The waiters and waitresses are always very accommodating. Food is great. I've had pizza, sandwiches, salads and they're all awesome. Love coming here for lunch!
This is our favorite pizza! Oodles & goodies of sausage, pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, black olives, fantastic dough & yummy sauce topped with bell peppers! What more could you want?? Super sweet servers! THIS IS IT, THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!! ********** 10 STARS, 10 STARS ********** I COULD EAT THIS PIZZA EVERY NIGHT & TWICE ON SUNDAY!!!
Always great! I can order anything on the menu without hesitation. Great environment. Kind, friendly staff. Shafter's gem when it comes to great food and quality service. Not just a pizza place
Great lunch spot, fast and friendly place and oh didn't forget the pizza!!! All delicious!!! Highly recommend
Service was great, food arrived quickly and was excellent. You won't go wrong with any menu item.
Our server Paula was the best. Great chile verde pizza
I had never tasted a chile Verde pizza. Well let me tell you. It has became one of my favorites now. Very tasty
They're breakfast burrito are amazing 💯
The staff was friendly, service was fast. The portions were great for the price. The atmosphere is comfortable, the restaurant was clean. I appreciated the few video games they had and the t.v. showing a sports game. It's a pretty cool location.
It was really good, wow breakfast delicious hot, people friendly we didn't wait, and special we were the only ones, it was the first time bien there and I love it my family loved it, I recommend to everyone to come and eat, have it wonderful day
Very surprised how good the breakfast was. The pancakes are huge. The biscuits & gravy are great. Tastes homemade. Breakfast burritos are huge too. Always loved Tony's pizza & now love their breakfast too
The breakfast was hot and delicious. The omelette was loaded and flavorful. The Chilaquiles had a yummy red sauce. Definitely will be back
We french toast with eggs, country fried potatoes and sausage. It was really delicious. Randy was our server and he was nice and had very good service and polite.
The food and the service was great. I recommend going there

Good quality, although the prices have gone up a little, but the pizzas are still delicious
Wow! What a GREAT spot right in Shafter! Leanna our waitress was wonderful, she was on it, pleasant, funny, and really made it a special lunch for our large work group. I had a huge taco salad and the combo pizza was one of the best pizza's I have had in a long time. The sausage on the pizza was so good it was hard for us to NOT pick through the pizza, ha! Happy to support the restaurant of a retired Kern County firefighter
The food was delicious and the portions are very generous!
One of my favorite restaurants in Shafter. Great menu with American foods (hamburgers, sandwiches, breakfast, pizza). Their salads are large with plenty of toppings. They are also famous for their pizzas which are some of the best in town. I also like to get an order of bread twists freshly baked on the side. Never disappointed with any of the food here. Atmosphere is pretty cool with some vintage signs and firefighter theme. Service has been great with waiters or waitresses very attentive. Worth a try or a nice place to splurge for a pizza or a family/ friends meal once in awhile.
The food is great I come here for the pizza and breakfast. It never disappoints the service is great super clean & fast.
Delicious food and friendly service. I ordered the Bacon Burger and it was hands down the best burger I have had in quite a while. My husband has the Chile Verde pizza and he said it was very good as well.
Excellent service and delicious food and they had a great lunch deal too, will be back
Tony's is known for their great pizzas. I didn't know about their breakfast, so I decided to try it out. The breakfast burritos are huge. Biscuits & gravy are really good along with the chicken fried steak. Service was real friendly & always checked up on us if we needed anything.
Love this place! They have some of the best pizza in town, as well as a full, diverse menu. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even have an arcade area for the kids. Tony’s is one of our favorite places to get together for our Sunday family breakfasts! And they even have lightning fast delivery! Good food, awesome service, and great atmosphere.

Greater well, excellent service, amazing salad, good pizza, but super hard to pay and leave. Also the once friendly hostess was borderline rude when paying to leave. Somehow we became a burden to her..
The pizza is a little pricey, but very delicious. I will come back every now and then.
This restaurant is interesting. From the pictures and what I knew about the other Tony’s locations I assumed it was a pizza joint only, which is not the case. You must wait to be seated and the restaurant has a full menu that includes salads, sandwiches, pastas and also pizzas. The pizza was really good, but it was unnecessary, in my opinion, to pay gratuity for pizza and sodas. I prefer the other Tony’s locations that are just pizza, but can’t fault this one for providing variety to people.
Stopped by for dinner on trip. Basic food made well. Good service with a smile. Server stated appreciation for our visit after asking where we're from. Place looks like a local favorite with cool fireman pin-up decor.

The pizza that we ordered was good and it was alot so, it went a long way to feed my family. The service was not so great, when I initially called to place my order I was asked to hold, I could hear conversation in the background and no one ever came back to the phone to take my order. After several minutes I hung up and had to call back several times to get through and place my order.

Had a great night with my son. We had their chile verde pizza and some hot wings and they didn't disappoint. Only thing that we could of ordered some dinner items but since we got there a bit late I understood why we couldn't.
This is the second time I have been there and it's the second time I have to wait a while to be seated and for someone to come and take my order and when the server brought the food, it wasn't what my husband and I ordered! Maybe it wasn't the cook's fault, maybe it was the waitress who didn't pay attention. Anyways, the food was good, I have to give them that. That's the reason I went there for a second time.
Food was good. Service was a little clumsy, we had never been there so we were waiting a bit. Didn't see menus just one hanging on the wall, then we were told that wasn't a real menu. Atmosphere was ok. Gotta say then we had a waitress come to our table and she was good.
I ordered 2 extra large combination pizzas and paid $72 and it was definitely not worth what I paid for. The only thing that was worth eating was the pizza sticks. I would never order a pizza from here again. They have a great breakfast though.
Food was great really nice and clean restraunt. We went there because Google says they have arcade games for the kids. None of the arcade games are workinging and my 5 year old was very upset.

The food was very good, the only thing that needs improvement is that the waitress need to come and if we are doing ok, need more coffee or just ask and see how the customer is doing. We were there for the first time, and the waitress never came back to see how we were doing, or if we needed anything else. Food very good thank you.
First dining experience since quarantine. Boyfriend got his food before me, by over 10 minutes. Got our appetizer with my food instead of before everything. Both were overcooked. My cheat meal was ruined.
I just ordered a Canadian Bacon pizza for me and my family on my birthday. Despite it says they close at 10pm on Saturdays, I called at 8:56 pm and was told to arrive before 9pm which I had to send someone to pick it up. When I ordered I said Canadian Bacon, he asked , "Canadian Bacon and pepperoni?" I said, "no just Canadian Bacon." He said OK. When my boyfriend arrived back home... it was pepperoni which I don't like at all. So, no pizza for me on my birthday. 🙁 We tried calling back immediately but there was no answer, only a machine saying to enter your code. Needless to say, not the best experience.

Ordered a pepperoni and combination pizza and honestly, for a total of $68 for 2 pizzas was a little ridiculous. My bad, I didn't check how much the prices were before ordering over the phone but also, wasn't given a total either until I came to pick up. These pizzas were to feed my team for their amazing performances but nobody enjoyed the lack luster taste and quality of the pizza. The dough was not evenly proportioned and way too much dough for such little sauce. Took the leftovers home to my husband who loves pizza, and let's just say that $68 worth of pizza ended up in the garbage.
The food was great but you would have to wait forever for service. I personally witnessed a family that has to send the children to go ask for a to-go box. There was a couple that had to flag down a waiter for coffee after waving for a waitress for about 5 minutes. They were all talking at the front. Again the food was great, especially the bisquets & gravy! The rest left a lot to be desired.

The pizza has really went down we spent over 150 and the onion and sausage had a lot of onion but one piece of sausage on each piece the chili vertie was a lot of dry meat. The pizzas had so much crust every thing was piled in the middle very little sauce sauce and cheese really think the owner needs to get back in his place and watch over things . We started going to Tony's in Delano when our kids where young.
Really need to work on customer service with the staff!! Called order in to pickup. When I arrived at the time I was told to pickup, I was asked to wait. After 15 minutes, I asked about my order, and was told it had been ready for 30 minutes!! To make the event even more frustrating, they do not take cash!! Tried to pay with a $50. bill, and would not take it. Walked out and went to Subway to get dinner for the family.
Our family went for breakfast and the young lady that helped us was rude with no customer service skills at all i understand if she is inexperienced but from her attitude to body language made our family feel uncomfortable like if we were the ones at fault We asked for condiments and she replied rudely "im not done" but by the time she went back to the kitchen and came out she went and started taking orders at a different table asked for a small plate and we waited so long and had to get up and go get it This is a great little spot to go eat But has to really step it up with their people skills
I have ate at Tonys loads of times. Never had a problem but now they can't substitute or ala carte a fish and shrimp taco for you to try. Just because they loose half of a fish fillet. What happened to customer service and the customer being able to get what they want. Wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. Just wanted to try them before ordering a full meal. For a family spending close to 100.00 every time we go that seems crazy. Tonys isn't cheap either.
Where do I begin, well first off, service was terrible. And I'm not really blaming the waitresses, however, their was only two who were working. Neither of them were talking to each other or communicating on who they were serving. And both waitresses came to my table multiple times to take our orders which made everything confusing. Me and my husband, along with our group of friends waited for over an hour to get our food. And some of us waited 40 minutes for our drinks, I was close to just walking out of restaurant since it made no sense why it would take that long. Their weren't that many people in the restaurant when we were inside. Just another groups of family and that's it. The waitresses were mostly prioritizing the customer's who came to pick up their orders (pizza), instead of the customers who came to dine. Then after 30 minutes of waiting, one of the waitresses finally came up to me and said that they forgot to put in my order. Although they apologize, it still wasn't an excuse with how neglectful they were doing their jobs. I'm not blaming them entirely, but like I said, they were clearly understaffed. I still waited because I truly do enjoy their food, but the experience was just awful. Because after a while, more people came in to dine, and they were served right away and didn't have to wait no where as much as we did to get their food.
75$ for 2 pizzas and wedges is insane. 50$ for 1 pizza and wedges, I mean no wonder they never have any business the prices are ridiculous, for mediocre food.
The food is really good and I was in love with the pizza but I also really love the way they make the flavor in the pizza and I also really really love the way the bread is and u also love the way how the place is decorated sometimes it is rally busy and I know for a fact that the pizza is good and the people who serve the food is really kind and that is what I like about Tony’s pizza firehouse
Worst customer service. We ate there and we ordered a large and the guy wanted to argue with me that it was a large but it clearly was a medium round. Still charged up for a large. My cup that had my soda was dirty. Had stuff floating in it. The guy serving us was rude the whole time. Everytime we go he's there and he's rude!
Ordered something really simple multiple times (pizza sticks) which is just dough, cheese and garlic salt. On multiple occasions all I get is hard crust and a sprinkle of cheese. Place is over priced and all empty when i go even at 7pm on a saturday For the amount I pay at tonys I could go to another pizza place and get double the pizzas for the same price. Pizza factory in wasco is worth the drive to get good pizza and half the cost
