En nuestra escapada a Sevilla comimos dos veces allí...super bien.Ambos días ensaladas muy ricas,la ensalada petra y otra de quinoa,el arroz con pato y la pasta. La tarta de queso también estaba muy buena. Y nos atiendendieron de lujo.El lugar es agradable. Recomendable.

We came here one night for dinner and sat at an outside table. We got roasted veggies/goat cheese, the pesto pasta, and Moroccan chicken. We liked the roasted veggie plate the most and Moroccan chicken the least (kind of bland and salty). They had a good variety of tapas and plates on their menu and I would definitely go again!

La Escalona is a relaxed, neighborhood-style tapas spot in Seville that delivers thoughtful flavors without any pretension. The Crystal Prawn is a standout. Perfectly cooked, light, and clean, it highlights the quality of the ingredient rather than masking it. The Moroccan chicken skewers are aromatic and well spiced, with a gentle warmth from vegetable Spanish rice that feels balanced rather than heavy. The potato chicken salad is deceptively simple and very well executed, with a great texture and seasoning that ties everything together. An easy place to enjoy well-made tapas and linger over a few plates without rushing.

Food was tasty and service was friendly. We split a few plates, and highly recommend the tuna tataki. The salmorejo was also delicious, although I wish they had a smaller portion because it’s a lot for one person and is an awkward dish to share. The patatas bravas were phenomenal, and the grilled vegetables with goat cheese were very flavorful. We sat inside because it was cold, but the seating on the plaza looked very picturesque for better weather. Overall, I’d recommend La Escaloná for a meal in Sevilla!

Both times we've been there for dinner the food was absolutely delicious, the servers incredibly polite and helpful. The 4 stars I have for the atmosphere are due to the fact that it can get very warm inside if the place is busy. But other than that, we've had a fantastic time.

4.5 stars. Food was fairly tasty but very slightly on the salty end for some dishes and sangria could do with a bit more “wine taste” (it tasted more like juice). Would recommend you order the tapas with bread (which we did not do, a mistake on our own part). We dined in the outdoor area around evening time. No wait, we were seated immediately. Great ambiance, shady, and food was served quickly. Our table was a bit wobbly and our server was kind to find some papers to help balance it out as best as he can. Overall, would recommend if you’re looking for a decent tapas spot around the area!

Loved the tapas!! What refreshing, tasty, and vibrant plates full of sizzling flavors. Highlights for me were the Red Tuna Tataki with Wakame Seaweed, the Rigatoni with Pesto, Walnut Crumble, Goat’s Cheese and Dried Tomatoes, the homemade croquettes, and of course the traditional Spanish favorites. The only dish I would personally skip next time was the Spanish cold salad with baked potatoes, mayonnaise, and prawns, too bland, but that’s just a matter of taste. Overall, the food was absolutely fantastic, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavour. Service was amazingly fast and efficient. I’d recommend this spot in a heartbeat!

Beautiful spot for lunch in Seville in a quiet plaza. The waiter was super friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations for food and wine. We had the gazpacho, tomato salad, and the squid balls (local delicacy and they're so good you have to try them) which were all fantastic. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a lovely dinner here, the staff were very accommodating for a large group without a booking. We ordered a range of tapas, some steaks, a special, salmon, and prawns and everything was delicious. The portions were perfect and the meat and fish cooked to perfection. The drinks were superb, especially the strawberry mojito and revojitos which were the best we have had! The service was fast and the staff lovely. 100% recommend!

We had a great time at La Escalona. Everything the table ordered was delicious and the staff were wonderful, especially Oussama who was exceptionally helpful with my food allergies while ordering.

The food was great and the service from Oussama was great. The food was reasonably priced and the sangria was amazing. 100% recommend.

Buenas cantidades y precio comedido. Probamos el humus, que estaba muy bien, degustación de aceite, salmorejo, queso, ensalada Petra y lomo bajo. La carne quizá lo más normal, pero bien. En general quedamos muy contentos, aunque algunos platos destacaban más que otro. Ambiente tranquilo. Me encanta que utilicen aceite de oliva para todo.

Sólo reservan mesa, en horario de cenas al menos, de 19 a 20h, y a partir de ahí, por orden de llegada. Local pequeño, coqueto y muy bien decorado. Personal amable y cordial, pero algo frío en mi opinión. Comimos 5 tapas para 3, y dos postres por 46€. Calidad precio muy buena, salimos a gusto sin estar a rebosar. Tapas ricas, no de tanta elaboración igual como en otros sitios de la ciudad, pero muy ricas. Nos gustó mucho la tosta de sardina y el arroz. No comimos carne, pero por lo que se veía en el resto de mesas, tenía mucho existo. De postre la tarta de chocolate muy rica, templada, con un sorbete/helado de mango con trozos de la fruta, delicioso! Digestivo y sin empachar. El sorbete de mango con vodka buenísimo!! Muy buenos los postres. En ml opinión muy buen local para unas tapas, informal, donde te encuentras muy a gusto, aunque le falta un poco para ser sublime.

Al llegar el local estaba completamente vacio, nos atendieron muy rápido y bien la verdad, la chica muy muy atenta. Pedimos una tapa de tortilla que estaba algo seca la patata y es por lo que no le doy las 5 estrellas porque presumen de ser la mejor del mundo, encima eran 5€ la porción de tortilla, pedimos tambien unos bocaditos de queso camembert que estaban bastante ricos con un pisto en la base y pan crujiente.

Good food. I am a big fan of the garlic shrimp. The squid meatball reminds me a dish of my hometown, and I like it. Octopus and tuna tataki is well executed, though nothing particularly stands out for me. Through out our experience, the service isn’t too great. The waiter didn’t greet us at all when seeing us, he just stared at us and only replied hola when we said hola first. He barely talked to or checked in on us, even though he can speak English.

I went looking for a place that sells angulas. The angulas themselves were just okay, nothing special, but the other dishes were actually much better than I expected. Overall, the experience was above average, even though the angulas weren’t the highlight. The gambas, oxtail, and the pork with shishito peppers were all delicious.

Lovely flavourful food. After a few days of Iberian pork cheeks and croquettas in various nearby establishments, a tomato, burrata and pesto salad followed by salmon and ratatouille really hit the spot. Generous portions.

We ordered rigatoni with pesto, nuts, dried tomatoes, and goat cheese; potatoes with bravas sauce (big portion); and prawns with garlic and kimchi sauce. Additionally, we had sangria and white wine. In total, we paid €46. The food was good, except for the rigatoni, which was extremely salty. Potatoes could’ve been warm. The service was nice and quick. A significant downside was the lack of available toilets. They suggested using the toilet at another restaurant, which was not well-equipped (but at least it was usable).

Restaurante de reciente apertura en pleno centro de Sevilla. El local cuenta con una decoración muy cuidada y a pesar de no ser muy grande está muy bien aprovechado el espacio. La comida está bien, pero no es acorde el precio ni de los platos ni mucho menos de la bebida (un café 2€). La Tortilla está buena y la ración es generosa. El servicio es amable, pero muy lento.

Local de reciente apertura en el que ante una cuidada decoración no consigue ofrecer una cocina y servicio a la altura de la expectativa creada quizás fruto de la falta de rodaje. Amplia carta de vinos con precios subidos 4/5€ por encima de la media de cualquier carta. mención Especial a su Tortilla, puede merecer la pena desplazarse a probarla pero tener en cuenta que es de generosas dinensiones. Espero mejoren aspectos para adecuar el producto.

We had a waiter who seemed to be new or disorganized. We ordered two Aperol spritz and a bottle of water while we used the QR code to get the menu. He brought out the water and one spritz. It took 20 minutes and some reminders for the 2nd one to come. We shared a tomato mozzarella salad that was very good but the rest of the food was slow. We had the Moroccan chicken skewers with couscous that was pretty good and the pork tenderloin with fries. It had been overcooked and about half of it was inedible.

Desafortunadamente, fue una decepción. Queríamos probar este restaurante por su carta, sus buenas reseñas y buen ambiente. Despues de esta experiencia no entendemos la puntuación que tiene, ya que hay muchos sitios que ofrecen una experiencia mucho mejor. 1. Cuando llegamos había una lista de espera a cual nos apuntamos y esperamos nuestro turno para la mesa. Mientras estábamos en la cola llegó un grupo de 3 personas (que NO estaban en la lista) que se puso delante nuestro y la persona encargada las sentó a ellas primero sin pedirnos permiso ni disculpas, a los 10 minutos sucedió lo mismo pero con un grupo de 4 personas. Mi pareja le comentó a la encargada que ya no dejara pasar más gente y nos sentara en la próxima mesa libre. A lo que la encargada respondió que esas personas iban antes que nosotros y los sentaban según la lista y eso no es cierto! 2. La atención una vez dentro por parte de las camareras fue muy lenta. 3. El plato de degustación de aceite viene sin pan, hay que pedirlo y pagarlo a parte. Es como tener patatas bravas y que te sirvan solo las salsas. Uno no come el aceite solo con el dedo... 4. También sirvieron los platos de carnes antes a 3 mesas que habían llegado y pedido después de nosotros, fuimos los últimos en ser servidos. 5. Para terminar, una camarera que traía chupitos a una mesa de al lado se le derramó uno encima de la chaqueta de mi pareja, así que volvimos con la chaqueta pegajosa y sucia.
