Chicken was good and sauce was great. Portion sizes are huge with the garlic bread , coleslaw and chicken fingers. A bit pricy though to have 25 chicken fingers for $47 before taxes. But the meal deals were ok, the meal with 6 fingers was $18. The sweet tea was so good as well. Quite busy though. Many people always coming in. But service was fast. The guy that served us could be a littler charmer.

What's not to love about chicken tenders and fries. This location is usually spot on for hot tenders and fries. Parking here is terrible as the employees share the same lot. Always add an extra cane sauce.

Delicious, friendly, and clean! That’s all I got to say. I’m not a big fan of ranch and sauces like that but their sauce is phenomenal!!! I eat it with all their tasty food! Edit: thank you guys for the amazing food for my brothers birthday! We love canes and he enjoyed it!

After more than 3 years, I finally had Canes again, and it was totally worth it! We went late, around 10 PM, and it stays open until 3:30 AM, which was perfect. Even though it was a Friday night and the place was packed, with tough parking and a long drive-thru line, we got lucky and found a parking spot! The food made it all worthwhile. The chicken was sooo delicious, crispy, with great sauce and I loved the coleslaw and sweet tea. It’s affordable, too. The server was nice despite the crowd, though we had to speak up to hear each other over the noise.

The food is okay but I don't feel it deserves the lines I see there sometimes. To me it's another chicken place with more deep fried chicken options that's even more expensive than all the othe places that serve deep fried chicken options. I have eaten here numerous times and it costs more than taking the family to Applebee's with about a quarter of the menu options. It's take-out, so the atmosphere is the inside of your car. Staff has always been polite, although you'll probably hear someone honk their horn because it's taki6goo long to get their deep fried chicken options. I think the owners must've casted some spell over people to make this place more popular than it should be. Seriously, it's creepy.

Was very disappointed asked for my sauce on the side and did not receive any. As well as after asking for my meal to be well done crispy it was not and my fries were limper than if I went to in and out. Just a sad meal and a total waste of money.

First time eating here on 12/22 at 6;30 pm, stopped by to grab my son a quick meal while we were running errands. 3 hours later he was vomiting. Food poisoning from the kids meal. He said right after eating that his stomach didnt feel right, we just thought it was from drinking a soda. Nope. He spent the next 3 hours vomiting and crying because it hurt so much. Definitely won't be back.

First time the food was not good. Chicken usually hot and melts in my mouth. Today cold and rubbery. Fries too salty. Cole slaw was sour. And bread soggy. But my LG coke was perfect. Sucks to spend so much money and not eat it.

Not sure what the guys name was at the drive thru this Sunday evening but his service and attitude were terrible. He had such a horrible just awful dismissive attitude towards us from the first words he spoke. He was a younger guys skinny short with glasses . I understand it was maybe a hot day and he may have been just having a bad day but this was thus far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced here . They need to put him somewhere else far away from customer service.

The drive thru is way to slow for the amount of traffic in this location, everywhere, added with the slow progress of the line. Only 1 window being used. The food was extremely overpriced to find out I can only eat the food with "their sauce" they dont have bbq or ranch or anything. They had some kind of mustard but the girl in the intercom charged me for it without telling me. Good thing i checked with the nice gentleman that handled the order once finally making it to the drive thru lol. I parked in the kfc parking lot across the street so I could buy the rest of my meal and actually get some bbq sauce lol. I tried their sauce in their parking lot at Canes, only to find out i hated its sweet flavor on the chicken and could not enjoy the fries with it. I had to go get some bbq sauce. My fries were hot but way overcooked. So inedible unfortunately! Very dry and some were still frozen. Just thank god i didnt get in an accident in the narrow parkinglot they created with the cones. they ground was painted directing to the drive thru i had to back up and turn left. Then after the curve saw there were 2 lanes. I got stuck behind a huge truck behind 1 vehicle initially. Then the entire drive thru backed up! could not understand why we have not moved for 10 minutes!. I could have had steak for what I paid and not had to throw away my fries..These people need to get some smokey bbq sauce and some ranch. if they were smart, they would get jal. nacho cheese sauce. some kind of corporate power trip there. Overall ZERO stars in my opinion. Bad franchise placement. If you have this much traffic and can only afford to have 1 window at a time taking all those people placing orders, hopefully you get more 1 star reviews like this one so you go out of business and we the consumers can get a better service and product for our hard earned money. Rather than ask the government to be our mommy and daddy and pay for our food as we see growing more and more as population grows. Its sad you cant enjoy a different pinoy culture of chain quality chicken fried golden brown only to find out all of this when you drive there! Huge hassle and waste of money. I am going out to dinner now to a different establishment. get me some bbq sauce
