The online menu being in Spanish kind of held me back from ordering to go in the past. I didn't want to order the wrong thing/ not be sure how to order. I finally went in person. Everything was easy to understand and in english. This is the best Rice I've had anywhere. The roasted pork was fantastic. Roasted chicken was very good. Prices very fair. Staff very friendly. 11/10. One of the best restaurants in the capital district.

The best empeñadas you’ll get in the capital region. Everything is very well priced, and every dish will rock your world. When I used to work right across from here in Schenectady I would always stop by here at least 1-2x a week. Now that I live further away I will still go out of my way and make the 30 min trek to come here for the food. It is worth the gas and the money.

I got 5 boxes full of food and it came out to $24.00 and she threw in some potatoes because she didn't want me to only eat empanadas and roast pernil. The woman behind the counter is a saint and this is now my forever go to Spanish food place.

Authentic, delicious cuisine! I had chicken and rice with sauce and it was amazing! Friendly, clean with amazing smells in the air! Price is very reasonable!

Very good Spanish food. Very similar to what I grew up with. My grandma lived with us my whole childhood, and she's Puerto Rican so I grew up with this kinda food. 5 star rating no doubt

The food was delicious. My fav tripe soup was awesome. My relatives had oxtails and rice and they loved it. I had roast pork with yellow rice w bean sauce. The juice drinks were delicious also. 😊😋😋😋

Got me one of th best beef empanadas I had in a long time. Got some yellow rice and beans too. Needed more beens and some juice but over all pretty damn good. I forgot to ask for the juice so that's ok me. I'll hopefully get a few more empanadas before I leave Schenectady. Cool old man too.

My husband ordered 2 pernil over rice I still cannot believe they served this to anyone. The pernil was burnt and very dry the burnt side was on the rice so it made the rice taste burnt. They had to know that it was burnt and was not going to taste good. Well I guess I'm gonna have to find a different place to go. I have never been so discussed.

The food is old too, I was customer here for years and because i said the meet was hard, forget it hell to pay... el pernil siempre está viejo, no vuelvo jamás ❌️ 😒

Ordered pepper steak and it tasted weird upon inspection there was good meat mixed with bad meat it was SPOILED and when tried to return the bad food the owner refused to take it back will never spend another penny in this restuarant....Got Food Poisoning After Eating There

This was my go to spot until 5 years ago. My husband and I ordered our usual pepper steak. We started to eat it at home and noticed it smelled funny. We inspected the steak and it was slimy ! The steak was SPOILED!! We did call the restaurant and the owner checked and he did stated we were right. He was apologetic. I have never returned and trust me we ordered food here at least 1x a week and a big order at that. I was very disappointed because they were always so nice to us.
