This place sells corn dogs, if you didn't guess. Very tasty corn dogs, probably the best one I've ever had. They are $5. I wasn't even mad about it. They also have fries and some other options, but the corn dog is the star. There is no seating inside, only a few benches nearby. Or you could walk out on the pier across the street and find a spot.

Jane's Corndogs has been selling some tasty comfort food to the visitors and locals of Seal Beach for years. It has become a part of the city's nostalgic landscape, along with many other establishments in the area. The menu is simple with tasty options. My favorite items are the beef corn dogs, chili cheese dogs, and lemonade. The churros and funnel cake are great for satisfying a sweet tooth. The staff is friendly and gets orders out promptly. You order at the walk-up window, and pick up is in the next window. There are no tables or seats, but the area offers a beach, a pier, and benches for relaxation and enjoying a meal. My only recommendation is that the staff or owner update their menu board with clear prices. There's a board behind the window that's difficult to see. Other than that, keep up the great work!

We were traveling and happened upon this place right across from the beach. I'd never had cheese on a stick. Instead of a hot dog wrapped in cornmeal, it was cheese. I had the pepper jack cheese. It was really good! The woman who took care of us was very friendly. If ever we make it back to that area, we will stop by.

Jane is awesome. What an amazing awesome lady. The food is perfect. It reminds me of the good old hot dog on a stick but better. Had a corn dog, churro, and delicious ice cold lemonade. It was perfect sat and watched the sunset and the ended the evening with an amazing little place.

Jane’s Corndogs and Lemonade is the perfect combination of food to eat at the beach. It’s right across from Seal Beach pier and the take out counter staff provide fast service. It’s a wonderful classic snack bar. Grab a bite and support this local treasure while strolling at seal beach.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. I've had good and bad corndogs at fairs and various places. These were great! Fresh out of the fryer, nice and crispy, the hot dog was tasty... I kind of wanted to go get another one once we finished. We also got lemonades. These were great too! Obviously fresh squeezed lemons in there. There was actually half a lemon in the bottom of my cup! I want one now just thinking about it but I don't live in California. LOL

Stopped here on a whim after spending all day at an amusement park. The food was made fresh to our order.. They’re friendly and the food was delicious! We had the beef corn dogs, chili cheese jalapeño fries, and fresh lemonade. The breading was light and had a great crispy texture, the fries had chili and cheese that actually covered all the fries, the lemonade had a nice tartness that reminds you that it’s made with actual lemons. 10 out of 10 would recommend, says my very picky daughter! Definitely recommend this place! Sorry no photos as we started eating as soon as we could!

The corndogs and chili cheese fries were excellent. Was a fun little dinner to share with my husband and 3 year old son, on a Friday evening. Had fun at the beach, and walked across the street for a meal. Though there is nowhere to sit indoors, there's plenty of benches to sit and enjoy your meal while people watching, talking and enjoying the atmosphere. This is our 3rd time here and will be returning especially if we have our son with us. It's like having the County Fair food, at the beach. 😊

The turkey corndog is mellow. The beef one smells like an all beef corndog very filling. I love the crunchy corn mix on the stick. Really tasty on a cold night not too heavy.
