I've always loved their pizzas. I've always gone and bought the Super Cheese; I love it. But lately, the pizzas are getting worse and worse. They smell bad, the cheese tastes spoiled, they always get the order wrong, and the employees are unfriendly and never speak properly. The last time I ordered, I sent a delivery guy for a Super Cheese, and they gave him a regular pepperoni. I told him to go ask if they would exchange it, but they refused because he didn't have the pizza. In the end, they did exchange it and gave him the pepperoni pizza for free, and I got a ranch pizza for free. But yes, lately they're making a lot of mistakes, and the pizzas are tasting and looking worse and worse. They should really improve, check the product, and hire people who can do it right.

I was always on a tight budget, so I bought several pizzas, and when I got my change, the cashier handed me the rolled-up bills. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't check them, and instead of 246, they gave me back 200. When the cashier handed me the bills, I had a bad feeling about it; but I didn't stop to check them again. Don't let that happen to you!

Recycled pizza boxes, and there are always cheese and pepperoni ones ready on the side, which are more expensive but it's the same thing. I wonder if the health department ever visits them.

They don't open at the advertised time. I arrived an hour late, they said they had just opened and that it would take 20 minutes to start service.

Bad service. I ordered 2 pizzas, one Extra, extra Cheddar and one Piñaronni Duo. Waiting time 35 minutes and they changed the second one instead they gave me a Peperoni one. Confident in the good work of the staff, I took the pizzas. What a disappointment 😞

The pizzas are good, but the place is super dirty, it seems abandoned. There's trash and dust on all the tables, the bathrooms are closed, and the service from the staff is terrible.
