Best Chi-Chi imho!!!! Came here for my first time on my birthday. Ordered a pizza, meat sauce spaghetti with mushroom, antipasto salad, and steamed green claims for bread. So full and no room for dessert! Good service and good food. I normally is not a pizza lover but strongly recommend their pizza! Also love the meat sauce spaghetti! my mom visited both this location and the one in Northridge, she said this place IS better! p.s. takes major credit cards. :)

If you know Upper Crust, you'll love Chi Chi's... house Cab was delightful along with Chicken Parmigiano. I would brag about ChiChis to my friends in Toronto. Nice place to bring family together. Good restaurants gets busy and things may happen not to your liking; why let it ruin your meal.

Solid fresh food everyday and great pizza best Italian in Simi Valley over the past 45+ years, by far. Authentic?, not so much, but well prepared good fresh flavors, yes. Been eating here since I was a kid, when one could still have a cigarette after a good meal. Those days are gone. Good food abound and even chicken fingers for the kids still great. No more spumoni ice cream on the menu, Simi Valley Italian at its best.

The atmosphere is fine but it's starting to get a bit old, it could use an update. The ravioli / ravioli combo was fine but a bit pricey for what it was. The service was fine (though an item was forgotten) and the food was all good, but not great. I would go again, but I have other Italian restaurants I would prefer to go to if I'm looking for great ravioli.

Always yummy, just have to time it right to miss the crowds. Service was spot on today, parking wasn't a problem at all. Some of the dishes we had today. Try the meat ball sandwich, just the right amount :) If this review helps, pls 'like'.

Ingredients are not clearly given and meat is not clearly stated of what it is composed with. We ordered a sausage pizza expecting pork but tasted beef instead. Horrible for people with allergies. Service was OK. Atmosphere was decent. Food was good but not worth the price or risk of not knowing ingredients.

Not sure what happened, but the cheese is not the same. Making matters worse they now charge for bread, which they never did before. Not what it once was......salad was good but that was definitely not the hero.

I have been going to this Chi-Chi’s pizza since I was a child, as of this writing I am 59 years old! So you would think that I’d be nostalgic about this place, you would be wrong. The pizza is subpar and way, way overpriced. Other reviews have mentioned the cockroach problem I myself have never seen any bugs here but just having read that, it made me decide to go to Denny’s instead. But we were here last Thursday nonetheless and the pizza is good if overpriced. It was because our friends had kids and we wanted a place that wasn’t too crowded so they could run around and be noisy. I like the anti pasta salad. Everyone else had the pizza we got a pitcher of beer and some cokes. Staff was very friendly, even though our kids were being monsters. All in all, it was OK I guess just very expensive very very expensive.

Love this place, as it is our go-to pizza option and I think it is, when things are done correctly, the best pizza in all of Simi Valley. We order for pick-up about once per month. The last several pizzas were right on the money, perfect. However, tonight’s we noticed a huge change. The pizza was dried, as in possibly overcooked, there was a huge reduction in pizza sauce and cheese! The attached picture will support this. I am wondering how this might happen and if management has implemented some changes to cut costs. God, I hope it is not the case, as I would hate to see the very best pizza fall by the waste side!!

There linquini and clams is a total joke with white sauce. Small portion and the cream sauce was even more of a joke. It was like eating good noodles and warm milk. Terrible job at that place. There munu on yelp is so much outdated. Plan to spend double than the prices show. And they keep raising their prices. DO NOT order this dish, it will disappoint. They should do better with how much they are charging for food. It's outrageous. Unbelievable how much they charge for food. How can anybody afford to eat at this place and when there product tastes like crap? I will say there pizza is spot on and even those are outrageous in pricing. Unreal

Where's the pepperoni??? I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Instead, I got a cheese pizza. Where's the pepperoni?? Pizza tasted okay but was heavy on the grease and light on pepperoni. Paid almost $30, which is very overpriced, especially since the pizza was more like a medium size.

So let's 👀 here we waited over 20min to be seated. After we where seated it took another 20 maybe 20 min just to get water!! Thw waiter was lost. We got more help from the bus boy the the waiter. Our food was cold the pizza was supposed to be crispy it was Soggy. It toke 2 hrs 25 min to tonget food eat then pay insane. They need to focus on both in & out meals. I saw that the to go line was moving faster then the people inside. If it wasn't for the bus boy I would give this place a 1 when it was a 5star place.

Adrienne is the worst here. Ask for anyone BUT HER. I literally just left with my girl friend before my dinner came out, and asked for it to go.. bc she is a nightmare. Ask for George or Tyler. they are amazing and will make you feel comfortable while you dine there.
