Not our normal location. Busy night and staff got behind so we had to wait extra long. Staff members were great, apologetic for the wait. When pizza was ready we got a free large bottle of soda as compensation. Not necessary but appreciated. That's Customer Service. Great pizza as well.

Originally went to dominoes, for carry out but was told that carry out ended at ten, but we could have delivered, we said no thank you and decided to try pizza hut. They said no problem, we ordered our pizza, the staff was really pleasant to deal with, we were in and out in about 10-15 minutes and the pizza was great. We will definitely be back to this pizza hut

I am so impressed by there delivery service! Jorge was so nice, patient, and very fast at delivering. He made sure that my food was correct and hot. Definitely one of the best delivery employees out there. Pizza hut is so delicious, A++!

There was a $2 personal pan pizzas special on Tuesday ( while supplies last). It was nice to be able to get 4 personal pan 1 Topping pizzas for my family. Everyone was able to have the pizza they liked. I don't know if the $2 special is every Tuesday but I will be checking to are if it is the special next week. Next Tuesday check the app to see if it's available.

I ordered the boneless chicken with my big family box and got the ones with bone in. Other than that I am satisfied

The pizza was delicious. It was fresh, hot, and cheesy. 9/10 kinda pricy, Kinda. In all, I absolutely Loved it!

Curbside has been taking really long. The last visit had to go in to pick up my order and found out they had given my order to someone else. Not really happy about that.

I ordered extra Jalapenos and it was still like nothing on there. But taste was amazing like always ❤️

The thin crust pizza could use a little more sauce and all the fees took my pizza from 15 dollars to thirty. I will probably not order from Pizza Hut anymore.

I can definitely say as far as a pizza place would go specifically this Pizza hut in Simi valley was pretty good I haven't been to Pizza hut in a while and they definitely went above my expectations as long as you call the head they're pretty quick about getting you your food so I would say that they are worth it if you're in the area to check them out

I ordered my pizza through the website. My pizza was not ready when I got there because the order was sent to the wrong location. I noticed a difference between 1st Street and Alamo Pizza hut. 1st Street is very light on the toppings where Alamo you can actually taste the toppings.

I ordered my pizza through the website. My pizza was not ready when I got there because the order was sent to the wrong location. I had to drive across town to get my pizza and even when I got there the pizza was not ready and I had to wait another 20 minutes so the overall process took over an hour. I do not plan on ordering from Pizza Hut again. It had been several years since my last order, so I decided to try it again. I simply do not enjoy your product. The flavors were mediocre. With so many other options, I feel my tastes are better suited to other pizza companies.

Pizza was awful. Under baked cheese . We have other pizzas from you and enjoyed it, this one fell flat and left us very disappointed.

Pizza was poorly made. Not enjoyable. Like eating a large bread stick. Very cheap with cheese. Bad. Won't go back.

Ordered pizza at 3:47 p.m. today it's now 5:36p.m. still waiting. Called, had both address and phone number incorrect. It would take 45 minutes to deliver BUT 15 if we picked up!!

I placed an order yesterday April 30 Spoke to Jennetter Supervisor I called her and I told her that my order was incorrect I ordered three pizzas one was stuffed pizza with all meats And she gave me a veggie lover which I never requested that I called her to let her know my order was incorrect and All she did was argue with me bad customer service And she had a attitude and she supposed to be the supervisor the key remember customer is always right you don’t argue with them but it’s OK supposedly she’s a supervisor I will never order from this place again top it off the really expensive......

The food was alright and not sure why they still charge sooooooooo much in fees since gas has gone down and Covid is here to stay like the flu. I'm not ordering from them again until the fees go away and just tax is charged.

Hahaha!! What a joke... I haven't ordered a pizza for years.. So you buy a 15 dollar pizza for delivery and there is a 5 dollar delivery charge, but guess what in small writing it says it is not for the driver so please show appreciation to driver. So plus tax my pizza is 24 bucks plus tip for driver 30 bucks.... Give me a break!!! I will never buy a pizza from here again. Forget the part where it takes an hour to be delivered.

Stop the politically driven Service Fee in California. If it costs you more to operate in California, then either get out of the state or adjust the cost of your product like all other merchants. Hiding the cost increase as a service fee is deceitful and I will not be patronizing your company unless you stop this practice.

the absolute worst pizza experience of my life! the young lady on the phone that led me on for an hour and a half waiting for a pizza and then refused to redeliver the pizza lol hat was already paid for via card and then refuses to refund my money!

My pizza took an hour to be delivered. The cheese was hard and cold, and the cheesy bread was even colder. It was the most nasty pizza and cheesy bread I've ever had. And I couldn't believe how long it took to be delivered. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again!!!

If you want to get a good pizza, make sure you tell Pizza Hut to stop by a different pizza place on the way before they deliver it. Cardboard has better flavor.

They were friendly but lazy I ordered pepperoni and jalapeno I asked the girl if she could cut the jalapenos up small and scatter them on the whole pizza she said they don't have any way to cut them then I noticed her copying numbers off the register and putting them into her phone thought that was weird

My mother called to order 4 pizzas as they had a deal of $10 for a large 3 topping pizza. The person who took the order did not apply the discount and when we called to complain about it they said that it was because my mother did not mention it to them. This is complete BS! They are ripping off elderly people who can barely make ends meet. The manager had no compassion and basically blamed my mom for the error. We will never buy from these crooks again.

I ordered two pizzas and wings for my family. Both the stuffed crust special pizzas were tasteless and not what I was used to from my previous (Santa Clarita) pizza hut. Being that it was my first try in the new city It will be hard to convince the wife to buy from my local restaurant (Simi Valley) again. The wings were the only thing my family liked. So after spending almost 60 on a meal, my family ate 8 wings and we tossed the pizzas.

Dominoes was closed last Sunday in Simi Valley on L.A. Avenue so I ordered Pizza Hut. The pizzas are much more expensive. The $10 deal advertised on TV doesn’t pertain to this location on Madera. The 2 large pizzas I got were warm and hardly had any toppings. I ordered double pepperoni on 1 and chicken on the other. I hardly saw any chicken or pepperoni. This was an opportunity for Pizza Hut to turn me away from Dominoes. I will continue to order Dominoes. Their Pizzas are delicious and affordable.

I ordered a pizza online at 6:30 pm, one of the deciding factors being the 50% off VISA Checkout promotion that was offered. At 7:45 pm, the pizza wasn't at my house nor was there any sign that it would be arriving soon. Being a bit concerned, I decided to call. The woman I talked to over the phone, while as pleasant sounding as she was, made no indication that there was an issue, nor felt any inclination to fake even the most superficial level of concern of the fact that my order had not yet arrived. For God's sake I live ONE MILE from their location. After demanding a discount and assuming (which is apparently always a huge mistake when dealing with Pizza Hut) that everything was now in order, I received a "follow up" call about 10 minutes later. I was informed that somehow my credit card information had deleted itself and that the VISA Checkout promotion (50% off), was also forgotten about. When I brought it up, I was told that this "sounded familiar" and my request was begrudgingly accepted. The good part of this exchange was that I was offered a $10 discount in addition to the 50% off VISA promo (which, according to my math I was still overcharged on the final bill) and the assurance that my pizza would be the next order out for delivery. Being considerably more hungry than I was an hour and a half ago, I was inclined to accept this update and "almost-what-i-asked-for" discount without resistance. 8:15....8:30....8:45....still no pizza. Mind you, this order was placed now 2 hours ago. After providing a more than reasonable amount of time, my wife calls back at 9:20pm. She was told 3 things by the same woman on the phone: 1)she did not know what happened to our order; 2) she did not know who told me that the pizza was next out for delivery and 3)they were now re-making our order. At this point we decided to cancel the order since by the time it was re-cooked, and barring any circumstances that would result in further delays, we would have waited 3 hours for it to arrive. Before being able to confirm our information to revert the debit card transaction, my wife was hung up on. To our relief however, the transaction was indeed reversed. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.

They told me they could pick the pizza up for a full refund. I agreed. Nobody showed up for over 3 hours. I called again and was told I will be refunded and could keep it or throw it away. While the pizza was unacceptable, the customer service was friendly and professional. I had called Toppers (my favorite) and they actually offered a heart shaped pizza as well. Funny and delicious.
