn't order dessert because we were completely stuffed.
They offer a daily menu at lunchtime, and burgers at night. We've tried both. We don't know why they no longer offer squid-style rations at night, when they used to. It's a shame... The daily menu is decent, with a wide variety to choose from and reasonable prices. They also have a children's menu.
I read in some reviews that the place is excellent for lunch or dinner. I believed them. Do you want the truth? It's not true! It's a place with large gardens and free private parking. It's a spacious, huge restaurant, where you can navigate very easily. The service was very friendly, but they were all disoriented, everything was very slow. It's true that it was full (Labor Day) and I understand the slowness. In fact, I had to wait for my first course for about half an hour, and I don't mind. I understand, some things take longer to cook, and there were a lot of people. First course: It was one of the main courses, but I wanted it as a starter. This carries a €2.50 supplement, I agree. I ordered grilled squid with aioli sauce and vegetables and found: a plate with 6, I repeat, 6 mini squid, the size of a thumbnail, with a teaspoon of jarred aioli, 1/4 of a green pepper that was supposed to be cooked but was half raw, green, and 1/4 of a 1/4 of a 1/4 of another red pepper that was supposed to be roasted, but was jarred. Half an hour for this dish and all my guests, of which there were six of us, had already finished their first course a while ago, and I was paying a €2.50 supplement, what an idiot. The shame is I don't have a photo; I was so hungry after half an hour of waiting... 2nd dish: I ordered the hake in American sauce, stuffed with shrimp (I do have a photo of this. I don't know, maybe the shrimp jumped out and swam away, since we're 5 minutes from the sea, very close to Santander. I looked for the shrimp, I swear I looked for them, but nothing. Do you know what was inside the hake? A beaten egg. The American sauce, well, it's just American sauce and that's it, with fries floating in it. The hake, let's see, I'm in Cantabria, please. I want to eat some good fish, and I ate a piece of frozen hake. I tried, I ate a quarter of it, as much as I could. Dessert: Thanks to the salesperson who sells the cakes and desserts, the little piece of San Marcos cake, delicious. Great buy! The fries My sister-in-law's, they came with a little gift, see photo. My husband lost a tooth in the breading/battered cachopo, see photo. It's a good place to take some Instagram photos and eat a delicious store-bought dessert. But the truth is, avoid lunch or dinner; it's not worth the unpleasant experience.
Food is nice and cheap but omg the staff there are so miserable.. either that or they hate the British.. the miserable woman serving me was giving me dirty looks and rolling her eyes.. the first time i paid 7 euros but the next day there was 6 of us and we ordered £30 worth of food and drinks.. and because the service was so awful and rude we had no choice but to do a runner.. so to the miserable woman and the fat bloke serving us… the 6 British Asian boys didn’t pay.. which I must say felt good.. Fix up your services..
