Great friendly staff. Freshly made food. Tons of choices, including smaller sandwiches, tons of specialty drinks, loads of dessert options... I am always greeted with a smile. They do need a new drive thru as theirs doesn't always work. So if you pull into the drive thru and are not greeted promptly, just pull into a stall and they will be right with you.
Honestly they had the friendliest service of any fastfood place I've been to in awhile (not a requirement for me but it's a bonus), the hottest pretzel I've ever had 😍 (all of my food was hot), and everything was just as tasty as I remember it being when I came here in highschool (*cough* years ago)! If you're coming from the city and you thought sonic was nasty now but used to be good, I'd say give this one a shot!
This is very good place to eat. Quick service even when they are short on help. The waiters are friendly and always helpful when ordering. They make sure what you order is to your liking. I've ordered from there many times and I do not have one complaint. The price is perfect for the amount of food. The food is tasty and appearance is appealing to the eye. Just an overall good place to eat.
Used the drive-thru, and the server was very sweet and appreciative of the small tip that I gave her, as if she couldn't believe that she got a tip! She was so honest that she tried to give it back. After I told her that it was for her, she smiled so big and thanked me several times!
I ordered online via the sonic app, got a footlong glizzy and a red bull slushy. Went thru the drive thru, it was kind of slow and the speaker for ordering food was not very loud, but they had my pickup ready. I haven't had a footlong chili cheese glizzy ever since dairy queen stopped selling them. It was excellent. The red bull slushee was so-so but I did not have any expectations for it. 9/10, definitely going to come again.
This location is always fast. No matter what time of day and their food is good to great quality all the time. Their new drive up screens are so easy to pay with and they now offer an app with mobile pay. Great job!

We parked our car and walked to the tables to order and eat our food. Our server was a very knowledgeable employee. She was very friendly and our trip was nice. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the tables where kind of sticky not really cleaned well. Making the flies find us with fairly effortless ease.
I was truly amazed by the service today. I had a large order (eleven drinks) and they got them out quickly and correctly. Not only that but they marked each cup making passing them out a breeze. The staff member I dealt with were super sweet and were not even irritated by the large order.
I always enjoy stopping in for lunch of a cheeseburger, tots and a large cherry limeade. Service was fast and accurate. Unfortunately, prices have more than doubled in the time that I have been supporting this business.
Drive through service was quick. Everyone was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our order. I had a chocolate diet coke that was very good.
Food was great!! They were really busy so it did take a little time to get our order but was worth the extra time. Andre was very nice, polite and always had a smile.
Service was pretty slow, I am guessing short handed. Outside of building is dirty and rundown. Sidwalk is Black from whatever is being tracked outside from inside... grease track spots and drippings on outside of building..... Sitting in drive thru for so Long, thats all you get to look at. Yet, the ultimate breakfast burrito still remains the Best breakfast burrito of any fast food restaurant, hands down....

Our order was correct on the screen, and they repeated it back to us correctly, but when it arrived it was wrong. Kinda frustrating, but also understandable at the time, as they had a ball team there celebrating. They did fix a new meal and brought it out quickly. Staff was great about the mix up, and all had a great attitude.
The lady who took our order was very friendly. After a short wait the screen said our order was on its way, 4-5 minutes later we received our order. It was made 100% correctly but everything was slightly cold. It all still tasted pretty good so we ate it, but would have preferred everything be a but warmer.
Had not been brave enough to try the food in awhile. The double cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve had. Above and beyond a typical fast food burger. Fries were just ok. Service was fast and very friendly!
I luv their tator tots and sweet tea, and peach tea. It has an atmosphere of 1950s and 1960s which i like. Last week when i stopped by ,their drive through had 8 cars in line and most of their parking places were taken and i was in a hurry , so had to go but i shall be back this weekend !
These guys right here have really stepped up their game. Fast friendly service. Food was cooked properly and served hot. I was impressed that I didn't have to wait very long to get my order and be on my way. Oh I don't want to forget about the new promo items I learned about thanks to suggestive selling while taking my order. Good call,on that smasher btw... Great to see the facelift and new style of the building. I liked how well kept it looked also. Great landscape! Keep up the great work!
Good place to watch cars go by on 50. Service is usually good with the carhops. Drive thru is iffy depending who you get.
the foods usually pretty good. but last time I went here I waited 30 minutes after I pushed the button to order, just to have to move to a different stall, and finally got someone to answer. Time to step up your game a little bit, Sonic.
Very good slushies, mozz sticks, and chicken bites. The more drinks you get they get a little confused on what goes in them. I ordered a watermelon slush paid to Add and extra strawberries and they put it in the other drink🤔

Stopped by at lunch time today. They were out of mozzarella sticks and diet Coke AND Coke Zero!! How does this happen?!?! I love the fountain drinks, so I left very disappointed.
Good food, but lately (Fall of 2017) they've been getting orders messed up. Fairly good service other than that. Some of their screens screw up and the car hop has to take your order in person. Don't dwell on the negatives though, I still recommend visiting.
We ordered corn dogs for a quick lunch. They wasn't cooked all the way through and the batter was oozing out near the center. I will say they made it right by making us 4 more but those weren't cooked completely either. I didn't tell them, we just went on. Other than that everything else was good. Drive up was clean, server was prompt and friendly as was the manager.
The outside order boxes were no help. None ever answered me. I waited 10 minutes. I watched aebooks walked around, snores cigarettes and talked to people. They were not doing any work. They walked right by and ignored me. So i finally just went they the drive thru. However the drive thru was extremely polite and professional kind and friendly. I do not remember her name. The food was hot fresh and good.
Burritos had extremely scant meat, no tomatoes, and were not built well. Didn't receive our salsa. Limeades were somewhat bitter. Food was hot and wait was reasonable.
Food order was wrong 2 times and never got correct order, though it was a simple order.And the pretzels were burned as well. 😔 I like Sonics,but services have been bad. Not to mention they charge so much for tap water.
Not happy with my vist to the seymour location. Ordered food from them last night got home and the tots was sitting in grease as well as our chicken tenders. And ore chicken sandwhich was hard as if old or over cooked. I call today and get it fixed. Go get the food and the GM of the store was rude. My bun was also burnt on my sandwhich. Alot of mayo two tomatoes that noone would eat and very little lettece. I took a picture but cant post it. I am very dissatisfied!! Tots are old still.
I had my first and worst experience here :( I ordered a mini banana split, waited like 30 mins for it and then they didn't even give me a fresh one, it was totally melted. I was really disappointed to say the least. Thankfully I love their cherry limeades but it was sad to have such a memorable and poor first experience here.
The food was food, not good, but food. Got our food quick, because everything was likely prepared and had been sitting a while. Tots were soggy. Burger patties were dry and burned. Fries were tough and greasy. "Jumbo" popcorn chicken was overcooked or stale. Bbq smothered on it didn't help the flavor. All around extremely disappointing. Usually, food and service are on point. Just picked a bad day i guess.
Our wait just to speak to the intercom took 15 minutes. Once we ordered the large natural 44 ounce lemonade and a soft pretzel it took another 10 min. To get it. The So-called Natural lemonade didn't have the slightest taste of lemonade. I pushed the button to communicate that to the intercom and after 5 min. I realized I might be in for a long wait. I exited my car and flagged down a girl and explained the unpleasant taste. I decided to get a lemonberry slush. Took a other 10 min. Something really went wrong that day. Don't get the Natural lemonade unless you want to barf. Sorry, but this is the only way to get the owner to realize his reputation and restaurant are headed for hell.
The food was okay, but not great. Service was VERY slow. Our order was correct on our ticket, but incorrect when brought to the car. It took forever to get it corrected, and by then the rest of my food was cold. I really love Sonic. I think their burgers are great, but this one was very bland. I will go back to Sonic again, but it won't be this one.
EVERY time we have been there within the past 2 months, (4 different times, usually at supertime or later), I am constantly disappointed that they never seem to have ice cream working or available. As a result we no longer dine here. We go to a competitor for our drive in cravings, a smaller, but family run business. I thought McDonald's was bad about not having ice cream products, sonic at this location proved to be even worse.
Last couple times I've eaten here, the food wasn't hot. This time, the food was good and hot. Well, besides the tots and fries weren't very fresh, but the burgers is what really matters to us. Sonic really has a great burger when it fresh and hot. We love this burger lol We'll come back more often 😁
Waited 10 minutes for order to be taken in car hop spot. Gave up & went to drive thru. Still waited several minutes for order to be taken. Hair was melted into my cheese on top of chili cheese fries. No Sonic blasts, cones, or soft drinks. They offered to turn blast into shake, so we agreed, but they over charged & gave us the wrong size. Also tried to turn my vanilla cone into a shake after I told them no. Had to have it taken off at the window. Cheeseburger was ordered with cheese & ketchup only, yet it was covered in pickles & mustard (flavors you can't just wipe off). Asked for light ice for ice tea.. my cup was completely filled with ice so my tea barely had any flavor within minutes. Service & quality has went drastically down hill. I highly doubt I will return. This used to be a favorite stop in town. Very unfortunate.
I was honestly super disappointed tonight! My friend and I went to get some ice cream after dinner, I drove up to a cubby and pressed the button and waited probably 10 minutes for anyone to answer or even get some acknowledgement. Then, I paid for the ice cream and waited probably 10 or 15 more minutes for it to come out, and during the whole thing, 7 or 8 cars went through the drive thru and had left already! Over all, I pulled in a little after 7:10 and didn't pull out until 7:40 and didn't even get an entire blast, my was about 4/5 full and we didnt get any spoons. The girl on the speaker was nice and that's why I left 2 stars instead of one.
Here lately service has lacked and orders have taken ages to be prepared due to lack of staff. The past few times I have went here my orders have been messed up and took 30+ minutes to be brought to me, even after ordering ahead 20 minutes on the app. Reviews are subject to change once they get more/better staff but for now don't expect much.
Plan on being here a while. We were here 40-45 minutes before getting our food. After parking we pushed the red button multiple times. After about 5-10 minutes the button resets. After we finally got to order it took another 15 to 20 minutes for them to bring out our food. The drive through was empty. So we have nothing to actually blame the slow service on. The prices are also pretty high considering what you actually get. The medium sizes are comparable to a kids meal from anywhere else. This place was not worth the effort anymore. This family of 6 will not be returning.
About the only way to get any service is to go through drive through!! We used to go there alot for shakes!! But they have gotten so expensive and are always half melted by the time they get out with them. Like I said the only way to get any decent service is through drive through!!
Had to tell them to correct our order 3 times. Still didn't get it right. They were not busy at all. 2 customer cars. One being us.
The service was poor, even though they had plenty of workers. Only ordered two milkshakes, ( directly off the board, no frills) and waited 56 min. And to top off our " first".&. LAST! Time at Sonic, not even an apology.
Pulled into car hop at 9:55 thinking they closed at 12 like advertised finally at 10:06 a girl came on said sorry due to no staff closing early at 10. I said ma’am we were here before 10. She said sorry and stopped talking. Very wrong and poor customer service. Just wanted 2 chili dogs. Hope to hear from corporate
Over priced lid wasn't on drink the texas toast wasnt texas or toast at all the chicken tenders were dry and not tender over all the worst place I've eaten in a long time. Come to think of it the last few times I've been there I've had to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes just for a slushie that was melted by the time it got to me. It's asking for me to give it a star rating and I wouldn't even give it a one star but it's making me.
I’ve been sitting here for over 15 minutes and still haven’t gotten my food. I would completely understand if they where super busy but I am literally 1 out of 3 cars here plus only 2 that came through the drive thru.
Very slow. Ordered a head on the app but still had to wait 35 minutes for my food. To beat all, my order was wrong. They even tried to give me my shake that was sitting around for that whole time. I would have left if I hadn't have prepaid via the app.
All we ordered was 4 milk shakes. 3 of them were oreo. It took more than 20 minutes to get 4 milkshakes. If it wasn't for me already paying after 5 minutes of being there I would have left.
Their wait time is always ridiculous, but today I was sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me before they even took my order. UPDATE after 32 minutes 14 of which I was sitting at the speaker waiting for them to take my order! They finally took my order now just waiting for my 2 Drinks!
Over priced, hospitals serve better food, then this place. Also the kids don't bring their coins with them , they say o I have to go get your change , knowing that after someone waits that long, they will just tell them to keep the change. The only thing that's worth buying there is a cherry coke, they add the cherry flavoring .
This was the worst experience that I've ever had at a Sonic. My tots were steaming lump of mush. Their speaker doesn't work and I had to literally yell at it 4 the young lady to hear me. And then when you get up to the window they're pretty shabby looking group dirty hillbilly trashy people. What makes me sad is that I love Sonic but if this is what it's coming to there's no way I can go on eating there and my guess is that they will be out of business before too long.
I called to let them know they mess up on an order and I was informed that they took there battery out their store phone so they can't get calls I fine it not right if you was trying to have a good store like Norma had it the old gm then this ain't right you all don't care for the people that pay you for the food that helps pay y'all pay checks I'm gonna end up tell everyone that I know do not come there and go to the one in Scottsburg or another town just cause they do care for their customers
They won't answer the phone. You can't use the app, or order online. It takes forever when you go there to get your food. It's almost as if they can't wait for unemployment.
I spend 35 dollars and get it home after waiting on a sandwich 15 mins after u sent out my food. I get it home or my wife did and our penutbutter cup ice cream is only vanilla the double bacon burger had no bacon. Onion rings went even cooked they were mush. And we were still missing a sandwich I'm mean why sonic u got sum sums or just don't care at all i want my money back I called up there 5 times an they won't even answer the phone an ur call center is a joke ur a joke
To be honest, the service is not that great. Every time I go there they get my order wrong, I have to repeat myself at the window and they are usually angry about it. I really think their speaker is broken. They are understaffed and the service is suffering for it. At one point I waited for 40 minutes in the drive through and they haven't even taken my order yet.
Two times and it was shame on me. No straws after we ordered only drinks. Burger was thrown together in the vacuum of their kitchen most likely, a horrendously minute amount of effort in all areas. Mozzarella sticks without marinara.
I used to visit every morning until the wait time became ridiculous long. Decided to return this week. Waited at speaker one night this week with no response for 5 minutes before driving off. Returned this morning at 7:00am I'm the only person in the line again no response. Drove by inside restaurant 2 people in there one on the phone other with back turn towards drive thru line. You lost very good customer again and I won't try anymore.
Food took forever to get and then they said they were out of onion rings and they could substitute for fries or tots. So they substituted for a small tot which is cheaper than the onion rings but didn’t correct the price and my limeade was melted by the time I got it. I also did not receive marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks.
Honestly they were super sweet and loved the energy. It’s just the food felt like they microwaved the fries and the chicken tenders. A little cold but for $10 I kinda expected more.
This is mainly for the app not for the specific restaurant I'm appalled that I have to turn down three sales ads to get out of my app every time I order food for this place now
Cheap and long lines. I stopped coming after the second time I had the same issues. You order a regular medium fry, you end up with fries that should go in a extra small fries container. Make sure you tell them no ice because it's better than them filling the cup up to the brim with ice (unless you like that). I'm talking about (no exaggeration) 85% ice and %15 soda. I waited to get my food for the second time around and what ended up happening was that I was the first car up front but all seven cars behind me got their food while I was still there waiting. I do not know what was the hold up because my fries were cold, soda was watered down, and my pathetic burger was cold. I think they switched management as a year or two ago as it was not like this. But you get what you pay for, I'm only asking the management (Or owner) to not stiff the customer and work on quality control because you can definitely tell where it is lacking.
This place should be closed down. It's a joke. They ask you what you want, you tell them, and the proceed to tell you we are not serving that at this time. Then when you pay with cash they don't have change so just keep it for themselves. Terrible, terrible,Terrible. Just close already and put something in its place that actually has what's on the menu.
Terrible service for mobile orders. Was told order would be ready at 7:25, buzzed in at that time, many cars went through the drive thru, finally got order at 7:45. It’s terrible to expect an order at a certain time, but have to wait 20 minutes to get the order.
Normally I love Sonic but my family and I possibly the worst food we've ever had here. The bun for our coneys were stale the hot dogs were overcooked and the tater tots were undercooked. I've never not eaten my entire meal until today and we threw over half of our order in the garbage
Terrible. Woman taking orders didn’t understand a single thing I was asking or ordering. The girl delivering food to cars wouldn’t bring condiments after asking 4 times. It took a half hour to get a milkshake & they didn’t bring my debit card back until asking multiple times for it. Won’t be back
Gave it a try for the 3rd time after receiving incorrect orders and basically crumbs for chicken. I knew to time this "experience" based on the last 2 long waits. They clocked in at 22 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me and a few in the stalls. The woman was so rude over the speaker. She literally cut me off while ordering and I had to wait a few minutes to get someone's attention and complete my order. She huffed and puffed in frustrarion as she finished it. The 4 cars behind me all bailed out. When I got to the window of course they didn't get all of my items and were confused. After a while the took my card and shoved my food out. I had to again get someone's attention because they didn't give me my drinks. Somehow my kid's hot dogs were cold and my BLT was the most pitiful thing I've ever seen. The other items were so so. Complete waste of time and $34.
2020: Definitely the best fast food in Seymour! EDIT 2023: Sadly no longer a place I recommend as it has really gone down hill; what a shame...now I have to drive all the way to Columbus if I want some decent Sonic. I've given this particular location multiple tries over the past few years & it has disappointed horribly. Dropping from a 5 star review to a 1.
Slow service, had order half right. Girl taking order wanted to argue about what we could have on our burgers. Had to ask for mgr who took our order correctly. Just still didn't get it right. First time to stop there. Last time we will stop there.
FOOD WAS HORRID. I ordered a chicken strip box (5 piece) and a order of mozzarella sticks (very hard and rubbery--like they'd been sitting out all day).... Chicken was still pink. NEVER AGAIN will I eat anything from this location! Ya'll suck!
Although sucks the food doesn't taste good the service wucks had to turn around and go back because half our order was given to us and it's just about everytime we go we have issues with this place
Took 20 minutes to be served a raw Smashburger. Then took another 20 minutes to get a refund for the raw Smashburge that I was then informed they could not refund me.
Some of the slowest service I've EVER received from a drive thru. Decided to skip lunch and make my meeting instead of waiting on my food for 25 minutes. 3 other cars arrived at the drive-thru, left, and I was still waiting. If you want hot, fresh food, come here. If you want to make your time, skip it. This establishment sucks.
First couple times we went service and food were decent. In the past few months we have tried to go sever times at various points in the day. (Lunch, dinner, mid afternoon) First it was a busted order screen.( cant use CC... still not fixed) Now it has become a game of "How long de we wait before we leave to find a place that will at least take our order?" The answer last time was almost 30 minutes.. Ive had shorter wait times at the BMV... At this point the odds of my family ever going back are slim.
Returning after two years of refusing to come here and guess what? It’s not better. I asked for a four piece mozzarella, and a four piece jalapeño popper, I got a six piece of each, and he even repeated it back to me right. Whatever you say, they make it bigger. Then I got to the window and clarified I did indeed get the wrong one after getting my receipt, but I didn’t have time to get it fixed as I had to get to work. I asked if I could at least have ranch instead of marinara like I asked and there’s more marinara in here than ranch. Like why, they weren’t even busy. If you want someone that listens to what you order, choose any other fast food place. This is the third time in a row going here my order has been wrong
The past few times I've been here the slushies tasted horrible, and no lime at that and burger was nasty and messy. I've been to the one in Columbus and its 10x better including the service and the food and slushies. Have to wait 20 to 30 minutes and everything tastes bad. Over it.
This place was the worst after paying for my food I had to wait 20 min on top of that none of the workers were wearing gloves. The lady at the window had food all over her mouth and while we waited she continued to eat and while making some drink with bananas in it she ate some of the banana while she made the drinks and keep pulling at her pants while she was touching more bananas after she piled them with her hands and she had really long hair that was flopping all over I really think it should have been in a hair net.the food was not that great either wish I had just asked for my money back will never be back and will not recommend at all!!!
I ordered A ch. burger combo. Only ket, meat cooked 2 the order, salt less fries. Got everything on cold meat, salted, cold fries & the Dr. Pepper did not taste like Dr. Pepper. The outside was nasty. I got a refund & left, not 2 go back, assured!!

I spend money here and regret it every time. I ordered a strawberry shake.Nothing special. I got a large cup with strawberry and ice cream. No straw or spoon 😂🤦♀️ I got popcorn chicken no sauce. Do no waste your money here
We ordered 2 bacon double cheese burgers & 2 corn dogs.. it took over an hour to receive food & the burgers were old. We did have 1 young man who went above & beyond to correct our order.. also all of our tots were cold & they gave is a very cold onion r ing that we didn't order. It was just a mess. A special thank you to the young man who was super busy making shakes, then came to our rescue. I appreciate you!!
Used to go here all the time but recently it's gotten really bad. Happy Hour is from 2:00-4:00pm. Got there 15 min before 4:00pm and they waited exactly 15 min to take our order. So obviously we couldn't get drinks half off. Wow, really Sonic. They weren't even busy. Normally a great, non-complaint customer but that was just ridiculous.
no matter how many time i go my order is always wrong. asked for no lettuce and no pickles on a chicken sandwich, the window lady repeated what i ordered correctly and i STILL had both on my sandwhich. its less work for yall to not put it on there. cmon. the mozzarella sticks are almost always cold and hard.
They use to be amazing but NO MORE. Went to drive through at 7 p.m. they told us to wait. After a half hour of sitting there and multiple cars coming up behind us and leaving, we finally left to eat elsewhere. A week later I tried again at 9 p.m. and they were cleaning inside and IGNORED US and 2 others! Decided Freddy's was way faster and they were closing in a half hour. Yet they served us.
Well can't really say anything about food but after sitting here 15 min with this little girl inside with a headset staring at me a car just a came thru drive thru they took there order immediately. Haven't even acknowledged me parked here. What a joke maybe hire adult because this kid inside is lazy and has no interest in working it's now 936 I got here at 910pm Monday 7-22 don't waste your time.
I honestly don’t know what’s going on with the Seymour sonic. The quality is terrible anymore. I always go to the one in Columbus. I just went in today 10/30/25 and I ordered a coney dog and a recharge. Tell me why they gave a cold coney that was STUCK to the cardboard. My recharge was nearly 99% ice. And prior times I had gotten a patty melt or something I honestly don’t remember. And gnats came out of it. The food is constantly terrible and the peaople working are extremely disrespectful. Either they need new management. Or completely new staff I would like to get sonic without having to drive 40 minutes out of the way for quality food
Placed a mobile order while sitting in the spot to pick up, even put in the app I was there. Waited 30 mins and watched 3 people go through the drive through that weren't there before I was. I had to drive up and ask where my food was. When I received my food, it was cold. Horrible service, wont be coming back.
DO NOT USE YOUR CARD IN THE DRIVE THRU!!! My card was charged twice! The person running the window was fired from kfc and arrested for stealing thousands of dollars! That right there says enough. The GM offered me 5$ out of her pocket which I found very unprofessional and then proceeded to offer me a 10$ gift card. I filed a police report, could only imagine how many other they’ve gotten away with doing this to. Check your bank statements!!!
I was going to eat here for breakfast, but my son and I went into the restroom first, and we were absolutely disgusted. It obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was pee and poo all over the toilet. No toilet paper and trash on the floor. My son said, "I don't want to eat here mom, if the bathroom is this bad, what does the inside look like?" So we left. Please clean your bathrooms.
We ordered our usual route 44 Sprite Zero. We waited in line for 15 minutes and decided to leave after we saw no one was working. They were at a window area talking for the entire time. If I could give a negative star rating I would have. Our time is valuable. As customers we should have been given priority over chatting.
I came to Sonic after a hard day at work and I really wanted a slushee. It was Jan 24 10:28 pm, I know this close to closing time but I really like Sonic. I drove up to the window and was greeted by an angry woman who was clearly annoyed by me being there. I understood that but I could hear her talking bad about me. I said “I would like a three piece-“ and she cuts me off by yelling, “it’s 30 minutes until close the ice cream machine is shut down”. I didn’t even want ice cream she just misheard me. I felt extremely disrespected and disappointed by this treatment. I ended up leaving and I went home hungry and hurt. This worker needs a serious talking to on how to treat customers.
Sat in the drive thru with no one answering for 10 mins. They weren’t busy and we seen the workers inside. She answered at first and then when we ordered she never replied. This is why we never go to sonic in Seymour.
This location is the WORST!!!!! We waited for 10 mins in the parking booth before going to the drive-thru. Saw an employee come out to smoke, asked him about our order and he disappeared back inside never to be seen again. Once it was our turn in the drive thru they told me to "hold on" and we waited another 15 mins before driving away. They had 2 customer cars in the parking booths, 1 car in the drive-thru besides us and 2 other vehicles that looked like they were friends of the employees. There are too many fast food places to eat in Seymour to wait around for 25 mins to be ignored. It either needs better management or shut it down altogether. I can only imagine what it looks like it inside that building where the food is.
We pulled in the drive thru at 9:50p to order food. The car ahead of us pulled around to the window, so we pulled up to the speaker. We sat there for almost 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us, so we moved into a bay to order. I hit the red button, and they turned the lights out. I'm assuming they were short staffed and closed early, but even someone with very basic customer service skills could've apologized and let us know.
The last 3 times I went there no one will take your order for 15 minutes so I and MANY others get tired of waiting on people to do their job and go anywhere else. Seams like everybody is always on break for the time they clock in till they go home. tonight I went to try one last time set in drive thru 10 minutes finally someone said welcome to sonic please hold on and never checked back. So again and this time for the last time l drove away and I will go back. Worst service I have ever seen I any kind business anywhere. you should take away that store and fire everyone it gives ALL Sonics a bad name.
