We were looking for something different, and we found it! The location, starting from the outside, is truly evocative, and once inside, you immediately notice the great design work done to create a colorful and pleasant atmosphere, from the furnishings to the customized floors and booths. The place is extremely clean, with no kitchen odors, despite the preparation and cooking area being completely visible. On the table, we find a sign informing us that it has just been disinfected. The staff is attentive and helpful, and our order is taken within minutes. The varied menu allows you to try various typical specialties such as tortillas, fajitas, burritos, tacos, nachos, bowls, and chili. A good selection of beers, cocktails, and unlimited soft drinks are served by the staff. The signature churros, waffles, and cheesecake are also not to be missed. If you have children, there is also a special children's menu. Burritos: 9 Tacos: 9 Nachos: 7 (I would have liked a little more seasoning) Chili: 9 We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the dishes. A tip? Consider ordering a small portion of a nice spicy salsa separately to dip some of your favorites and add an extra kick of flavor!

We've been loyal customers of Calavera for years, and about a month ago, we decided to try other locations in the chain, starting with the one in Seregno. The atmosphere here doesn't disappoint either: the Mexican style, with its bright colors and distinctive decorations, creates a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere, without ever being overbearing. A perfect place for an evening with friends or family. The food, as always, is top-notch. We didn't try everything, but what we did try—including the desserts—was tasty, well-crafted, and carefully prepared. A couple of constructive suggestions for the wait staff: – It would be preferable to avoid making comments or complaints about other customers while other people are sitting at the tables. Certain conversations are best reserved for more private moments. – We also recommend waiting a few extra moments before picking up your food: asking while you're still chewing can feel a bit rushed and annoying. That said, even though these incidents significantly and negatively impacted our rating of the service, the staff in the dining room were still kind, helpful, and professional. And let's not forget the R World app, a fantastic idea with a points system that also allows you to enjoy real benefits, including paying your bill.

TO IMPROVE. The food itself was good and satisfying (the fajitas were excellent), but the service and timing made it less enjoyable. If a place is large and with all the tables occupied (Saturday night) I think it is impossible for 3 waitresses to manage the service decently. The result was: - Tables next to each other not cleared for the whole dinner; - Order after 40 minutes; - Appetizer and main course served at the same time (with a wait between one person's order and the next). Another negative note was the fact that at 11:00 pm they dimmed the lights in the place to make us get up and leave the place (the second shift starts at 9:00 pm). The food was good, although the portions were rather small for the price. The problem was the poor service. We waited over an hour even though the place was practically empty. When we disappointedly contacted the waitress, we discovered that the kitchen hadn't even started preparing our dishes, prioritizing takeout orders. Overall, the experience was not a good one.

Unbelievable! I had to give it one star, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to post this review. There's nothing Mexican about it, terrible food, and a rather unwelcoming place! The only positive note is the very friendly waiters. The highlight of the evening was the manager chasing us into the parking lot to accuse us of not paying, when, in fact, we had given the waitress our money, asking if that was okay or if we should go to the cashier. The manager didn't even apologize. We spent a lot for what we ate. Highly not recommended.

An hour ago, I ordered a cheeseburger burrito delivered via Glovo. The meat smelled like it was in the freezer, so I threw it away after taking the first bite. €14 wasted. Only the fries were edible, even if they were too salty. I'll never order again.

I respect the workers, they have been kind and they did their job very well. The problem is whoever is running the place: Terrible quality regarding the food, worst meal I had in Italy. They do serve only corona beer, only small. Basically a tourist trap. Stay away

The staff were very friendly, good atmosphere but the food was horrible. It’s pretty obvious that none of the meat is cooked on site, it’s all prepackaged and reheated. It’s probably the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The nachos were good though.
