Café Centrale quickly became one of our favorite spots in Sestri Levante. We stopped by a few times in the afternoon for drinks and loved the laid-back yet lively atmosphere. The cocktails were well-crafted and refreshing — perfect for a leisurely afternoon break. We also tried the coffee, which was smooth and consistently great. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t be better — ideal for people-watching or just soaking up the local vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, central spot to enjoy a drink or coffee in Sestri Levante.
During our vacation, we enjoyed a good breakfast with delicious coffee. Omar and his wife are very friendly and always available and attentive to everything. Their staff provides excellent service and is always very friendly and smiling, especially Bea, a great girl who does everything to please you. Our breakfast and coffee were always delicious and served by friendly, smiling staff, all very nice. This coffee bar is located in a strategic location where you can enjoy a delicious, well-served coffee while shopping or going to the beach. I highly recommend it 👍🏼

An elegant, historic café in the center of Sestri Levante, where I had breakfast. Friendly service. The cappuccino was expertly made. Excellent breakfast. A pleasant experience. I had a great time.

Tasty fresh pastry self service while staff make your ordered tasty coffee. Seating or standing, at the extended bar or tables and chairs inside and out.

I don't recommend. Terrible service and poor quality for the price. Even though I'm not a regular, I've been to this bar before, and honestly, I've had a good time. Yesterday, I decided to stop in with my daughters. There are many empty tables, so I ask to be seated, and we sit outside. It's raining and cold, and the outside isn't completely closed. The heating, in my opinion, is inadequate. I felt cold. Several minutes pass—ten, for sure. Four women arrive, sit down, and after a few minutes, they're served. I'm about to leave when the waiter arrives. I order. I go in and talk to him aside to complain about the wait, and he excuses himself by saying there were only two waiters (I counted at least four). I complain that a table that arrived later was served first. He responds, "Well, because they know them and we make them faster." Three cappuccinos, absolutely nothing special, for €9. I would have expected something better. I won't be back. Photo of receipt posted on Trip Advisor.
Not worth a stop.
One star is already too much, I had 1 macchiato and 1 cappuccino, it seemed like I was drinking dirty water, there was no foam, the bathroom was dirty, the waiters were annoyed, you will never go back there again and I have been to many bars, about a couple a day, but I have never found anything like this.
