Great food and decent promos! Just wish the prices weren’t as high.

Everything tasted fine, place is decent, including bathrooms. We ordered to go, but how food was packed was a little messy. Shake and fries were good, but burgers were sort of squished the way they were packed. Kiosk was okay, but a little awkward.

A bit disappointed, I didn’t taste any char on the burger, it was good but would have been better with more char flavor on the meat. Overall the fries were good but they were like a box of chocolate, some were hot, some were room temperature, and a few were actually cold, also several were really greasy. I’m not sure how you can get so many varieties of fries ask in one order.

If you value efficiency skip this place and go across the street to In and Out. I ordered an hour early and asked for my order to be ready at 5:45. Upon my arrival I observed no masks or gloves worn in addition I observed my order being fired at 5:45. Do yourself a favor and skip this abomination of a restaurant and just go to In and Out across the street. I will not be back.

Burger does not hav e fresh taste like In and Out across the street, yet the same price range. Unfortunate when requesting napkins on to go order and sticker on bag says napkins are included, only to get to place eating burger and find no napkins for a drippy burger

It's 7 pm, they will close at 9:30 and they have already packed all the condiments. The crispy chicken sandwich felt rubbery. Thr bread felt old and stale. The veggie patty was undercooked. The green beans were the best part of the meal. I would not recommend this location.

I am home sick and a relative just picked me up some Habit for the family. Once he dropped the food at the house, we realized they didn't give us our fries or onion rings. My Santa Barbara Char was more mayo than meat and just thrown together. I have loved the Habit for years and usually go to the one on Knott and had never had an issue. This was my first and last time at the seal beach location. For the expensive price, I'd figure they would at least give me the food I payed for and actually took care in the preparation. Very disappointed.

BEWARE!! Use CASH if you go to this location!!! I got The Habit on 4/9 and its brand new. The patty was pink and everything was squished in the bag & wet from the sauce. Brought ALL THE FOOD BACK, including the drinks. Requested a refund that same day and I have yet to see a refund in my account. Used a debit card so technically the money should have been given back to me that same day. They do not have an instant refunding system, you have to EMAIL the corporate to request a refund. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to complain or talk to someone. You just have to HOPE that someone is going to respond. I mean, its pretty much stealing u know, I returned the product and never got my refund. They have until Friday to give me back the money (5-7 business days) but who knows. Now I'm stuck between a hard place and a rock, paid for something that I never got, and its almost going to be 3 weeks later and still no refund. Its horrible. Never been thru this before in my life. AND they JUST opened?? Crazy. OH and NO I don't want anything free, no free coupons, no free Chartickets or whatever they are called, I just want my money back. All $29 dollars for 2 PINK burger, 2 fries, and 2 drinks that I did not eat.

No more! I love the burgers but I refuse to accept her attitude. Bring back customer service worthy people!

My son went into the store and placed a to go order for a Hawaiian burger and a Santa Barbara char. Also ordered fries and green bean fries. Upon arriving home we opened the bag an discovered a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The fries and green bean fries were correct. My son returned to the store and was given the correct order. I was hungry and just ate the cheeseburger which in my opinion was not very good. I always order the Hawaiian burger with no cheese. They replaced the Hawaiian burger and green bean fries which was a waste since I was already full from the cheeseburger. A refund would have been the correct solution. I was originally excited that a Habit was opening so close to where I live, now not so much. Probably the last time I eat there.
