Under staffed, bad customer service and cussing. Except to wait an hour after you call and pay for pizzas from the time they tell you it will be ready. No one at the register and multiple other customer walking off with free drinks and stuff.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I placed my order online over an hour ago and have been waiting in the lobby for more than 30 minutes — and my food is still not ready. The staff doesn’t seem organized, and there’s no communication or sense of urgency. This was a complete waste of time. I will never come back to this location and definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

What happened to hot and ready pizza? Everytime we go, which we think is prime time, there is nothing hot and ready. Even after being failed several times we still go back thinking it might change. Standing at register forever Noone ever came up to the front. Hollered out for help, nothing. Do better little ceasars. Re train your staff and stick to your motto, Hot and ready. TIA

Ordered for delivery! Received wrong order. When I called store they told me I had to take it up with door dash!. The store is responsible for making sure driver gets correct items for the customer!

Ordered online and showed up just after the pickup time. Waited another 25 minutes just to find out they forgot my pizzas were already done and in the warmer.

Ordered from this location several times. Last few orders were terrible. Multiple occasions the “hot and ready” pizza wasn’t ready and had to wait for 15+ minutes. Previously we ordered a custom pizza that was made completely wrong (wrong crust, missing toppings, hardly any sauce). Today we ordered wings and cheese bread. The cheese bread was overcooked and completely butchered. It looked like the edges were burnt and someone cut them off instead of just making a new one. Not sure if they rushed this or what, but needless to say we won’t be ordering from here again. Pizza Hut is very close and they can at least make a pizza worth the cost.

Horrible I never write reviews I understand getting what you paid for but this place needs a corporate audit. I go to other little Caesar’s all the time. This place is absolutely terrible the food looks terrible and the crust is absolutely dry. I ordered Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni and it was nothing but crust no pride in ownership this franchise owner should be ashamed.

Mya is the manager but has no power to make anything happen apparently. Last time I ordered I got a pizza with a slice missing and there was “nothing that they could do” but refund. That is all great and wonderful but that doesn’t feed me. If getting into a car and going there was something that was easy to do I would not be ordering LC Delivery. I did not order through door dash I ordered through little Caesar’s. Tonight I waited a fto deliver and the app said that I got it 10 minutes before I actually did. It is RAW !!! Not a little underdone, not a bit on the chewy side …RAW. I could add flour to this and double the recipe. Mya doesn’t care that I wanted and hour or that my pizza is raw, she can just refund me and let me repeat my order. So I can wait an hour again. The manager doesn’t have the power to send out a pizza with an employee. I had to use the words google and Yelp in order to get her to agree to call her manager who she assures me is going to tell me the same thing. This is make your customer sick kind of food … not just disgusting but Raw food. I am two not ambulatory right now … she just kept saying I could come get it after I repeatedly told her I was not ambulatory. I do not understand why people continue to employ those who will treat their customers this way. I would rather that they just shut off service and say that they don’t offer pizza anymore than have to wonder IF food might be coming. I will be contacting the food safety folks in the morning.

I always tell myself that it’s going to be better then the last time, but it never is. This is what happens when the employees don’t care and the owners doesn’t either.
