On my last visit, I had a bad experience. The portion of roasted chicken was extremely small for the price, the American-style chicken was just reheated in the fryer, and the tortillas were store-bought and cold. The place looks cool and quiet, but the restrooms and sinks could be improved.

Nothing like the taste of chicken from a few years ago, the facilities are very deplorable, and the charro beans we ordered looked like they were days old. I don't recommend it.
The chicken wasn't too bad in terms of taste... but the place looked very unsanitary and therefore unhygienic. Honestly, my family didn't want to eat there even though we had just arrived from a trip and were hungry. And I had already ordered chicken! We weren't there for even half an hour! I wouldn't go back.
DISAPPOINTED. Years ago, I went with my godfather to Pollo Camperos, the best chicken I've ever tasted. After years of recommending it, on February 28, 2019, I went with my work friends to enjoy a pleasant time. Unfortunately, the chicken was awful, microwaved, the tortillas were cold from a machine, and it wasn't just us; other people complained about the bad service, lack of hygiene, and especially the stomach aches it caused. On top of everything, the waitress included the tip in the bill. BAD SERVICE
