The girl who was working the drive through at this location (Rt 1 North) this morning around 9am was on her A game. After handing me my drink she noticed it looked like it was made wrong and asked me to take a sip of it to make sure. Sure enough she was right and she took it back and remade it super fast. I consider that going above and beyond because most people would have just let me drive off with the wrong coffee and not have cared. Thank you for being awesome!

Ordered via my phone for pickup. Had to wait a few minutes longer than the app siggested, but it's understandable with a drivethru line around the building, online orders piling up, and a dozen or so people ordering in the store. Despite this barrage, the chaotic but friendly staff (including a few trainees) were friendly and pushing out orders as fast as they possibly could. One of my items almost got lost in the shuffle but a bearded fellow in a mask followed up with me and took care of my coffee in short order. Give this location a few extra minutes of patience... they know what they're doing!
Thank you to the sole barista making drinks and managing the drive thru. He was very polite, thoughtful, friendly with the customers, and did a great job balancing the work on Saturday night. I appreciated his kindness!
Wow! Had such wonderful service today! Nicole at the drive thru was nothing short of amazing, very friendly and quick. I think we were in the drive thru less than 3-4 minutes total with the line and everything. She was super nice at the window and took the time to chat with us, complimenting our dog and overall making the experience one to note. I’m not sure Nicole’s position, but if she’s in charge rightly so! And if not, every barista should follow her example. Definitely will be visiting this location more!
Drinks were delicious yesterday. The barista at the window was super friendly and helpful when I could not explain what drink was needed from a photo on my phone. She problem solved it, had the drink made and was kind! Will come again sometime!
My name is Rhynea and I go there alot. Great people who work there, I went there today. This girl who works there was at the register her name is Kayla. She took my order and she is really nice. I like this Starbucks cause it has great people who work there. And they really deserve the credit for all there hard work that they all do.
Thifany made my drink AND made my day. She is so bright and kind! The world needs more people like her. I needed a pick me up after a rough day and her pep and positive energy through the drive thru speaker felt like sunshine. This location is out of my way, but I'll take the extra few minutes JUST to interact with her again.

Starbucks is right off route 1. It wasn't busy when I came here with my daughter. It was clean, wifi worked and there were outlets under the seats👍🏾

First off *THIS ONE HAS A DRIVE THRU 👏👏👏💕 only because it used to be a fast food place before Starbucks took it over but still that's amazing. Be prepared though if you do the drive-thru you will be waiting a long time in line regardless of your order. Think how long it takes normally inside for them to make those long complicated orders like my favorite salted caramel mocha blended frappuccino venti with whip cream, and add about 5-10 more minutes to that, sometimes up to 15 minutes waiting in the drive-thru once I placed my order in the morning or on weekends. That said, this location is open until 930 PM and you should check their website to see if what you want is still available. They "run out" of certain ingredients often. They may have what you want as a hot beverage but not in a cold, go figure seeing the only difference is ice. Anywho, the staff here is more newbies a lot but they are very friendly and after a bit they fall in line and everything goes smoothly. The parking lot is tight too.

Nice staff. Typical Starbucks. It does have a drive through, which can be handy. But sometimes things get a bit chaotic at the window. Typically, if there is a problem, they work hard to make it right. They also have a lot of seating, which is nice.

I used to go here more often. The drinks seem to be on par, but I've waited an average of 20 minutes more times than I would like to for ONE drink. There seems to be a lack of urgency most of the time at this location. I now go to the one accross the street on the southbound side which seems to be more efficient.

Without a doubt this place is always jam packed on the weekend. The wait can sometimes get excessive so you would think they would staff up better during peak hours. Some of the staff has a negative attitude which simply does not help the customer service experience. They need to consider either new management or better training and development for their staff in dealing with peak hours with a positive attitude.
This Starbucks is usually okay, just a bit slow. But they really did it today, I got COLD BREW that tasted like burnt coffee. It's either that or rust. I've never had rust, but that what I imagine what rust would taste like. 😰🤢
The staff here seem miserable now, no one who worked here last year is the same must’ve left because of poor management. All unprofessional people in the afternoon and all of them are so slow. Whatever happened to the baristas from last year who were quick, friendly and understood the concept of customer service. SMH worst starbucks ever.
I always get an ice matcha latte with oat milk 3 pumps Carmel and an extra scoop of matcha powder and they didn’t have it on hand so I went with almond milk. When I took a swig of the drink I almost spit it out in my car that’s how watery warm and bland it really tasted. I had to go to another place just to get it done and it was done just right… like what’s going on in that location they are never consistent with their drinks I been there 3 times and each time it’s gotten worse. I’ll think I go to new location in revere once it’s open
I am unsure of how to review as I had mixed feelings I placed an online order asking for two mango dragon fruit lemonade refreshers I pickup my order and receive 2 lemonades and I was a little confused at first because I am like wait aren't I supposed to get a warning at least, but anyway I let the cashier know and she's like we don't have mango so we just gave you lemonade it tastes the same, I am confused because I paid for mango dragon fruit what I paid for not just to buy lemonade. Like honestly would you go to a coffee shop and if they don't have coffee they will just give you the creamer because they don't have coffee. I was not understanding. Then the barista I think that's what he's called was nice and rude at the same time I even felt bad for letting him know of their error. I understand they are busy but you do pay for what you get and at least please give a warning. I was not rude I simply wanted what I paid for and remind you the drinks aren't cheap and for just lemonade with fruit trust me I'd rather go to wendy's their probably like 1 dollar or something. My only complaint here is when that occurs again don't just give the person lemonade simply let them know communication is key. And don't get frustrated look at the bigger picture. But I appreciate you taking the time making my drinks.
I drink Starbucks regularly and often go to four different locations depending if I am by work or home. This is the only location I have trouble with. I often order a frappocunio and this location consistently does not blend the drink well. The last two times I could not have more than a few sips. I am not sure why since I have never had a problem with the other three locations blending my drink. Other than that the staff is very friendly at this location.
Do you like to go inside and place your order in person to only have Karen gives you a hard time about what you ordered, (what u order every day at different Starbucks)? Do you like when Karen gets your order wrong (Venti Ice Coffee)and tells you its your fault because you ordered it wrong? Then doesn't fix your order until after she lectures you. If so,, then this is your Starbucks, so go there and get verbally abused! I only wish I had the thought to record Karen's ridicules banter. Stay away people!!
Coffee was adequate. Took over 10min to get 2 reg coffees. There was only 2 people in front of me inside. I know this is a busy location for drive thru. It seems like all their orders took priority. This was with 6 people working there.

My boyfriend and I come here every weekend, it's the only Starbucks close to us other than the ones inside of a few targets. Every time we come here we get the same guy over the speaker. I understand that it is next to the highway so it must be hard to hear but they are so rude when they as us to speak up. Today though, we got a woman, and we were so grateful that we didn't have to have that guy This time, that is until she stated to speak. She was even MORE rude that the regular guy. My boyfriend ordered his as asked for 1 cream because he doesn't like it too light. (Shouldn't even have to explain anything) but the lady said "we don't open the cream to just put one so I can put the regular amount." Are you kidding me?? On top of that both of our coffees didnt taste good. This will be the last time we come here.
Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order of 2 cold brews while the drive through line filled and cleared 3 times. When I asked the staff why it took so long they said that there are 2 separate queues and to "next time go through the drive though". Stellar way to run a business.
Super bad experience I just wanted to get my two venti Frappuccino’s I go every Wednesday and Saturday at this time and this time has been the worst customer service the girl Maddie gave me a super bad experience she gave me bad looks rolling her eyes I kindly asked her for the caramel sugar and rudely answered no which something that dosent have to be answered that way I am a customer service worker my self and that was non professional at all you she needs to learn to be more professional thank you
This is the worst drive through Starbucks. I got warm instead of hot. I got just milk with no espresso or caramel. I stopped going there. The best one is near Christmas tree shops.
So annoying they take drive through orders only and you are supposed to wait 15 min in line to get coffee when you are in a rush to get to work or any other place. Sometimes they do online orders only too. Can we just have the normal coffee store experience?
This is the WORST Starbucks ever. I got a mocha frapp and it was pure milk. I had them remake it. I [stupidly] didn't check my breakfast and got home and it's the wrong sandwich. The people are miserable there. No smiles or friendly faces. They look like they hate their life. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs and go to another one. EDIT: their automatic reply with a silly link just shows you how much they don't care. They need new staff that have new attitudes

I was ready to make a purchase, but the staff completely ignored me. How can you run a business like that?This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for regular customers. Starbucks needs to invest in better training for its employees to ensure they provide quality customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options like Dunkin' Donuts and Café Nero that know how to treat their customers right.
I usually don't leave reviews, regardless of how bad of experience I've had, however I have gone to this starbucks multiple times and every single time my order is either done wrong, missing toppings I paid for or wait time is too long. I go to multiple Starbucks, and this one is by far the worst! This has not been the first time my drink order is wrong. The customer service is horrible, very messy, when they run out of toppings,syrup etc they do not inform you not taking into consideration that you are charged for it. I WILL NOT GO AGAIN, I RECOMMEND YOU SAVE YOUR TIME AND NOT GO TO THIS ONE..spend too much money for bad service, bad drinks, messy, and inconsiderate staff.
Closed the dining room after I had already placed a pickup order where it said I could pick it up in the store. The drive thru had 20+ cars. At the very least give the people who ordered drinks prior to closing the dining room the opportunity to grab their coffee. That's just common sense.
The Starbucks is terrible. The drive-through is absolutely insane, always. Sometimes the door is locked with a sign on it saying that it’s drive-through only which makes everything even more prolonged. I just had a mobile order and one of my drinks were missing and the other two were made incorrect. I don’t know how difficult it is to follow an order that you see right in front of you correctly.
DO NOT GET A SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE!!! I have went to this Starbucks since it opened and this is the second time I received this sandwich and couldn’t even bite through it as it was rock solid.
Although my drinks were fine, my experience was not. I did reach out to customer service about this, and I will change my review to a more positive one if this case is handled as seriously as it should be. I witnessed today, May 14, 2022 at 9:50 a.m., the caucasian woman supervisor that walks with a limp react to a bipoc employee that was asking for assistance in helping a customer, in a terrible manner. She talked poorly about her over the headset while glaring her down along with other general intimidation tactics. All of this only slowed the team down, making me and others only have to wait longer and witness more of the same. IDK if this was just a terrible day, but based on what I saw, it is likely a pattern of behavior that should not exist on any level of management. I appreciate the employees who make my drinks, and I think they deserve fair treatment and good wages. I hope this isn't too much to ask from a customer who regularly pays over 10$ for 2 drinks. Editing to add that I have not heard from the District Manager yet.
U guys don’t know how much I love Starbucks. I almost drink everyday. And I went to a lot of Starbucks at different locations. This one is the worst one. I try to call customer service. And it doesn’t work any way. Too much ice. And different tastes in same drinks every day. Sometimes they forgot put the syrup. Sometimes is topping. I just hope the drinks can keep the same quality of this brand. I got my pink drink this morning. And I really disappointed. I order online. Ask for 3 spoons strawberries. Nope. And look at the ices. Geez. Ruin my whole day. Hope someone can notice this. And try to fix it. Love Starbucks!!!!!!!!!!
I have never complained about any Starbucks I have gone to, but hands down this has to be one of the worst. The drinks are horrible i don’t know if they hired new people or not but they need some serious training on how to mix or make drinks like matcha tea latte or pumpkin spice ect.. After couple attempts definitely will not be returning to this location SMH..
Is possible to have some to regulate the loud music at this location they can't even get the service right because orders are wrong because you can't talk or hear is getting annoying few visits already and only getting worst.
This location has poor service and takes a long time to provide what is ordered- even when almost empty. When I requested the “Starbucks offers free, same-visit refills on the iced brewed coffee they said they don’t participate. Makes NO sense
Scammed by Starbucks !!! After leaving Trader Joe’s in Saugus, Ma this afternoon , I thought I would “treat” myself. I drove through the Starbucks drive-through ordering a grande Java chip Frappuccino with NO whip cream and two pumps of peppermint. The cup label was correct , but the barista did not read the order nor take ownership in a mistake made . Instead she worked covertly to cover it up.. I overheard while sitting at the window the order taker exclaim to the woman who was making my drink“you did not make enough”, unbeknownst to me, she then threw in a huge chunk of ice and filled the top with whip cream! I did not inspect it until exiting onto Route one and tried with difficulty to stick my straw in the cup, by then it was too difficult to go back and wager a complaint in person. This barista, needs a refresher in Starbucks education and etiquette. I paid for a full size Grande Frappuccino and got less than half of what I paid for plus a chunk of ice and whip cream I didn’t want.

This store not neighborly at all. 2 workers inside, door locked, rudely waving me away. They could easily brew a quick cup of coffee and I'd be on my way. These morning things matter on the heels of a cold snowy night. My local independent coffee store would open the door. No Starbucks for me for a long while.

They didn’t fill up my tea even though I ordered no ice for my drink, I paid $5.30 for tea and tip $1. This is ridiculous
