I had a great experience here, finding it easy to place my order and receiving excellent service. After reading some negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I even drove from Massachusetts to write this review. To those who are critical, I suggest appreciating the small things in life and recognizing the effort that employees put into their work. Some people may not have the same opportunities to enjoy life's simple pleasures.

Thank goodness for this location that is open 24 hours. Our flight into Boston was delayed by four hours, and we still had to drive to Maine. We had not eaten since breakfast, and rolled into this spot at 10:30 pm. My double cheeseburger tasted like heaven. The folks working were very friendly. Love this spot!

Very nice inside. Self ordering kiosks, Wifi and delivery available. You can pay with iPhone or Android. Delivery to your table. Multiple drive thru kiosks. Once a year this McDonald's works with the Seabrook Police department for charity. Very neat inside and out. Easy access to surrounding plazas. Food is, well, McDonald's. My daughter loves their french fries. Update: May 2020; Take out and drive thru available. Still has good service. Staff was joking with customers, especially when a customer jokingly asked for pepperoni pizza. I ordered hotcakes for my daughter and a coffee for myself. Both were good. One way driving lanes around McDonald's. Mobile 📱 order pickup parking 🅿️ is next to the pickup windows. Update: May-November 2025; Inside needs attention! The customers are rough on the inside and the staff needs to check on the inside and outside frequently. Small fireplace and flat screen available. I recommend McDonald's. The fish 🐠 sandwich , Special Edition Gold Sauce and the Ranch Chicken Wrap were okay.

If you wanna pay $15 for a "value" meal go to mcdonalds and get a dry burger with cold hard fries. If you want a real burger go someplace else. Youre only here because they are open late and thats great. Drive thru line may not look long but you'll be staying for breakfast while you wait

We were out traveling and needed a little something to eat, and didn't have time for a sit down restaurant, so McDonald's was the go to. This location the $5 meal deal must be called the $6 meal deal. It was a buck more but still worth it for the food and in and out time.

Went after 12 Am Fries were cardboard. Big Mac was drowning in special sauce and the substituted mayo on the filet o fish aaahhhh was mostly on the side of the box...and to add insult there was only a half a slice of cheese on the fish sandwich.....next time I'll stick to an ice cream cone!

I went into mcdonald's in And I saw a commercial about a daily meal and a meal with a daily double.I didn't actually know that was the name of the sandwich.So when I was ordering , another employee came over and told me that that was the same , So I told him I wasn't aware of it.I thought that was the name of the meal.Not an actual sandwich that he told me I was rude, and I said, I'm not being rude. I'm just telling you, I didn't know that I was confused. But you are being rude. I told him to get my his manager. He refused to do it at first, and I said it 3 times he went back in the room well around the corner and proceeded to tell the His manager that there's some lady out there who's acting like a jerk. So the manager comes over and I tell her you should not have him out here helping people. He just called me a name, told me I was rude and that's not appropriate behavior for an employee at a business with customer service. I will never ever go in there again. Mind you, I asked the manager if she could make the burger fresh for me and I would wait. The burger was old and cold, and so were the fries.

Ice cream machine always “broken”. Line always around the block, employees never speak English. You will spend 10 minutes standing at the counter watching the employees ignore you and hide from you instead of taking your order.

Placed a breakfast order on the app. Got a pop-up notification since it was close to 10:30 AM to get my order in before 10:30. I did but when I got to the drive thru it was 10:32 and I was told I couldn't get breakfast then even though my order was in before 10:30.. Also, I never got refunded for the order. When I try to locate the order now there is no record of it, even on the app. I will NEVER visit this ripoff McDonald's again.

Ordered my son a cheeseburger happy meal. He was all excited to eat everything but when he got to his apples and took the first one out of the bag took a bite then said to me mommy theresba hair on my apple. I turn and look sure enough a long thick black hair is WRAPPED AROUND my son's apple. Mind you these are all prepackaged. And NONE of us have black hair. Absolutely foul. I filed a complaint and of course nothing came of it.

Ordered their food at the drive-through lady couldn’t hear us. We couldn’t hear her. Get to window tell her about it. She says oh well. Pick up order Mr. an entire sandwich a drink and a hash brown came back to tell them and they said oh you never ordered it. I ordered a simple vanilla ice cream cone thru the drive-thru. Not rocket science right? The guy tried to give me a cone where the ice cream was literally just 2" above the cone. Seriously, measure that out. 2"? We've all had soft serve ice cream in our lives and they are usually 4", 5", or even 6" above the cone. To make matters worse, the Seabrook McDonald's, in an effort to cheat us even further, keeps the ice cream machine at a temp right around freezing. As such, when you get your ice cream it's already melting. In my case, the ice cream in the 2" cone was literally tipping over and DRIPPING on the hand of the guy in the drive-thru as he handed it to me!! WOW! I paid $3 for 15 cents of minuscule ice cream only to have it spill on me in my car because the employee didn't have the class or professionalism to remake the cone? I don't want to have a cone that's been dripping down the hand of an employee! Who knows where that hand has been! To make matters worse, I went back to the very same store 2 hours later and ordered another cone. Guess what, different employee, same result! Bad management=bad employees. Buyer beware at this place.

11/24/25 @11:05pm. I work 5min away from this McDonald. I came by during my break. The car ahead of me just ordered and drove off; I pulled up at the speaker. I assumed their understaff or something. Waited patiently. 5min, Other cars started pulling up behind making a line. I tried reach out through the speakers no response. Almost waited 10min for someone to come outside to say that they’re closed. Im just annoyed and hungry that no one said anything sooner and wasted my break. Please do better.

Never can this staff get orders correctly. I ordered a hot black coffee, it came with tons of cream or milk, and an egg mcmuffin no bacon. Came with no cheese and extra bacon.

Was having a HORRIBLE time dealing with Debbie last night in the drive through. She had an attitude with me and my friends trying to pickup our mobile orders, she had an attitude with us because she couldn’t figure out my friends mobile order and made us wait in the drive thru twice with a full line both times (a total of 45 mins). Sam on the other hand, figured things out for us and was really helpful and honestly made us feel a lot better with the situation. Debbie shouldn’t be working there if she can’t respect customers and her coworkers, honestly disappointing that this place would even hire anyone like her. Do your night crew a favor and get her out of there.

Manager that it appeared to be walked right past us then decided to intentionally not help us and tell us to use the listen when we tried doing so before and needed help to order. She then proceeded to ignore us and not help us. We were then forced to go through the drive thru to be helped. When I revived me McFlurry it was not mixed at all. Over all VERY DISAPPOINTING.

This is not a great McDonalds. We recently visited this location while traveling and used the drive thru. When receiving a soda, the soda was literally overflowing. There was so much soda on the lid that it actually dumped all over my car and all over the person who received the drink. I went into the McDonalds to get some napkins and the restaurant itself was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the stalls didn't lock. I'm not sure if it was just an off day or something but I am incredibly disappointed. This location was also not easy to get to. The lot itself is on the smaller side so parking is limited. Trying to leave the location was also a hassle. I recognize that accidents happen all the time but I am just incredibly disappointed (and my car smelled like Dr. Pepper for the duration of the trip).
