My wife and I regularly attend this DQ as ownership is all over it! They get to know their customers, look out for their needs (no matter how crazy), and get it right 99.9% of the time. Still have yet to find another DQ on road trips that does the grill AND chill right like this one. Just typing this makes me want another blizzard.

Great family night out destination! Centrally located, clean, great customer service! We went for blizzards and shakes tonight. Everything was well crafted and satisfying. We've been here before for snacks. The staff here is fantastic. Definitely recommend for anything on the menu.

Friendly staff, brought food to the table instead of just calling name when order ready. A few customers at tables indoors, a few at tables outdoors and the drive thru was a constant stream of cars. Service was fast, food was hot and tasty. Tables cleaned between customers. $6 meal deal is a good deal. Would go again.

We drove out of our way to experience Dairy Queen and we did not regret the decision. A Chick-fil-A is next door and they are competing between best customer service. The food was made accurately and also tasted delicious. We recommend visiting.

One of the hidden gems in Seminole. Great owner, great employees, a very clean restaurant. People drive right by this place to get to Chic Filet but if you drop into Dairy Queen, you will be a fan of this local place. Not all Dairy Queens are good but THIS ONE is and has been for years

Who Doesn't love Dairy Queen. This is a very clean facility. Quick service. Delicious ice cream. Their food is also very fresh and tasty. Kitchen appears to be very clean. You can dine in or they have a drive-through. There is handicap parking available. I did not check out the restroom but pretty sure they have handicap available.

It's been years since I indulged in fast food due to my diet restrictions. I'm happy I broke that rule today. The store was immaculate clean, food was delicious, fresh and hot and the staff was prompt and friendly!

This is dairy queen, I mean they have great food for a great price. If you expect it to be a full blown 5 star restaurant well you may be disappointed but if your just trying to get a bite between work or classes, great place. This is also a great option for those times you just dont feel like cooking at night when you get off work. They also have great soft serve ice cream and the hard shell dipping sauce which is always amazing!

Got an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. It was delicious. I put my order in online and requested blue icing. They even called to ask what shade of blue I wanted! Great customer service.

Went in today to get a Blizzard, but ended up having lunch. So glad we did. Everything was delicious (Original Cheeseburger, Fries, Onion Rings, Chicken Salad, Blizzard, Barq's Cream Soda & Mocha Moolatte!) All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Haven't been to Dairy Queen in decades. Man I sure was missing out! There menu is better than I remembered it. Had chicken fingers with fries and country gravy and what they call Texas Toast. NOT!! That was the only thing I really didn't approve of . They advertise it on commercial's. Whats up with being honest. Oh well can't when them all.

Needed a fast place for something to eat before i passed out! And i ordered a mushroom swiss burger which wasn't shown on the menu... it was delicious! Also had a cookie dough blizzard. I mean if you go to dairy queen isn't it against the rules to not get ice cream!!! Also got my dad a bacon cheese burger and gave him my fries which were FRESH! They were busy, but I got through the drive through line pretty fast and the food was FRESH!!!

Every single time I go here I am filled with delicious food and ice cream. Also the music they play feeds my spirit by how this place glorifies Jesus. They display true servanthood in how they bring your order to your table no matter where you sit. Such a blessing this restaurant is hiding next to a “Christian” chicken sandwich restaurant.

We dont regularly go to DQ. My and family and I went here to grab a quick bite and to avoid the long lines at other fast food restaurants in the area. The meal deal $6 was perfect and filled us up and came with dessert. It got us ready for shopping during the season. Also the food was ordered and in the window timely. Tasty meal! Weay stop again.

First time going to a DQ. This one's very close to home. The commute was a little difficult, I didn't realize the autozone's lot was busted up, but I got there okay. Guy at front service wasn't the nicest guy but he DID HIS JOB very well. I ordered the 6$ meal, upgrading my sundae to a blizzard, and I asked him if I could substitute my drink, he allowed me to upgrade my fries to a large in exchange. Everything I ordered was as expected, and the best fast food I've had in my life. And the small blizzard was more than enough to satisfy. Guy even did the upside down thing to show me it was legit. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dairy Queen for Aeons as long as I can remember been a very long time since I'm over the 70 Mark LOL tonight I had a $6 basket was all my God that's just so much food great meal double cheeseburger took one of the patties off LOL! I love it that you get her dessert and you cut up it for a dollar and get a blizzard instead of a Sunday that way the blizzard will make it home for you whereas I think a Sunday May melt LOL!JS!

Im not a fan of DQ. But I am thrilled I chose to eat here today. I favorited this exact spot. ONLY DQ, to have refills and a pleasent experience. Very clean welcoming not like others Ive been to. By far America’s most delicious ice cream parlor in my book, always consistent, fresh, delicious, and made with love ❤️ Just tried the French Silk Blizzard and it was to die for! It’s official, my new favorite flavor for sure! I can’t believe it’s for a limited time too, totally not fair! Please reconsider having this delicacy year round🙏 While there I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kaitlyn the shift Manager, she was ever so pleasant, professional, friendly, patient, efficient, very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us decide: it was an absolute pleasure meeting someone in the service industry these days that truly makes a guest feel special, and she definitely deserves recognition. Five stars to this DQ and double that for Kaitlyn, she is truly an asset, make sure she’s recognized and knows exactly what an excellent leader and overall exceptional human being she is! Thank you!

Food was fast and delicious, staff were all friendly. We got there one night at 9:20 and they told us the dining area was closing so we ate outside which was fine I understand, but my son loved the food so much (it was his first time at DQ) we went back the next night at 8:45 and they told us the same thing, dining area is closing, but the hours posted on Google say closed at 9:30 so that was a bummer that we had to eat outside again.

Dined at this location yesterday (1 day after hurricane Milton) and im a huge fan of dairy queen to begin with but this store was absolutely STELLAR! The line was long with only 1 person working the register but still managed to move very quickly. The employees were all as cool as a cucumber even though the line for the drive thru and inside had no end in sight. No one was panicking, annoyed or yelling. Although dairy queen is considered “fast food” the experience for me was better than I've received at some full service restaurants. Thank you 🙏🏽

I’ve been to a lot of DQ’s, but this one by far has been the best one. My food is always hot and my ice cream is always protected from spilling in my car with their lids. The drive-through is always patient with me and never rushes me. This location literally has the best customer service. They never charge me extra for one sauce more. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile at the window. I wish every location was like this location, but unfortunately they’re not. Whoever manages this location is doing a wonderful job! I will say that the location on Missouri Road is absolutely horrible. If I order the seven dollar meal deal, I get half the volume of fries that I would get on Park Boulevard. The Missouri Road location also charges more for an additional sauce. The Missouri Road location tries to hurry you through the drive-through, and cut you off when you’re trying to talk. There is never a friendly demeanor at the Missouri Road location. I genuinely think they need to take lessons from the location on Park Boulevard.

Stopped in for a little. Something to bite to eat wouldn't believe it. This little joint has a nice little burger and chicken sandwiches and etc. Of course you know the bunch of desserts they have to go with it all the way from ice cream cakes to everything in between. My server was absolutely out of this world. I think her name was Lily. Not sure if it's the flower or or something to the front jumped on a lily pad. But anyway she was absolutely fantastic. Could have asked for anything more courteous. Very polite. Not sure who her parents are but boy I'd like to meet them and say what a good job they've done raising her keep up the good work there ladies and gentlemen. You too! Lily and I'll see you again

Every single time my husband and I have been there this location has been amazing. The food is great, the employees are so incredibly nice and it is always so clean! This DQ would get more than 5 stars if I could.

UPDATE 10/28/24 I came to Dairy Queen for one thing. Ice cream. Well, I decided that I wanted a chili dog. So I got that and a sundae. A hot fudge. Both were very good and hit the spot. We wanted something different and fun.. and who doesn't LOVE DQ's ice cream cake. I was blown away by the service and customizability.. she even added edible pearls to the border of the cake. 10/10!

So I stopped in since I was working in the area and to my surprise the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The employees were friendly professional and everything was clean on the inside. The prices were decent the menu was easy to read. And as always the ice cream was good! I could find nothing wrong with the restaurant so they received five stars from me. I am not a local customer I was just here for work. However, I will visit the DQ back in my neighborhood. Thanks for the great job awesome impression guys.

Lindsay was great customer service verbally. So we we're 56 and she brought our food on a dirty tray. My spouse went crazy on top it was waiting 30 minutes for a hotdog and $5 chix salad meal. The mgr came out apologize. Then a girl came up cleaning the tables. Then a lady her 2 children was not happy with the chix fingers and fries came later but now the mgr was apologize and offer ice cream sundaes. It was crazy.

How can you say anything deogroatory about Dairy Queen? This was a newer Grill & Chill, clean, nicely appointed with pleasant staff. Getting in and out is a real hassle, so prepare to wait in traffic...

Didn't have time to visit, but it has a convenient location and great dinning/eating area. Oh, and just so there's no confusion... they provide 🍨🍦 product. Please refrain from ordering outside their menu.

Good cheap meal for 7 bucks get burger or chicken strips, fries, drink and an ice cream! Everything was good except missing bbq sauce asked for as well as a fork for salad and napkins.

Only stopped by to get malts. Not many places serve them. Bottom line they were excellent but a little too expensive $13 for two medium size malts

They have great ice cream and this location has hot fast food. This was our stop after the beach ⛱️ until we moved North and the crew here is super friendly and courteous. The store off Gulf to Bay only has hot dogs and ice cream, not as friendly, just a job.

They were nice staff though we had to ask a few times for the things we ordered or what comes in the bags (napkins, cutlery). They were busy. Awesome Blizzard & Burger as well. One last thing, prices (I understand OUR economy) but why am I paying $10 bucks for 4 tenders & fries but no drink & one sauce?

Too popular? This place gets jammed up in the evening. I guess everyone wants a blizzard at night before they close. The employees are good at keeping it together, but the drive thru wait time is rough. Going inside isn't much better since there's only one prep area and drive thru orders are taking up all the prep time. It's hard figuring out how to deal with the crazy/random rush times, I hope they figure it out.

Now I would give their blizzards a 5 star. This was the 1st time we've had their burgers. These are the triple Patty double cheese one with bacon and 1 without half pound Burgers. It's actually quite a deal for under $7. The berger was good but the bacon was rubbery and teastless. I thought it was a step above McDonald's or Burger King for the price. I would go back and order it again. I would just skip the bacon on it.

Drive-thru is fast and accurate. Prices are a little high but the quality is even higher. 2nd visit - 2 mos later. Decided to eat-in. Food was delivered to table by hand, no tray, fries fell all over dirty table and chili cheesedog was presented with server/delivers finger in the hotdog. We left. At Wendy's. What a difference a shift manager can make. Don't get me wrong - the girls are very nice and they always get your order correct. They just need a little little more training in delivering the food to the table!

Giving 3 stars because the Ice cream is great but the employees are SOO disorganized. They have like 10 people working at once and no one has a specific job, and if they do, they aren't doing it well. Maybe better management is needed. The line is always long and they are always busy so of course it's worth the wait for the great ice cream, but organized work will make employees and customers more satisfied.

Stopped here for lunch with some coworkers. food was moderate at best. the staff was not excited in the least to even see customers like myself. however the amount of children running around without parents could have had something to do with that. Overall ok experience. Fairly clean, however not up to corporate standards.

Ordered 3 blizzards and 6 chicken fingers. Total was just under $25.00. They apparently made the blizzards right away before the chicken. Less than 10 minutes to home, and the blizzards were mostly melted and runny like milk. Mine was disgusting. Ugh

Ok I live right up the road and I LITERALLY have dessert here every single day and I believe there’s an older man that makes there ice cream from scratch and it has the real milk flavor that is amazing BUT I’m not sure if it’s when they run out there really start serving whipped cream instead of the vanilla ice cream in my peanut buster parfait it’s not cold it’s creamy I can not stand when they do this you should never run out of your best stuff and if u run out DO NOT SERVE WHIPPED CREAM ICE CREAM

Most would agree the Fries are the highlight of fast food establishments and both times these fries were bland hot and fresh but bland. Fast food is fast food what can I say.

Only DQ ever who wouldn't double dip my dip cone because I asked for 2 flavors. Put it in a cup. Then didn't include the cone. I had to ask for the cone. I ordered: a Jr chocolate cone dipped in chocolate and cherry. It gets hard after the first dip I don't understand the issue. I wish I had taken a picture of what I got. I still tasted delicious, but was a mess!

Too many people working there when that happens you have two or three people that don't want to work they just want to be there and not work and collect a check you can always tell stand back and look and see how they act and how they ignore you and walk away to do other things they avoid work they have a few of those there

What's not to love about ice cream??? Well on this occasion the size and price spoiled my experience. I know inflation is hitting but over $7 for these sizes is absolutely ridiculous. I almost went back because was in disbelief this was the size of my blizzard! Please refer to photos. Dairy Queen is now out of my budget. The blizzard was still spectacular. Slushie not so much. Very liquidy without enough of flavoring. Service was wonderful as I gave a tip even at drive thru.

Ordered lunch for 2 1) ordered a Cheeseburger, Fries IceTea ( unsweetened) and a Hot Fudge Sundae. $5.00. I ordered a Hot Dog w mustard and Kraut an Ice Tea (sweet) and a Cheesecake Blizzard. The food was good. My only concern is they have no dessert options for someone who is Lactose intolerant, as I am so I gave mine to my companion.

Another place that struggles with consistency. Sometimes the chicken and fries are crisp, sometimes soggy. The burger I like is sometimes spicy and flavorful, and sometimes bland and barely spicy at all. I would say more often things are right than wrong, but almost every time I go they seem to be out of one thing or another, and stuff doesn't usually come out fast. The desserts are usually good, though.

Many issues with this DQ. Kids meals asked for no pickles or mustard, completely ignored. Had to return them. Kids meal didn't come with the side, had to go back and ask. Then they wouldn't honor the 50 cents coupon off the mini Blizzard. They said it's only a cone that is free, yet the coupon on the kids meal says so. Blatant false advertising.

This location is the most convenient for me to come to on my lunch breaks. The store is always clean and I do see that most of the time they’re busy. I have been placing online orders and not even clocking out until the time the app says it should be ready, and when I get there it has never been ready. I tried to order and walk over right away, thinking my location made a difference and I still waited twice as long as I was supposed to. A man ordered food for five people and blizzards and walked out before me when my online order for just a 4 piece tender took forever. There’s no point in placing an online order with a pickup time if I end up waiting twice as long as I’m supposed to. I’ll get lunch elsewhere 👍🏻

Mobile orders, they always say it's completed yet I'm never brought my food or it's never ready when I get there even if it's past the "ready" time by 10-15min. Even if you go drive through it takes 15min to make 1 Blizzard so either way you're kinda stuck. Whenever we order extra toppings we don't get any, and only about the top half of a blizzard will have mix ins. 3rdly, i feel bad for whoever is doing closing work. If you glance inside you see 4 teens standing around talking, with cars in the drive thru, and 1 kid is actually cleaning doing closing work.

Girl taking orders was very rude and took attitude with me after asking for a dairy queen staple. she was blonde and had the name tag ‘alex’. the other girl who flipped my blizzard; flipped it with the lid on?? That’s not the magic of the blizzard! Anyways, this location has regular awful service and rude employees.

Terrible service... Asked for just cheese and bacon on my burger and they gave me onions, tomato, ketchup and lettuce. Also the lady handed me my blizzard while the ice cream was dripping all over my hand and was overflowing from the cup she put it in. If you want your order CORRECT, I recommend NEVER COMING HERE.

Got 1 blizzard, 1 milk shake and 2 dipped ice cream cones. The ice cream cones were melting as the guy handed them to us. I had to sit outside with the kids cause the ice cream was not frozen it was melting every where. I do not recommend ordering ice cream on Friday night. They were super busy. Serving not ready yet ice cream. Us adults didn't get to eat our blizzard and milkshake due to trying to manage a huge mess from the kids liquid ice cream cones. I should have went to grocery store and bought a $4.99 tub of ice cream. I still have yet to eat my blizzard. It was soup. Warn a customer before ordering ice cream. I just wasted my money. This is the 3rd time I've come to this location to get a blizzard and all 3 times the vanilla ice cream is like soup and I get more of a milkshake than a blizzard. The one I got yesterday I literally had to drink as I was pulling away from the drive through window (purposely didn't do mobile pre order and ordered at the window to see if it was melted because it sat there before I arrived) not the case. For almost $5 and for how tiny tiny of the product you get in the mini it's just not worth it.

I haven't had Dairy Queen in many many years. I went there because my electricity was off after hurricane Ian. I expected the burgers to be like they were in the past. Freshly made flame broiled. The burgers were fried or microwaved with grill marks on one side. The were so bad, I couldn't even eat half of it. Poor quality and very sad. I won't go again.

Ordered some on the app for curbside pickup. I waited in the assigned parking spot for 10 mins past my pickup time and went inside to investigate. I was told by the cashier that they don’t bring out your food and they expect you to come inside and pick it up from them. Not to mention they had to throw away my ice cream since it melted since they didn’t want to bring it outside. Management doesn’t care but throwing away food can’t be good for your food costs. We’ll never come back to DQ as the only thing that’s decent is their ice cream and it ain’t that great.

I did a mobile pick up through the app and I’m just so unbelievably disappointed in how slow this store is, I placed it and then waited about 10 minutes and then walked over from my work to get my order and all the employees just stared at me and ignored me, one girl even stopped and counted dipping sauce cups while side eyeing me and ignoring me and after about 3 minutes of being the only one in line and everyone staring at me like I’m weird a girl finally comes over and I tell her I have a pick up order which by now I had placed 15 minutes ago and she rounds a corner and asks for my order and it wasn’t ready and I had to wait another like 5-7 minutes for my food and I just find this ridiculous considering I placed it ahead on the app and came over when it said it would be ready, and for the staff to ignore me like I’m not standing at the counter was crazy, and then all that for the food to be mediocre and soggy. Very disappointing.

Absolutely aggravated and upset that not only did I place an online order, that was supposed to ready 9:02pm and when I arrived at set time to pick up my order. Wasn't even acknowledged by any of the staff to see if they anyone in the restaurant who had been waiting on an order. As I waited patiently for 10 minutes to speak to the cashier. When I told him I was there to pick up my online order he didn't even know if mine was ready to my surprise my order was not even started. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get my food. While employees are playing with scrapes of food, touching other employees with the food and then laying on the counter and having a joyful social hour. Terrible experience won't come back. Management needs to do an evaluation!

Well, apparently dairy queens in florida suck in general. 66th street has the worst service. So, we try park in seminole, this one didn't give us our extra reeces, and there was ZERO REECES in the bottom Third of a large. I surely paid for EXTRA on 2 of them though. What a waste of 23 dollars and a 35 minute ride from south st pete.
