My wife and I just visited Blue Jam for the first time, and we're very pleased with the experience! Delicious food and drinks, great atmosphere, and friendly staff! We got the Crunchy French Toast, and Floritine Benedict, both were fantastic! Stoked to come back next time and try more from the menu!

My favorite place for breakfast and brunch. Wide selection of food. I never know what to choose because every dish is so delicious. Ginger shot is a good start to the day. QR code ordering system is easy and fast. The staff is always nice and friendly. I always feel welcome. Jeff is a true professional, I can't imagine having breakfast without him. I love this place!!!

My wife and I tried Blu Jam for the first time today. We were glad that they had their own parking lot which on Ventura is already a miracle. My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted and we chose our seating. We were served water and handed our menus. We were given a brief overview and a description of their crunchy French toast. There is a QR code on the table that you scan and place your order. I started with an Americano and she went with a Chai which she LOVED!! My wife went with the build your own scramble. She chose Soyrizo, cotija, mushrooms, spinach, bacon, tomato & cheddar. I tried some of her breakfast and I have to say that the soyrizo tasted like regular chorizo, it had a great flavor. I went with their create your own omelette. I went with chicken sausage, bacon, chicken & goat cheese. I added a tiny dash of salt and pepper and went to town. I filled my corn tortillas with the omelette and loved the way the goat cheese just melted into each bite. We also ordered a side of nitrate free bacon which was great and a bowl of fresh berries. Since everything was done through the phone there was no real server but the staff as a whole was very welcoming and friendly. We got thanked multiple times for coming in on our way out. It’s always good to feel appreciated when dining out. We will be back most definitely, thank you Blu Jam!

I absolutely love this place. The service is always amazing. Everyone is so friendly. You do have to scan the menu and pay right on the website. No cash accepted. But the food is divine. Everyone is so friendly, I just love coming alone and enjoying a meal. I came for my birthday with my girlfriends as well and it was just such a great time.

Loved the food. The waiter made us order online though and since 3 of us were older than 63 we were lost. Thank God one of us was in her early 40s and did it all for us but it wasn't easy. I enjoyed my BLTA and coconut cream tea immensely. Mom had little crunchy French Toast with berries. My sister in law got a sandwich and my friend also a sandwich. Parking was a but rough. No easy sign where we could have parked in back so we paid $2-3 each parking on the street. Had fun. The waiter was nice but left us after sitting us down and we asked for menus and never really saw him again. I didn't like that policy. Otherwise it was a good meal.

This was a cute brunch type place on Ventura Blvd. I had the churro style French toast. It was good, some bites needed to be cooked longer but it was a large portion so I couldn't eat it all anyhow. Id like to try the other French toast next time. My daughter's bread came with a jam and I recommend the restauarant uses that jam as an option on their French toast because it was really good on mine. I will definitely come here again.

No cash accepted, no host, you had to scan a QR code to get on the waitlist. When we received our text our table was ready, people were greeted before us even though we were waiting first, we felt over looked. Whoever helped us just pointed to a table for us to go to, no menus provided. We found another QR code on the table for a menu. It was recommended to order your food online and they would bring it to the table when it was ready. Not much service was actually provided but when it was, it was mediocre because they seemed busy with take out and running food. The food was average but based on the area, everything was ~$20+ a plate, we were surprised as the huevos rancheros had only 1 egg on top of a bunch of diced potatoes. This plate lacked flavor so of course it was doused with salt, salsa and ketchup... The best thing I would say were probably the crunchy French toast. It could've been just this first experience with them but there are so many places around to eat that I don't care to come back, nothing in particular stood out. Everything seemed to be through a machine except when they run the food to you, we usually leave a 20% tip because my partner and I also work in the industry but this place made it hard to even want to do that. Overall just didn't like this experience.

I like this place and I’ve ordered a few times but it’s always hit or miss and I feel like it’s over priced for the quality, especially if you are ordering delivery. This morning, I ordered the lemon crepes, a dish I’m familiar with, and they arrived looking nothing like the presentation photo (and no description). There was no whipped cream, no mint like they had shown. No lemon curd or cream filling when I cut into them. Just three plain crepes that had lemon zest on top and a slice of lemon for me to squeeze on them FOR $17 DOLLARS. I would have rated the crepes a 2 on a scale of 1-5 for flavor and a 0 for presentation. Disappointing. 😔

Upon entry I was greeted without having to stand and wait long. However, I was disappointed to discover when I got home, that the potatoes included with the Tuskan scramble were a bit dry and the three slices of toast could be used as a foundation stabilizer, aka the tooth chipper. It was so hard I cracked a molar! Be careful if you dare to eat the toast! Definitely not worth the cost of my meal. More like left over reheated potatoes, and toast made from bricks. (The butter and blue jam doesn't help)

This place is not my jam. You do most of the work with a nine person group ordering. Two of our meals were not very good. Simple egg sandwich for $20. Not enough egg with a funny after taste. We ate outside in the rain with no heaters or covers to keep the rain out. In fairness, the waiter were nice and helpful. The other meals were reported as good, but very pricey.

About the service, well there are the runners and cooking staff, there is no waiters and honestly it lacks customer service.
