Great place, we stopped during the evening and the service was quick, the food was great and the restaurant was super clean including the bathrooms.

Good branch, attentive and helpful employees. The dining area facilities are very good. Only the men's restrooms need to be cleaner. The food, at least on the day I visited, was prepared fresh, and you could tell by the freshness of the fries and the cooking of the burgers and their ingredients.

The poppers were reheated—this is because they were completely devoid of filling and burnt on the outside. I asked for jalapeños and mayonnaise, and "nothing else." They gave me ketchup.

The hamburgers are really good, as in all Carl's Jr restaurants in Mexico. Service at the counter and at delivery was uncoordinated and awkward. When four burger baskets arrived, they were not labeled so we weren't sure who ordered what. Apparently, we should have received a number when paying for the order so that the server knew where to find us, but none of that actually happened.

La Rick's burguer no vale la pena, sabor plano sin más. Si piden para llevar, pidan poco hielo, me pusieron medio vaso de puro hielo.

The food at that branch has been going downhill; the burgers are bland. They rarely have everything on the menu, they lack sides and drink lids, and they'll replace your large glasses with small ones. The atmosphere is bland.

The service in this place relly sucks, the employees are always pushing you to order, the food is really bad, some things that they have are spoiled and they are serving them anyway, i really do not recommend this place to take lunch.

They take a long time to process the invoice; you have to make about 5 calls for it to be completed since the branch isn't listed on the website. In addition, on my visit today they gave me a meatless hamburger, as I ordered it to go while passing through Silao. When I arrived at my destination and ate it, I realized that it had all the ingredients except the meat.

I went in November and again in December to buy breakfast, and I'm never going back! They never had coffee. The first time, the employee offered me the option of switching to soda or a milkshake at no extra cost. The second time, they wanted to charge me for the change, claiming the coffee machine was broken. The presentation of the "Super Deluxe Breakfast" was terrible—everything was thrown around, the pancakes were raw, the tray was stained with what looked like burnt butter, and the egg and bacon tasted strange. The "Breakfast Burger" was cold, and the egg also tasted odd; the meat was the only redeeming feature. The employee gave me a cup of soda that was all splashed, and I had to ask for napkins to dry it. The staff lacks common sense and needs to improve their service.

Take precautions and don't hesitate to mention or tell the staff or manager if something is wrong. Last night my wife and I had dinner there and now we're at the clinic. The bread smelled spoiled and the meat didn't look like it usually does at Carl's; it didn't have grill marks, it just looked half-cooked... but we were on our way to the airport and were short on time.
