Mountain Mike's

I always order a Mini with linguisa, garlic and artichokes!! It is the tastiest small pizza I will ever eat!! They're so fast too, it takes about 15 minutes and you have your Mini pizza and you're out the door! I would highly recommend this place!!

We came looking for the pizza place that occupied this place when we lived in this area. Sadly, it's gone. However, this new one is excellent. The crust is crisp and delicious and there are varied and generous toppings. The building is cozy and warm, which is important in this Seaside community. I'm so happy to be home!

This place is fighting WAY above its weight class. A pizza place is not expected to have a salad bar of this caliber. Fresh, clean, well organized, and delicious! The pizza was really good too. Both pizza and salad are better at this site than at the Mt. Mike's in my area. But that salad bar!!! What a pleasant surprise!

Great pizza and close to home! I like the crust. It's the only pizza place that I know of that actually serves anchovies for a topping. Talk all you want, but BBQ sauce, anchovies, and mushroom is pretty good. Their pepperoni pizza is good too.

Place was quiet and clean. Empty, but I don't know why. The games were a nickel for the kids to play. Beer was cold and the pizza was hot. The mountain Mike's in my home area is no good. This one was excellent.

We order from mountain mikes quite a bit and the pizza is always delicious and full of toppings! The delivery drivers are always kind and clean and get the pizzas to you still hot. I had an issue with a delivery of the wrong pizza and when I called the woman on the phone was very kind and understanding and said she will send me the correct pizza. The delivery guy showed up in about a half hour with my correct pizza. He was very sweet and apologized for the mix up. I’m very impressed with their customer service.

Pizza is good. They have tons of Tv's playing sports and a large room you can reserve for a birthday party. There are also 5 cent games for kids to play. They can win tickets to trade in for junk toys. The kids love it. I would rate it 5 stars but the prize machine is often broke or out of prizes.

They have a wide choice of good pizza on the buffet, and they ask people what they would like to see next, which is way better than Round Table in Monterey, there are no empty containers on the salad bar, that just makes me wonder what I’m missing, and the place is clean.

Apparently this store has only just recently opened, so do take what I'm about to say with a grain of salt. Having just ordered what I can only guess is an extra-large all meat I must say...I'm fairly impressed. This thing is huge and, honestly, I barely made it through a third before starting to feel bloated. As for quality, it's fairly good. The meat is delicious and the dough holds between soft and firm. Once again, they did just open so I am unable to give much more than a tentative review. The price is a bit much, and there's no saying how long it'll hold out in quality, but as of right now it's definitely worth a try.

Mozzarella sticks were a little big and marinara sauce was cold. Still MM’s has good pizza compared to their competitors. Good sauce, good cheese, and they don’t skimp on toppings.

Tastes good. Once had a pizza delievered wrong, i called and the manager wasnt available. I drove up there and the girl behind the counter took my correct order and put it in urgently. Was very kind. Annoying experience but over all the outcome was pleasant .

More of a kiddie place with decent pizza. Salad bar is ok and Service was friendly. Not to different from me and eds pizza.

Mid pizza. Got 2 mini’s and a small Garlic Tuscan pizza. 1. Both the mini pizza’s were okay. The mushroom on one of the pizza’s was paper thin. 2. The Garlic Tuscan had a beautiful presentation, however the flavor was mid and lacked a “garlic flavor.” The atmosphere was nice and attractive, but that is it.

We paid way too much for the pizza we got. It was ginormous, however the vegetables tasted like they had been frozen and overall there just was a funky taste to it.

Yeah...I've had Mountain Mike's before and it was always fresh and tasty, but this experience... not so much. The food was bland and we waited for what seemed forever to get a cheese and pepperoni pizza. I know they were probably short staffed and that didn't help matters, but it wasn't worth the price.

My order was lost in the sauce ... instead of the manager being polite about it and willing to assist.... HE was basically trying to tell me oh well and to reorder. Finally..... there was light at the end of the tunnel and I got my food reordered and sent out. Poor customer service .... and it's not a good look if a so call manager "leader" treats customers poorly!

Their app didn't work after multiple tries and after attempting to contact them in different ways(email, phone, app, etc) I still got no resolution when they charged me for non delivered food. I have had to turn to my own bank for help because of the non existent customer service

Don't waste your time here . Honestly The food kinda sucked and NO ONE THAT WAS WORKING AT THE TIME SPOKE A NY ENGLISH . ??????? what's going on with this place . We were very disappointed with our whole experience. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, do not recommend coming here and will never return. We tried to order a pizza with about 20 minutes to closing just a small mushroom pizza nothing major and they refused ,said it was to close to closing time . I was like wow you don't want my business so I will take it next door , as I'm walking by from the other establishment I can see the young man with the Edgar haircut who refused my service nod his head in my direction to another employee and laugh like he was proud of turning away perfectly good money for a company he works for !

We visited once when the restaurant first opened and it was great. We just tried to go back and were really disappointed. Google says that they closed at 11:00 pm but when we got there at 9:30 all of the chairs were up and the salad bar was put away. Thinking we maybe had the wrong information, we asked what time they closed. The girl at the counter responded, "Uh, I don't know." We decided we wouldn't eat there but would let our daughter play a couple of the arcade games. The ticket counter wouldn't produce a receipt and most of the games were broken. It just seems really early for all of these problems right after opening. We were very disappointed and won't be back, which is a bummer. We were hoping for a good pizza place close by.

A W F U L Wish I could give 0 Stars. Absolute garbage location. ZERO games worked at all. Literally ZERO. Awful service, and the "Owners" straight lied to my face, and my 5 year old daughter. Called the store , talked to the “ person in charge “ because the manager wasn’t available.. Let the “person in charge “ know that my food was delivered cold , my chicken wings ( which I order at least twice a week) was cold and my mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked all the way. Horrible. This particular location owned by a man named Happy is far from pleasant. The coupon I tried to use was not honored and that was a kill switch but we continued our order, no video games worked, the bathroom smelled like urine, every table we went to sit at was dirty and sticky. The cleanliness was a zero and when I brought up my concerns I was met with it you don't like it don't come. Wow. Ok, will not be back. The windows were filthy also, just a gross place.

We told them 2x our order and twice they got it wrong we had already waited an hour and didn't want to wait for another hour to have the pizza remade a third time so we left dissatisfied. Which is a real shame because they have a really delicious gluten free pizza but can't seem to take an order, disappointing.

Not very clean. They couldn't produce a receipt. We order the kids meals and a large pizza. We received the kids meals. An employee asked what else we were waiting on. We told him, and didn't get anything. So I asked for a refund and the girl working at the counter acted like I asked her for something out of this world. Won't be back again.

TLDR - Wrong delivery, zero customer service Horrible service. Despite being told to deliver a pizza at 3:30 PM, Mountain Mike’s delivered too early while I was picking up my kids. I called them again that to let them know that I wanted the pizza at 3:30 PM. They failed to deliver. I called a third time at 3:50 PM to find out why it was late, and was given an excuse that the ordering system was down. They said the pizza would arrive within 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, the pizza did not arrive. I called a final time, but the people working the phones did not even seem to know there was a problem. This could have been solved by the manager talking to me directly, but it seems a paying customer was not important enough for that manager’s time. I used to like eating here, but I will order and eat pizza from somewhere else from now on.

Where do I start with this location i had ordered a large pizza with 6 piece wings plain with a side of buffalo at 8:05pm around 8:53pm I went to the front to let them know that almost and hour and no food as Stephanie the cashier proceeds to tell me she called my order when in fact she did not call me order all I could hear was an employee playing loud music from his phone singing out loud

Paid over $70 for a barely edible meal. Staff could have cared less!! All finished tables were never bussed and we were ignored the entire time. Atmosphere was terrible and the bathrooms stunk like sulphur. The veggie pizza was served with slices of cold tomatoes. I would never ever recommend this restaurant. Do better!!

The food was good, the price is expensive honestly, I went a few weeks ago and the place was a mess. I had to clean my own table it was bad. Things on the floor cups napping on tables. I went a few days ago again and it was a bit cleaner but there was stuff on one table and there was no one the front for a while. Also on large pizza is like 35$ and one salad is like 14 bucks i believe per person, no drinks included like whattt. Pizza factory is a big place like this but they clean as soon as the client's leaves.
